I was helped by Shaun. He was great. Great customer service. Went out of his way to resolve an issue I encountered prior to arrival. Got the right vehicle. Great price and empathized with my previous experience which didnt go as well no fault to Enterprise but the car that I had used previously broke down en route to dropping it back off to the rental agency. Would come again. Thanks Shaun for all of your help !!

Let me start by saying PLEASE DONT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT! ASK FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT INSTEAD. I was helped by Zach. I had a reserved rental through AAA. I asked for a mini van and there was an extra fee of $13.49 besides what the insurance was covering. He asked if $10/day would help instead of $13.49/day after I asked what happened to its only an extra $7 more for a van when we talked over the phone! I was happy that he was willing to bring it down to $10/day! He even told me to add their insurance on the rental for just that day and to call back and have it removed if AAA would insure the rental. He said they would refund it if that was the case. Well I did call AAA and I was told to have ENTERPRISE refund me for that insurance fee, I tried to get a hold of Zach twice and was unable to do so because they wouldnt pick up their phones. When I did get thru, Zach told me I needed to come back to their office and couldnt do the refund over the phone. I went the following day, I spoke to Zack and he assured me that he had refunded the Insurance charge for the rental! He said I emailed you the receipt! before leaving the office. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED MY EMAILS! Zach NEVER refunded me for that insurance premium. In fact not only did he NOT REFUND ME for the insurance coverage which cost me $33.99 he ALSO charged me $13.49/ day for the rental! When I finalized the whole rental return I brought it up the enterprise employee who was working that day. He did refund me the $33.99 for the insurance but assured me that I was being charged the $10/day rental fee. The emailed receipt shows otherwise and the math adds up to $13.49/ day which is NOT what I agreed to with Zach. I tried calling twice and they dont pick up their phones. It would take another 20min drive just to talk to someone about the charges! I mentioned to Zach that I was going to buy a car sometime this year and would probably be checking with Enterprise 1st before heading to the dealerships. Given my experience I WOULDNT BUY MY NEXT VEHICLE AT ENTERPRISE NOR would I RENT another vehicle AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I NO LONGER TRUST THEM!PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS AND ASK FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT INSTEAD!

Ive rented from Enterpirse for more than 15yrs . Im originally from Chicago and moved to Northern California a couple of years ago. Ive rented from Enterprise here twice . Each time there seems to be a different requirement to rent. In the past whenever Im renting using a credit card there is no deposit required, I just need to have the amount of the car rental available on my card. On August 25th I rented a vehicle and was going to use my credit card and was told I needed a $200 deposit + the amount of the rental. I didnt have the total amount available on my credit card but I did have money in the bank . This was a huge inconvienence as I ran out on my lunch not anticiapting the delay . I decided to go ahead and use my deit card, but then I needed to go back home to retrieve proof of address . I had to provide a check stub as well as a utility bill. I did do that but the inconvienence was ridiculous. This information regarding a deposit being needed wasnt provided for me when I called a week prior to make sure I had everythng needed to rent the car. I was told to just bring my DL and credit card . I ended up being gone for nearly 2 hrs from work, my boss was calling my phone upset that I was gone for so long. It was unnecessary stress that could have been avoided had communications been clear. Renting a car has become a traumatic experience here of late, with all the hoops youre required to jump through. I certainly didnt feel like a valued customer, as a matter of fact I felt like Enterprise acted as if they were doing me a favor for a nominal fee...If were the customers why are we not being accomadated when they screw up in communcating effectively. I did end up renting the car but not without being frustrated, aggravated and inconvienenced 1st to the tune of more than $500 of which $200 was a deposit. I dont know what can be done but as a consumer this is not what I expect to deal with when making such a simple transaction . If Im on file as a customer all this other information shouldnt be required . Im already on file with a rental history so why take a person through all of this unnecessary red tape. It is certainly a deterent when I think of renting a car again.

Jeff Biddle - State Farm Insurance Agent

I would like to post a review of my interactions with Jeff Biddle and his State Farm Insurance Agency. I was covered by another insurance agency when I asked Jeff for a quote for coverage of my condo and the two cars in my family. Jeff asked questions about my current coverage, identified gaps and enhancements, and suggested additions to make my coverage more comprehensive. Jeff came back with a quote that was $1,200 a year less than I was paying, with better coverage. Jeff is very friendly and knowledgeable when I interact with him in person and is always quick to respond when I reach out to him with issues via text, email, or phone. I couldn't be happier with Jeff and his State Farm agency. I'm only sorry I didn't request a quote from him much earlier.
Susan Hart - State Farm Insurance Agent

An UPDATE to my review 2 years ago...My 2014 Jetta died on me and again I purchased a new vehicle. I left one message and 1-hour later I was contacted by Erica requesting information. 15 minutes later...my insurance was changed for my new vehicle and the new insurance card was emailed to me...once again the 5 star service continues from this office...Many thanks to the team.I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years of age. Along the way I decided to try a couple of other insurance companies which proved to be the wrong move and both times I immediately went back to State Farm. My last transition with State Farm was some 50 years ago when I was fortunate to engage Susan Hart as my agent.Susan and her staff have always been responsive...I have always received a call back or responded to by email within a few hours if not minutes pending on the importance of my call/inquiry.Susan is supported by a staff of highly qualified individual including Erica, and Stacey. Many times I will call and they can handle my questions immediately.Of course the agency is simply representing a service...and State Farm Insurance delivers what Susan and her staff promote. When I have had an accident and if an adjuster is needed, they are prompt in responding and funding a claim. I have found their pricing to be fair and they live up to everything they promote. If you are looking for a New agent with an outstanding staff, look no further than Susan Hart. They are primarily the reason that I have been with this office for over FIFTY (50) years. They have serviced me well both when I lived in Orange County to my move to San Francisco in 1989...They are my rock...both for my automobile, home and my rental unit. Look no further! Thom Ward

Working with Alex Luzadre and his Coastal Pacific team was a fantastic experience. They were professional, fast, had an excellent attention to detail and most importantly, they were able to make this as painless as possible with my busy life and tight schedule. The current market was extremely intimidating, and the mortgage process even more so. This team cleared all my concerns within our first phone call. After the initial call they were available any time I had a question or concern with the process. It turned out to be a much more personable experience than I thought possible. In terms of mortgage rates, no comparison. Alex and team were able to get me signed for .5% less than every other competitor that I checked with. That is a significant amount of money saved over the course of a mortgage.Additionally, Coastal Pacific have fully embraced the modern world of technology. Not once was I inconvenienced by hours and hours of paperwork signing in a stuffy office. They use modern electronic signature tools which meant there was no delay or scheduling of appointments. I can access any incoming paperwork straight from my mobile device or computer and sign it at any time. This saved literally DAYS of wasted time during this process.Seriously, I highly recommend at least giving these guys a call. It will be an awesome learning experience if nothing else.
Synthium Insurance Solutions
1111 W Town and Country Rd STE 53, Orange, CA 92868, United States
I would say don't ever use this company but I am not even sure how you could become a new client. We have Nationwide for our auto ins. We have been trying to cancel our policy for months and go with a less expensive option. You can't call Nationwide to cancel. They redirect back to the agency. We believe Synthium no longer exists because we cannot reach anyone or get a call back. If they no longer exist, Nationwide will keep our policy in force and continue billing premiums forever. Our only hope is to have our bank stop the billing process on their end. But if they can't, the premiums debited from our account every month will have to go through a stop payment process and take 3-5 business days to be returned. And not to mention that Nationwide increased our rates by 70% without even a conversation about it because this place no longer exists. This is a complete racket.
Alex Mora - State Farm Insurance Agent
1111 E Katella Ave Suite #230, Orange, CA 92867, United States
I have been a loyal customer since 2013, and I must say that customer service is almost non existent here. You will need to call and email for any updates as you will be left in the dark about any progress being made on issues. If you are lucky to speak to Mayra, she will do as little as possible to help and even say that her supervisor will tell me the same answers and offer basically no assistance. I called in, back in April of 2020 to update them about my new residence address and they never made the requested changes to my renters insurance policy. They kept my old address on file, as I have been paying for almost 4 years! When I inquired about it and spoke with Kari, she stated that there wasnt much they could do, but cancel the policy. My luck that they no longer offer fire insurance and a slew of other options. So explain to me how I am liable for clerical errors made by State Farm employees? They admitted that they had notes on file about me calling in to keep them in the loop back in April of 2020. I am still waiting to be refunded for all those payments that should have never been charged as I no longer resided at the old address on file. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but so far they have failed miserably. I also recently canceled one of my insurance policies for my car and received a partial refund after paying for the months coverage in full. Its unfortunate that after being with a company for over 10 years there is no sense of urgency or willingness to help customers. The only reason I even found out about this grave error on their part was due to being hit by an unlicensed and uninsured driver back in February of 2024. I also had uninsured driver coverage yet still had to pay the full $500.00 deductible?!? My best advice is to carefully look over your policies and make sure they are accurate.
