WOW. The worst Enterprise and the worst service I have experienced hands down from anywhere. Called for a pick up, THREE different times, took them 1hr 50min to get me... I was 7 min away. They weren’t that busy so I don’t understand what was going on. Representative was totally quiet in the car, no talking or apologies for the incredible wait. The “free upgrade” car they were going to give me was not cleaned AT ALL, they didn’t even try or seem to care, or again, try to explain the situation or apologize for the state of the vehicle. There were also other cars on the lot so it’s not like they were hurting for vehicles. Inside the car was disgusting, and as soon as the representative walked away and I sat in it, I was hit with the strongest PEE smell you could imagine, and I have a bad nose. I walked back in and asked if they had a car that didn’t wreak of pee! They swapped me out, again no apologies or anything, to another vehicle that was ALSO not cleaned in or out. I just wanted to get out of there so I took it and left. Worst experience all around and I’ve been to a LOT of rental agencies. Enterprise should be embarrassed that this branch has their name attached to it.

The very worse Rent a Car employees. Do not get victimize, stay away from this place.This happened on Thanksgiving weekend. I rented a car on this place because my car was in the service center. Wednesday, November 22, 2023, I arrived at Enterprise Rent a Car around 3:45 pm to get the Car, a Chevy Spark 2021 model gray color. The Enterprise Employee walked me through the vehicle to inspect it, and I saw a Small Chip in the bumper on the drivers side and a couple of scratches and I showed it to the employee of Enterprise, and that employee told me that if it is a small chip and small scratches, Enterprise covers that and no need to record that and you do not need to worry about it, a doubt came to my mind, so I took some pictures of the car. And I asked this employee, if they had insurance that covers everything and he replied “NO and he read to me several insurance option, which if I get all of it, then the car would be fully covered, but the cost is very expensive per day, so I decided not to use the Enterprise insurance, and I used my own car insurance.Saturday, November 25, 2023, around 9:30 am, When I arrived at Enterprise Rent a Car to return the rented Car, a Very Young Lady that looks like a High School, Maybe a New Employee who wants to impress her manager, took a picture of the same small chip in the bumper on the drivers side and she said that they would file a claim in my insurance. Arguments happened, the enterprise male employee who did the walk-through inspection with me, the same employee who told me that those small damages were NO need to be recorded, does not want to comment and he moved away from the conversation.I did NOT sign any documents that I admit that it was my fault. After couple of days, I received an email from Enterprise that I need to pay $600+ for that same small chip in the bumper of the rented car which was there already when I rented it, and there was a document saying that it was my fault with a signature that looks like a line which is NOT my signature.Read this, lots of times, Me, my friends and my co-leagues uses enterprise rent a car if we are vacationing out of town and we recently used Enterprise Rent A Car in San Antonio, TX, and there was no problem, smooth system, professional employees, great insurance coverage for rental cars. The Enterprise Rent a Car location between Van Nuys Blvd and Oxnard St. have the worse customer service, very unprofessional and inexperience employees.

Where should I begin. Reached out for chauffeur service for a prom. Spoke with Dallan. He gave me a total of 1,980 to pick up my daughter drop her off and bring her home. Only 13 miles. Ok. I understand they came from the valley. 56 miles understood. Later, My daughter school made plans for an after prom therefore we only needed them to pick up only and drop off. 3 hours total. Still … $1500? I then let them know I found someone less expensive that I planned to utilize. They then agreed to lower the price. I remained their client even though they were still more expensive. Paid in full on that day. 1 week before not understanding that this was a ploy to call 1 hour before leaving stating the chosen vehicle that I picked and paid for has a Check engine light on. Go figure. They at the last minute sent a totally different car. Not the one chosen which matched her color scheme. It was a purple car with a less expensive daily rate. Sent a driver that had on a hoodie I mind you. ? Dallan only stated they would discount me only 30% for an event that could not be done over. I requested 50% and never heard back. I dont understand how a company can ruin someone's only day in history and DON'T try to make good. This company would never get my, or anyone I know business.

I will try to avoid this location in the future. My reservation was for 11:30 AM and I arrived around 12:20 PM. I waited in line for about 10 minutes and the rental agent informed me there were no cars available. He told me he was expecting some cars to be returned soon. After I left the counter a few other customers were rented cars. I inquired again at 1:00 PM and still no car available. Concerned about the time as the location was closing at 2:00 PM I inquired again and the agent checked his computer and verified my reservation details which included a one way drop off at Burbank Airport. He then offered me an SUV for an upgrade fee. I accepted a reduced upgrade fee and was soon on my way though late to my destination. I will say the SUV I received was very nice and drove great but had I not agreed to the upgrade fee, it was looking most likely that I would not have had a car to drive and would have been stuck. As far as the agent, he was very overwelmed that day, and seemed to have had a very rough morning.

I rented a Bentley Flying Spur from Drive LA back in August. This was my first time renting a luxury vehicle from them, and my first time renting an automobile of this caliber.Sean, Joshua, and Christian made the whole rental experience great! Sean was prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and guided me through the process, from choosing the best vehicle in their fleet for my particular event (mom's 82nd birthday), to securing the reservation.Joshua & Christian delivered the Bentley to my family's home at the exact time we'd arranged. Joshua was very thorough in explaining the paperwork that I needed to sign. He also went over the driving features specific to the Bentley, which better prepared me for driving it like a pro. Christian gave the vehicle a last once-over, noted the mileage, and made sure everything about it was perfect, before they handed me the keys.Obviously the driving experience was incredible—it's a Bentley after all! I wish I could have kept it forever. Sean definitely aced it when recommending this vehicle. Best driving experience. Ever! And the two-tone interior was gorgeous. My mom was over the moon! Both Sean & Joshua checked in via text to be sure everything was going smoothly. Really appreciate that!When it was time to return it (hashtag tears), a really nice man arrived on time to pick it up—apologies for blanking on his name!! He checked the Bentley thoroughly before driving off and also inquired about my experience to be sure it was great. Following its return, my deposit was reimbursed promptly and in full.I want to thank Sean, Joshua, and Christian for their assistance and professionalism. It was an incredible experience from start to finish!

This person was nothing like the original agent. It seemed obvious at every turn that they were inept and totally apathetic in every way. This is by far one of the best run businesses I’ve worked with. I needed some body work done on my car and it was easy to get an appointment, they handled all the communications with AAA and the car rental agency, and they have their own shuttles so you don’t need to find a ride. They let me keep my car until the parts arrived and finished the job more quickly than they promised. I was able to leave my rental car there when I picked up my car which saved me a trip to the rental agency. Every single person was polite and professional and explained what was happening and what the next steps were. I will never take my car anywhere else. They have made me a customer for life!

I contacted this agency regarding a need for landlord insurance for a rental condo I own. The representative told me she'd research it and get back to me. She called me back telling me she had done “extensive” research and no other agencies could ensure me in California. A few days later, I contacted GEICO and they were able to issue me a landlord policy within a few minutes at a reasonable price. I feel I was misled by this agency that “nothing” was available. This gave me a very bad feeling to this agency. They only want to help if it's in their best interest, I guess. Otherwise, they say “nothing” is available. Not good customer support. I was insured by them in the past but will never work with them again. I felt misled.

The realtor that was doing a showing for the rental property i wanted to look at never responded to my text when I let her know I was on my way @ 2:58 pm and she never told me she was leaving the property, when I had texted her @ 3:17pm I was 5 mins away. We arrive still with no responses to my texts. I didnt see anyone so I walked to the front door, the screen door was unlocked so I thought maybe she was inside but the front door was locked. I walked back to my car took the phone from my child (watching disney) called them at 3:26pm to find out what happened and let the office know she never responded weather she had gotten my messages or not. They respond she is their only showing agent...please hold so we can see what happen... came back from the hold she was already showing another place. Even with all my texts and calls explain i have . Car at the moment and 3 kids husband is home at 3 we are gonna try and be there. yet they couldnt work with our times available even with a rescheduled. We probably would have rented the place but just want to make sure it would fit what we need before applying, but they couldnt work with us by 30 mins and we showed up at 3:20, we were right out front between the showing appointment times originally was told 3pm qnd she would leave qt 330 then she text me 320 the day of.. super disappointing and as we drove up nobody was driving away. Yes I was in contact threw out the day and was doing my best to be on time tho they were aware of my time and availability but did not bend at all they dont do 330 appointments is their response. Unless you put application in and get approved. Yet who in middle class has extra money to apply places they havent seen And may not want. yet I did think I would have like this place but to have only 1 showing agent who doesnt responded to a text on my way like okay I am here or anything and then to not wait a couple minutes... I honestly probably only need 5 minutes if that to look at the property. They are willing to reschedule at the same time yet it will be the same dilemma due to my husband not getting home til 3 super disappointing... I wonder how the home owner would have handled this.
