I rented an older model car for a month with limited mileage allowed, and the maintenance light came on after a few weeks. I paid a little over $900, and I noticed the invoice or receipt isnt itemized, and the taxes seem excessive. They require too much personal information, such as your social security number, when it isnt necessary for insurance or renting a car. They leave your information viewable at the front desk—no protection of customers' private data. If you dont have insurance, you are rushed to buy a 6-month vague policy with State Farm. I left cell phone items by mistake in the car when I returned it, and it took them two days to respond to my email and tell me the items werent in the vehicle. I have evidence of one of the items being left in the car because I took photos when I dropped off the car. Either someone at their company took them, or they threw them away. I cant see anyone throwing a cell phone holder and charger away. I returned the car a day early because they were closed on the weekend, and they didnt refund me for the extra day. I would not rent from here again.

Went in there for body work on my honda pilot and got ball park estimates to plan with. Some other repair shops in the area did not give me a ball park number which made it difficult for me to make a decision on where to go, so definitely a plus in this regard. they did a very good job with the body work and finished it all up in the time frame they had originally committed and kept be updated along the way. In addition, they dealt with my insurance provider and car rental agency (arranged for a pickup and drop at their own shop) which simplified things for me. Overall, very happy with the service and quality of their work. Will certainly recommend to friends and family.

I have recommended several friends to Mr. Jiang and the feedback has been very good. Here are a few points from my own experience: 1. I had two car insurance brokers before, but none of them answered questions as seriously and professionally as Mr. Jiang, and gave me customized car insurance for our family. plan. The key is to save a lot. So I introduced another good friend, and she also got a good plan. In one year, she saved more than 800 yuan compared with the previous plan. She was very happy to share it with me. Including house rental insurance, some do not need to be purchased (I have never thought about this before, stupid people just buy it if they say it is good, and dare not not buy it even if they say they must buy it). I introduced another friend who runs a company, and it was a different plan. The difference was almost 30 miles away. I still asked Mr. Jiang to buy it. Im very happy, it helped. In short, I have never met an insurance broker or my own insurance company that can be so serious about making plans from the customers perspective.

After my auto accident I turned to Jon and State Farm for help, I regret ever walking into that office. Jon was ineffective and clearly the wrong person to turn to in time of need, a peculiar trait for a person who should have experience in that field.Jon took a whole day to tell me he didnt have an answer. Made excuses that were totally inappropriate and made it clear he had more important things to do than answer me. He made no effort to work with me outside of business hours despite a sign on the door to the contrary. Jon provided no guidance or help while I spent a month navigating State Farms claims process for the first time. I had the misfortune of getting answers that were wrong, inaccurate, misleading, and outright lies from a claims department that was undergoing a transition, and being educated on a new system. One week my car was being fixed, next week a new estimate, next week totaled, I was being jerked around, and Jon made no effort to really do anything at all.My car was old, and the damage exceeded the limit to be fixed. The most egregious thing Jon did in the end was to not inform me that by releasing my car, my car insurance ended. A fact I knew, but was disappointed that at the final moment an insurance agent couldnt even be bothered to try and sell me insurance.Please find another agent who will value you as a customer before you learn the hard way that Jon just isnt there.

The worst car mechanic shop you will ever meet.- very UNPROFESSIONAL: my car had a collision and was assigned to this shop for repair. After the inspection for estimate, there is no any update. I called several times. One week after the inspection they said they haven't even submitted the inspection pictures to the insurance company at all. They promised to submit the photos finally.After that I called them several times to follow up. Each time they either never answers the phone or told me they haven't heard back from the insurance company.After another two weeks, I called them again and they said they haven't heard back from the insurance company and they will check with the insurance company. A few hours later the insurance company called me and said they do not wanna work on my car. And the insurance company told me they actually have approved the estimate about 10 days ago. So this shop has been not doing anything since day one but just kept lying to the customer.So DO NOT work with this shop as they will NEVER take care of your car. If you wanna take initiative to follow up, they will then just keep LYING to you and tell you there is no any update for weeks or months. So you waste lots of time waiting for them until you figure out they are not doing anything and just lie to you and have you wait forever.- very rude: the customer service is very very rude on the phone. They never give you any update and normally won't answer your phone.- big liar: lie to the customers from day one about your car repair status and progress.So DO NOT waste your time to send your car to them for repair. They will do nothing but lying to you and wasting your time and having you wait for months.

Very unprofessional, Stephanie Lua is the most insensitive, rude and untrained individual. If I could give 0 stars I would, the lack of professionalism is beyond me. Been a customer for years but thanks to Stephanie constantly arguing with me on the phone I am proud to be insured else where . Stephanie Lua sent my paper work to the wrong address, and instead of trying to keep me as a customer and apologize for HER mistake she never called . I was waiting for a call on the next business day and NEVER received the call, instead she decides to argue with me over the phone. I will NEVER recommend or even buy insurance with State Farm again because of Stephanie Lua. I went in to the office days after writing the review of my experience with her and she tells me she doesn't appreciate me writing this. But you know what I don't appreciate? My mail being sent to an address that I never gave them, Stephanie speaking with anyone about my policy who isn't me, her rearranging my policy without my knowledge. Instead of taking care of me as insured State Farm customer, she decides to argue with me back and forth. I am not the type of person who just goes around leaving reviews at all, but I am beyond upset at the treatment I received from her. I am relieved to no longer be a customer here but I hope she receives the proper training and discipline to better deal with the public.

Bad experiance, insurance sent my car here for inspection and even though the car frame was clearly crooked they stated it was only the front bumper and headlight. Yet, charged a lor for what they were going to fix. They took forever to inspect car and when I asked them if the frame was crooked they stated it only needed a bolt. When clearly the person who hit my car even moved it. When I called to refuse to get it fixed here with the insurance calling three way Caliber Collision stated they would charge $204 and two hours to put it back together even though they stated the damages where not that bad. And it wasent even completely assembled. They never called me to pick up my car I had to call and wait on the phone 30 minutes for Al to pick up the phone and tell me at 2:34pm that I could pick it up with a tow truck anytime after 3pm. He was rude when I asked to clarify if it would be ready at 3 so that I can get a tow truck and pick it up. First two pictures are from when they took it headlight was fine. Second is from when we picked it up mo headlight and apparently it was damaged. Would not recommend this place.
