Trailer Rental at U-Haul

I lost the key and the van was so tough to drive. I ended up having to pay $300 for a replacement key. I will never book a uhaul unless the mover is driving it. A $300 move ended up costing $800, this has honestly been the worst moving experience of my life!
Universal Copy Solutions - Copier Rental in Los...
825 Western Ave # 15, Glendale, CA 91201, United States
We found Universal Copy Solutions online and saw that they had great reviews on Yelp and Google so gave them a try. We decided to rent a copier on a monthly basis because it made more sense for our business, but they did give me the options to buy a copier as well as lease a copier. The service includes all parts, service, and supplies, so whenever we have any issue we call them and they usually show up that day. And to top it off they offer a price beat guarantee and were able to beat the other quotes I received! Great service and would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of copier needs.

WATCH OUT!! I rented a hard wood floor sander before thanksgiving, when I saw it I was like “wow a antique” the handle was obviously broken and welded back or whatever people do to handles I didn't say anything but took it anyway when I went to use it, It only did about 1” strips but it was such a hassle I didn't complain I just rented a extra day and tried to do the most I could before I had to head to Idaho. Anyway I gave up an ran out of time, I “washed it” like they said to do, I'm not a mechanic so I just duct taped there handle and gave it back. When I Gabe it back the man had the worst bad acting I ever seen, you will recognize him he looks like he has girls locked in his basement he says “uhh OH gasp... you broke it!” I was shocked “I broke it how? ??♀️ The think weighs more than I do and I can't punch metal in half.. who do they think I am? Wonder Woman?” The man insisted on blaming me for there broken equipment, not just once but repeatedly for like 10 min over and over. Like someone with a guilty conscience does, they blame the other guy ya know. I've never went to a store and was treated so poorly, I've returned things that don't work right or fit right and never got shamed for it, usually they apologize for there bad equipment/clothing etc. and try to make the customer happy and try to rectify their mistake, because mistakes happen. Noooooo... not these guys! They will blame some girl on thanksgiving for there garbage tools then lay on the bad service really thick. Then after they accuse a 110 lbs girl of breaking metal..... in Half, mind you! ?? lol then they have the audacity to make me pay to fix their stuff! Like bullying me to pay for it, so I did. What could I do? So $250 to rent a sander that did 1” strips, verbally harassed by strangers, and someone stole my bank info all this Thanksgiving weekend! who stole my info?I have no proof, but these shady people pfft I wouldn't put it past them. I'll be posting pictures of this sander that I apparently cut in half with my super strength on yelp! ???

Oh my goodness. Im guessing Lindsay has some friends posting compliments here. Or maybe Express Pros offers some incentive for positive reviews?Im 60 years old. Have been working since I was 13. In all those years, many of them temping all over Los Angeles, Downtown, Mid-Wilshire, Burbank, and 20 years for a major motion picture studio....I have NEVER had such a foul work experience as I did with EXPRESS PROS, and in particular KIM GUARD and LINDSAY HORNSBY. They will lie through their teeth to you. They will promise you one thing, and then give you grief when you expect them to keep their word. Sure, well have no problem getting you $18-20 an hour! Two $13 an hour assignments later, and they want me to take a full-time job for $14 an hour! And then had the audacity to call a social worker I was working with, to try to convince me to accept it!After I unknowingly accepted a project through Lindsay, that required proficient Excel (which I told them I wasn't great at when I interviewed, and tested at 67%), and took too long doing that project, Kim Guard ended it before I was done, and totally humiliated, embarrassed, and degraded me. BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER. When I applied for unemployment, Kim Guard defamed me by claiming I lied on the unemployment application. She said she had offered me a $15 an hour gig!! The unemployment associate I spoke with saw glaring discrepancies in her statements, and I received unemployment. Sorry to hit you where it hurt, Kim. I know that $67/week I got for two months must've hurt your pockets, huh.Kim Guard is a Board Member of Ascencia Homeless Shelter. She exploits and demeans people in the worst situations of their lives. Shes a garbage human being and deserves no respect or patronage. Express Pros Corporate should open their eyes. Lindsay is a ditzy rube. A Kim wannabe. Neither of them have an ounce of professionalism or common courtesy. And yes! As the other reviews state, Kim will loudly reprimand employee or client, right there in front of everyone. Just awful. I felt terrible for Rose, the receptionist. “Do it as you were trained!!” she yelled at her with an office full of people. Monster. 110%.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Absolutely horrible experience with new Employee/Manager Tanya Castillo On 2/1/20 :I have to post this to warn others . I made my reservation on line and showed up to the branch. Not only did they not give me the car I reserved but they tried to give me a car that smelled very strong of cigarette then they wouldn't rent to me at all with my business American Express card nor my personal visa - because although they are both valid credit cards for myself and my business they didn't understand that a Visa card is a credit card even though it's also can be used for debit .The worst part is that initially Tanya Castillo took my card and drivers licensE looked at it and said ok it was good . She said OK and told me to wait about 20 minutes . I waited for 30 minutes, Then I couldn't believe they pulled a car around that smelled very strong like cigarettes . So I asked for another car . They showed me to another car, but then they told me I couldn't use the card because it was a debit card even though it says visa on it which means it's also a credit card - again I use this card every week. Then I try with my American Express gold card that has my business name on it and show them my business card but they won't use that- I have used that card a lot to rent at enterprise as well.AT THIS POINT I HAD BEEN THERE FOR AN HOUR.I ask Tanya for her business card and she gives me SOMEONE ELSES BUSINESS CARD . The business card says “Ivy Fitzgerald”I ask her if her name is Ivy and she says no . I ask her to give me her business card and she won't but she AGAIN TAKES IVY's BUSINESS CARD AND WRITES “Tanya “ on the top of it. I take it and ask her to put her last name and she finally puts down Castillo.”TANYA CASTILLO “I then had to call an uber and leave spending $110 to get down to San Diego today and another $80 to get back to the airport tomorrow because now I don't have a rental car .I have been a member of enterprise for about 10 years . The reason I have used enterprise has always been the customer service but this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced .The whole branch seems to be under management and Tanya and the other new employee there are unprofessional and dishonest. This branch is on brand blvd in south Glendale
Intracommunity Home Care Inc

I worked with them for months trying to get a scooter for my brother. They told me medicare paid less than 50% when I checked with Medicare are they ssid no they paid 80%, staff made excuses. First we were told any scooter he got would cost him $550. Once they had medicare approval three times they said they had a scooter for him and in 3 days they said they could not get any. Now months later trying to find a place to start the process over, which took several months, he has now fallen and needs surgery. Wasted about 6 months with them and they even lied to Medicare and ssid we turned one scooter down which we did not. They finally admitted to medicare I did not turn one down when during a 3 way call with them and Medicare that I had all the texts between us. They were trying to take advantage and charge in more money saying medicare paid less than 50% and is was responsible for the balance. Funny thing when they gave me the name of scooter and I googled it they cost about $1000 so why was him amount $550. They are taking from these senior citizens living on a low income that hardly feeds and houses them. Dhameon them. They just want your money. Sad thing is now he has to have more surgery because we wasted all those months while they played him and he still has no scooter. If he would have gotten it months ago after medicare approved it he would not be having another surgery because he fell without it!I received your reply and you have it wrong. We did not request anything special. It was turned down the first time from Medicare because YOU requested a heavy duty chair which he did not qualify for since his weight was only 210 not 300. Second your staff refused to give me any of the paperwork that you had. Any other dealer will have to go back and start from scratch. Getting doctors paperwork, etc. Your staff was caught in several lies while on the phone with Medicare. She actually changed her story with medicare when I said I had all the texts between your staff and myself. You may stand by but your staff does not. He has fallen and more surgery and still no scooter because I am trying to care for him and I am now sick. Maybe you need to request for the texts that shows we did not request anything special or turn any scooter down as staff finally admitted to Medicare. Plus my sister called and talked to your staff a few months ago without using her or my brothers names and was told you had the scooter in stock but approval for medicare takes months. So it sounds like you had them just did not want Medicare customers.
