I needed a forklift. Quickly. I am writing this review to say that I will not be looking anywhere else for forklift rentals from here on out. Joey in the rental office really saved the day and went above and beyond to make our rental happen, on time, and with great service. Thank you Quinn and especially thank you to Joey. I dont know how much you pay this man but you should pay him more.

The sales representative who set up the rental for our construction company was great. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the equipment was sent out with a defective battery, which made the job extremely difficult to complete, and upon return the Herc employee who received the equipment seemed unconcerned about the situation. Very disappointing!
