We worked with Kellie Langewisch from Rama's team to find our first home, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. We could probably write a book on just how easy they made the experience, but here are some highlights:1. Kellie is extremely responsive. She responded within two hours of us reaching out on a weekend. She let us set the pace for our visits and was extraordinarily accommodating of our schedules.2. Kellie has serious skills when it comes to setting up viewings. We were looking at houses with her within hours of our pre-approval, and she arranged visits across multiple towns (and parts of town) to fit our tight three-hour availability in the evening. We saw six homes on our first night out with her (and found our home that night!), and she came prepared with a wealth of research on each listing.3. Kellie (and Rama) do their research. Kellie not only solicited our input on listings to figure out what we were looking for in a house, but also responded to those inputs with annotated comments highlighting how those preferences lined up with each listing we sent. It was obvious to us that they knew what they were doing. This team has a deep wealth of knowledge that they bring to the table for their customers.4. Kellie made the process fun. We had an absolute blast looking for houses with her. She balanced commentary and answers when we asked questions with letting us get a feel for the place. It felt like touring prospective homes with a good friend, and we deply appreciated that.5. Kellie and Rama are the ones you want in your corner to make an offer. Once we had our sights set on a home, Kellie reached out immediately to the selling team to level-set on the offer process. She then walked us through the steps, gave us incredibly valuable insight into how the process could go based on the current market and area trends, and talked through what a reasonable offer range would be in our comfortable margins of success. When the sellers countered, she not only walked us through how to interpret that process, but also quickly sought more information from the selling team to help put their counter into context – and helped us interpret what their responses meant. By the time we finished negotiating and had an offer accepted, we felt entirely at peace with what can be a very unnerving process.6. Kellie and Rama know how to close efficiently. Once our offer was accepted and we moved toward closing, Kellie and Rama remained in contact throughout the closing process helping us to organize key document signings, interpret various parts of the loan finalizing process, and ultimately complete all the required steps weeks ahead of schedule. The process was almost dream-like in simplicity, and we know that was no accident.Overall, we couldn't recommend Kellie enough, and Rama's whole team played a role in making this the smoothest experience we could have ever dreamed of. This team was highly recommended by close friends of ours, and we will doubtlessly recommend Kellie and Rama's team to our friends looking in the future, too.
