After reaching out too 6 different diesel mechanics in the Santa Barbara a Ventura a Oxnard area. I chose Gibbs to do a DOT inspection and service my 24 foot fraightliner that I just purchased. After dealing with Penske not keeping their end of the bargain it was hard for me to put trust in another company with my truck.Luckily I went to the right people Adolfo what is the servicemember coordinating everything and staying in touch with me. ! Not only did Gibbs get me in as soon as possible they were tentative and understanding to my needs concerns concerns they went out of their way to make sure I will get my truck back on the road for work the manager stayed 45 minutes late to hand me my keys!I'm a businessman so I really have any free time especially to write reviews. But I always give credit when it's due especially when receiving high-quality service! I would highly recommend this company don't even think twice!!

We came in Tuesday to pick up a TV box in our Forte and as we were getting ready to ring up, Justin was kind enough to let us know that that box would not fit in our car! haha We had scheduled a truck pick up at another location the next day, but Justin helped us get our reservation switched to this location so that we could use our uhaul to bring the tv box with us the next day. It was super easy to get everything set up and driving the truck was a breeze. The store is very clean and well stocked. Even overheard another employee being very professional and kind with a customer that was being a little difficult, haha. Definitely coming back here next time we need. Thank you so much you guys!!! We appreciate it!!!

Rented a furniture dolly on Saturday evening. Went in to return it on Sunday. There were 5 people in line waiting for service. A guy installing a hitch, asked for me name and told me that I could leave it by him and he would check it in when he was done. Monday morning I was charged $15.08. I called and was told someone would call me back. Then at 5:14 pm on Monday I was charged another $7.54. So I called again. I spoke with Candy in a call center. I was upset but not rude. I explained the situation to Candy. Candy replied sarcastically with an attitude that I should have gotten a return receipt. I asked her why she seemed irritated when the money is coming out of my account. As I am talking she is talking over me. When I reminded her that it is rude to talk over someone... she states she does not have to listen to me and she IS allowed to talk over me and then she hung up. ALL THIS OVER A $7.55 DOLLY RENTAL?! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE U-HAUL AND CANDY FROM U-HAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

If zero stars were possible, that would be too high. My husband and I used this facility for about ten years, in spite of the elevator only working half the time. We had a third floor unit and over the summer that because a major issue. We had camping gear we couldnt access, but I was also unable to access items that I use for a small catering/craft services business. After hemming and hawing for two months, they finally credited us for two months, but in doing so, turned off our auto-pay. We had no idea(yes, we should keep a better eye, but still).. they said multiple notices were emailed and snail mailed, and when they didnt hear from us, NO PHONE CALL, mind you-- they put a lien on our unit. I get that thats whats done, but zero customer service-- had they made a single phone call, I would have been saved from a massive anxiety attack, and not had to remove my items in a single day. I was very lucky that I just happened to return my empty Christmas boxes(that I just picked dup, and there was no letter or noticed on or under my unit) TWO DAYS before the scheduled auction! I high tailed it out of that unit and found a Much Nicer, better maintained and more customer oriented facility 5 minutes away! STAY AWAY. And if you ARE a current customer who has the same issue over the summer, you should make sure you are paid up and your items arent being auctioned in two days!

I don't recall ANY other agent doing that before. This gave me the invaluable confidence that my elections & monthly payment were right for us. He went out of his way to be sure that all of my questions were answered in an ever so patient matter, even though it happened to be later in the evening.It didn't stop there. Even after he earned our business, he & his team continued to follow up to be sure we were in the loop & aware of every step of the process.This is a best in class service provider that clearly cares about his clients well being & the person we want in our corner during those life situations that may require guidance & his type of expertise.Ray, you are a true professional & it shines through in everything you do. Over the past 25 years I have observed their 1) absolute excellence in.quality control, 2) outstanding advanced technology not found at many or many other body shops, 3) however, what sets Tonys apart from all others is the exemplary customer service, which is also reflected in the way everyone of their employees is treated as if they were all family. I've watched the Flores family invest themselves in the unity & loyalty & care of every single employee regardless of how long they work there or the obstacles in their lives. We as customers go through those same challenges, I can absolutely testify that my life & the responsibility of keeping my vehicles in like-new-condition has been made less complicated by the way they have taken responsibility for repairs & gone the extra mile every time I've come in for an estimate. This is by far the worst company weve ever hired to come work on our home. We had an emergency plumbing situation and were bound by the fact that this company was the only one we could find to come out. We called and spoke with someone at 6:30 and were told that Jesus would be at our house by 9:30. At 9:30 he told us he wouldnt be here til 10. At 10 he said he was 15 minutes away. At 10:30 he said he would be here at 11. Finally, after 11 he showed up and claimed there was a traffic accident. He took a look at our plumbing and just gave us an estimate.Afterward, we set up an appointment for the following Tuesday to fix everything. I work from home and my husband works out of town so we trusted that Jesus would be by the estimated window of 11am-1pm. From 1-4 we began to receive the exact text we had received the first night. Im 15 away. Im 10 away with a new excuse oh my car battery died. by 4:30 we were forced to cancel the appointment and requested that for the next day we would need a new technician since we no longer felt comfortable having Jesus come to our home.The following day arrive and 2 hours before our window we were told by management that Jesus was the only technician available despite the promises that they made. Did they not know that no one else was available on our previous call just 16 hours prior? They didnt have a schedule in front of them when they guaranteed us a new technician?We did not feel comfortable with this tech but felt like we were in between a rock and hard place since we hadnt had hot water in 4 days.Jesus arrived while my husband wasnt home. He was smirking as he arrived and got out of his car he asked me what are you mad at me? and proceeded to laugh when I said we just need to get this job done and we have waited a long time. I felt immediately uncomfortable, something that I had wanted to avoid.Overall, just a terrible experience we were forced into due to the unfortunate circumstances. Do not go with this company unless you want to have multiple missed appointments and creepy people at your house.

1st time at the store: The front entrance male clerk asked me a personal question and would not move from infront of me until I answered the question. This was very unprofessional and I was on a time crunch. There was a female clerk that even had a concerned look on her face.2nd encounter: I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get assistance on a debit charge discrepancy. During this time I was hung up on, and no one was able to assist me in the rental truck department. Finally, someone answered in a different department and transferred me to a Manager.3rd encounter: I went in to ask about a product I had seen on line, so I went up to customer service. Mind you, I was the only person in line, and could not get assistance. The customer service clerks were too busy talking to each other rather than assisting a customer. They even had the audacity to look back at me and continue their conversation. Finally, I walked up to someone and asked for their assistance and he helped me.If I could give 0 stars, I would.
