Worst Experience for rental Ive experienced. Rented a dehumidifier after water extraction performed. Set up sealed rooms and door on and left running over night only to return the following morning to find it had been leaking on the carpet overnight. Then had to go to home depot for a carpet cleaner to extract water and re-rent the dehumidifier for another full day, was offered store credit for inconvenience. Returned the following day to get charged 2days and 4hrs cause i was 30min late. I explained I had been trying to Purge/empty the water from the hose . Around $200 in charges that could have been $50 charge but due to their faulty equipment Im stuck with the short end of the outcome

Crash Champions Collision Repair
7900 Firestone Blvd, Downey, CA 90241, United States
11/12/2023 UPDATE: This is an update to my initial experience/review of Crash Champions Downey West. My vehicle repairs were finally completed on November 11, 2023, a year after the repair shop initially began working on the vehicle, and much of it had to do with the support of the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). Although my car's functions now work, the cosmetic wear my car sustained at Crash Champions continued and my car has new and bigger scratches on the body, scratches on the rear liftgate glass tint, chips on the front bumper and passenger side view mirror, curb rash on my right-side wheels, and my lower front bumper does not sit flush on the right side anymore. If I could lower my rating from one star to a negative star review, I would. Rather than help maintain my vehicle's value, Crash Champions has managed to lower my vehicles value with one really bad repair job.ORIGINAL POST:I needed to get repairs done on my Tesla Model S after being rear ended on the freeway, causing body damage to the rear of my vehicle including the liftgate. I chose Crash Champions out of convenience as they are located near my job, and they are a Tesla certified repair shop. I was hesitant to have my vehicle repaired at Crash Champions since I did not see many reviews from Tesla owners, and the ones I read were for minor repairs. I took my vehicle in on Nov. 1, 2022 with a repair estimate date of Dec. 16, 2022, and my vehicle was getting brand new parts. Everything seemed promising, and my vehicle was ready for pick up on Nov. 30, 2022 in the evening. At first glance, the repairs looked good in the dark; however, upon closer look, it seems like the repairs were a rush job and corners were cut from performing an adequate job. The liftgate was not aligned properly and there is a noticeable difference between the right and left panel gaps. The headliner trim was not placed properly and looks like it is falling off. Also, the brake light strip on the liftgate, and am/fm antenna located in the rear no longer work. The rubber seal at the base of the trunk was torn and they just spread something on it, but it is still torn. They replaced the broken taillights, but the driver rear corner light now collects condensation. The paint hand small swirl and line indentations, but they are noticeable.I'm not sure if my rear seats needed to be removed to perform the repairs, but they had many indentations, look worn out, and they now make squeaking noise when I'm driving. The interior of my car also had parts that were filthy, and other parts had some kind of film on it that had to be wiped off. And coincidentally, one of my daytime running lights no longer works. Crash Champion stated they would repair the radio antenna and the liftgate brake light, and Tesla Insurance let me know that supplemental funds were sent to them for those repairs.I am still waiting for the liftgate brake light and radio antenna repairs by crash champion, but have not received a call to take my car in. I'm not sure if there is a sensor located in the rear portion of the vehicle, but I sometimes cannot fast charge if the climate control is on, and I receive a message that climate control will be reduced, and fast charging may be affected. My vehicle's warranty ended on Oct, 2022, so repairs are now out of pocket. I am going to need to pay to fully repair my vehicle from Tesla.I would have preferred that Crash Champions would have kept my vehicle until Dec. 16 and performed more adequate repair work. In retrospect, I wish I would have chosen a better repair shop and not one out of convenience. Lesson learned.
