Classic Party Rentals (Sacramento) was the vendor my husband and I had the pleasure of working with for our recent wedding two weeks ago, and they were AMAZING! They were very prompt in communicating with us on our rentals, and even when we had to make some last minute changes literally the day before the rentals were to be delivered, they worked with us to make sure everything arrived exactly how we wanted it. The tables and chairs were comfortable and gorgeous, and lent the perfect touch to our wedding. Best of all, it was extremely affordable and fit perfectly in our budget. Was told a bunch of nonsense regarding a truck rental I remember speaking with a gentleman a few days prior about being able to pick up a truck to due to our wallet being stolen and we were at dmv replacing the IDs and licenses thatd when I called the home depot truck rental location and they said a temporary print out would be fine however I was rudley explained to and denied today about the truck honestly, something about sop or pictures of license, so idk what they are talking about sounds like nonsense and dude did not know how to do his job because what was the guy from the other day speaking about, go to other locations for your tool and truck rental needs this place was a absolute joke I will be doing all my masonry and construction jobs elsewhere from now on, we both have to work for supebowl Sunday I know it socks but that doesnt mean you have to be rude to the customer over the phone please act accordingly your at your job. Maybe a little respect next time?

They took 6 hours to install the device. I believe it was rigged to just get my by and out the door. Ever since installation I've gone through 3 new batteries in 10 months. My rear view camera stopped working, my check engine light, blinkers, windshield wipers, high beams are stuck on. Trunk won't open. Lights on gear shift area won't turn on. All my electrical is COMPLETELY SCREWED! And they won't fix it or accommodate me. Spoke to so called supervisor twice and they won't reimburse me. Now I can't even use my car unless it's jump started or get a 4th new battery. GO TO A PROFESSIONAL like a car audio business that specializes in installing all sorts of devices. When they make it right I'll make this review right!

Their workers were very professional and courteous. They prepped each room to eliminate as much dust and debris as possible prior to beginning the drywall repair. The repaired the walls and ceilings thru the whole house and garage in five days. They did a great job in a timely manner for the amount of work that was required. I will only use them for any work in the future. I asked for quotes from several other companies, but after poor response from them, I went with Black Ops. They were quick on their response for the quote and setting up the time for the actual work to begin and finish. Great Job!
