He was very patient with me and spent a lot of time in answering all my questions and concerns . He has gone above and beyond and I recommend this company. Unfortunately at the moment they are out of stock on the particular brand of generator I inquired about but Shad is doing a research for me where to find one as soon as possible . I went in to rent a tool and to purchase some other things. First when in the tool rental the gentleman didnt have the greatest customer service. I was never greeted and felt like I was an inconvenience. Then as I moved on to the tiling department to get mortar and some leveling spacers. I had already done some research so I was aware of a tool that was sold to help me with the spacers. I couldnt find the tool and walked around to get help and when someone finally came over he proceeded to tell me there was no tool. He then did a hand motion at me and said youre supposed to use your hands.I do the majority of the construction in my household and very capable of doing so. Its sad to me when I need to explain to my daughter that sometimes men dont really believe that women know what theyre doing in a home improvement store. I hope all women arent treated this way in your establishment.

They are SCAM! We rented a chain saw and we took it home and it didn't work. We called and the rental department was closed by that time and we came back in the morning to explain it to the staff. He opened the cover and took out the filter and said the engine was flooded and thats why you couldn't start it. They are supposed to service their tools and rent it in good conditions. If they get flooded quickly it has be fixed and taking care of!! You cant put old stuff and rent it for $58 a day! They wasted our time and money!!! Staff was very rude and he laughed at us when calling his manager about how fool we are flooding a saw chain and now back asking for return of our money!!! Definitely not renting tools here anymore. Yes they gave us 20 dollar discount. But they are very disrespectful and such a bad customer service and tools.

No star review first of all I went in to return a drill and the warranty that I bought that was not functioning properly on the jobs that I needed to do I asked the tall dark haired guy seem to be in charge of the floor time dont know if he was the manager or not to help me pick out a drill that would work for what I needed I had to ask him several times to help me with the drills seems like it was a huge inconvenience for him to help me pick out the right drill out of 40 or so they had on display. I nearly had to beg him to help me find one that would work after they me to the other side of the building then sent me back again to customer service 2 times no luck changing the drill and the warranty that I bought after the tool rental girl who is really nice and the customer service girl who was really nice got back on the phone with the manager, he would not update my drill which was not functioning properly for the jobs that I had to do its too bad he made that choice because Im just getting ready to outfit another crew spent $1,000 Easy On Tools here this last year I was getting ready to spend another $3,000 alone just too outfit 3rd crew Im definitely not going to spend it West Sacramento Home Depot because they wouldnt take care of me on the drill and warranty that I purchased which was around a $200 package they just lost thousands of dollars worth of business from me I will loan and also inform my employees not to buy anything there its too bad because my business is really expanding who knows how many thousands of dollars because of poor choice. My wife and I reserved a 26' truck through their Budget Truck Rental business. We reserved the van 3 weeks in advance and confirmed 1 week prior to picking up the van. On the day we were picking up the van, literally less than 1 mile from their office, they call to inform us they do not have the van. They gave us three different and conflicting excuses as to why the van was not available and were EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife. In the end, they had a 26' LIFT GATE van, but not a 26' RAMP than we'd reserved. We are moving to Nevada tomorrow and have an entire sequence of events we have set up. They are trying to bump us to a much more expensive rental (that we do not want and did not reserve) through forcing a lift gate on us OR a one way rental. Did an Internet pick up order of 368 items. Rented their truck, required multiple trips to get all to the site. Dan, Tara, Liz, Jimenea, were out standing. The Tool Guys most helpful with the truck. Eric, Patrick and the other fork truck guys that loaded the bags of gravel, concrete, trim brick...you saved my back! I was very impressed with the level of customer service. Thank you....now on to project 2.

I rented a truck and trailer w/ ramp to go pickup a golf cart.The 2 pickup trucks were already reserved, so I could not use them.I was provided with a box truck that was capable of pulling the trailer.It seemed a waste to have the trailer if the golf cart can fit inside the box truck. They dont have any ramps that are the width of the inside of the box truck. This truck had no ramp at all.The truck had a few problems.1. The truck has no cruise control. Trying to maintain 55 or 60 MPH was rather difficult.2. The A/C worked intermittently. 20 minutes of cold followed by 10 minutes of warm.3. While there are (2) 12Volt adapters to keep cell phones charged, neither worked.Not sure if both are on the same fuse. This would be a good reason to put each on their own fuse.

I have rented form them for Burning Manfirst their quote was about the same as aggrekos but having bad experience with aggreko ive decided to try sunbeltlong story shortquote was arisen to 26,000 vs 19.000 original right before pick up timetheir 200kWt generators fuel senors malfunctioned and lead to stoppage of working on the second day of rental. after 3 hours on satellite phone with tech support trying troubleshooting the gen with no success we swapped the gen to new one - took 24 hourThey are questioning our common sense claiming that when they got their gen back it was empty of fuel and when they filled it up it was back to working condition. 360 people in my camp including professional electrician, union member with 20 years experience saw that generator showing fuel tank 1/3 fullSunbelt company charged me 31.000$ k dollars despite even their own bill of 28K and refused to recognize equipment malfunctioning that lead to 24 hour of power shortage and extra charges for gen swapTheir salesman told me over the phone looks like we owe you some money and lets work out that malfunction thing t but nothing was done 3 month later . im going to dispute charges and take business to other place.
