I was then told that the manager needed to accompany me to my bank .Stay the hell away from these guys. Lifesafer Ignition Interlock Salinas

If I could give this place no stars I would, office staff horrible to work with even the upper management doesn't know what they are doing and have poor customer service skills. Everytime I went they took forever and the techs would just apologize even stating that the office staff can't schedule right. Also they charge for anything even if they do wrong on there part. Finally was finished with this company after 6 months then they decide to charge me and send me to collections for owing them money I actually did not owe. So happy to finally be done with this awful company.

Lets Party Salinas

We got Let's Party for a large event (300+ people) and it was one of the highlights!! The selection of games was super hard to pick from cause there were so many good choices and we ended up getting the inflatable axe throwing and soccer dart games. Our event was a over 21+ event and the games were super appropriate. The emails were super responsive and the whole Let's Party team was very helpful. On the day of the event, Jud and crew showed up on-time and were very good about communicating arrival and tear down. All of our attendees were playing the games until the last possible minute (even as the games were deflating), which showed how much people enjoyed them. Overall, a great experience renting from them and would definitely look to get more games in the future
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salinas, an IHG Hotel
195 Kern St, Salinas, CA 93901, United States
The customer service here is horrible.Michelle and Katrina did not look happy to be at work and made no attempts at resolving the issues we had. Upon arrival on Saturday, 8/11 at 4:40pm we were told that the elevators were broken and wouldn't be fixed until Monday becuase they didn't get fixed today. I asked why we weren't notified of this earlier so we could find other accommodations prior to arrive. Katrina said oh I left you a message a while ago. My husband checked his phone, there was a voicemail from her at 4:32pm. First of all check-in time is normally at 3pm So, for her to call us at the time she did, it was rude and meticulous. If we'd known about the elevators we would've canceled and found another accommodations for our anniversary weekend. But it was too late and we already drove 5 hrs with our baby. We checked the surrounding hotels and everyone was booked due to the many events and golf tournament in town this weekend. I asked for compensation, because normally when hotels inconvenience their customers there needs to be compensation. At least, when things go wrong at the other Hilton and Marriott chains that what they do. But, instead of being gracious hosts, Michelle didn't give a hoot and said You can have a snack—a bag of skittles, a bag of popcorn, a peppermint York, and trail mix were the options. Yeah, the HIE needs to retrain their customer service reps on some customer service skills. Michelle put us on the 3rd floor becuase she said that's the only floor with the king-sized bed we booked. Lugging all our luggage and a baby up 3 flights of stairs wasn't fun. When we got to our room, 305, we weren't happy with it and requested a change only to be told sorry we're booked. I thought regardless of whether you're “booked” your parking lot is empty, which means that there are other rooms that you can move us too. But Michelle and Katrina wouldn't do it.So, the issues with the room are:1. The AC/Hearer wasn't working. With a baby in tow, this is a huge problem. Babies are more sensitive to temperature changes and loose body heat easier than adults. In addition, my daughter hates blankets over her. I didn't want her getting sick. Again, the girls at the front desk didn't care.2. Most of the lights in the room weren't working, such as the night stand lights, the loveseat light, the couch light, etc.3. The bathtub had mold in it. Especially, the underside of the soap stand.4. The telephones weren't working. Neither of them! I found that out when I tried calling the front desk. The telephones in the room connected to each other. When I was trying to call the front desk from the phone on the desk, my husband heard me from the phone nest to the bed. It was odd. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone.5. The carpet is disgustingly dirty. My daughter was wearing new socks prior to entering the room; 30 mins later and her sock bottoms were black. I had to wash my sandals and wear them indoors becuase I didn't want to walk barefoot on the carpet. It made me wonder when was the last time this room was cleaned.6. When I requested extra pillows, I was told there was none. I already used the 2 extra pillows in the closet, but needed another 2. This was a first for me—a hotel running out of pillows.7. The electrical outlets aren't properly covered with the electric box exposed. This is a hazard for guests with babies and small children. It took 30mins for maintenance to fit it all, even then I was leery about the ac/heater unit becuase when it was supposedly “fix” it shut off again on us and the maintenance guy had to go restart the breaker again. During this whole time, we got no communication from the maintenance guy or the front desk. We'd requested a room change and was waiting for a response, but we were LITERALLY ignored by the front desk ladies and were stuck in that disgusting room. Overall, we definitely didn't feel like valued customers at all. We won't be coming back to this hotel and we'll inform corporate of the lack of customer service and disgusting hygiene at this place.
