I would never shop this location again. Their customer service is in dire need of improvement. We were told after the puchase that in order to have delivered they would need to do a refund and charge us again. It took them 30 seconds to withdraw money from my account and i was told it would take 3 to 7 business days to refund my account. Really!!!!!We arranged to have an appliance delivered since the only two truck rentals was not available. We paid the money they required, just to have them drop off the appliance as if it was the local paper route. The delivery truck failed to not only bring it in, but dropped it off at the door only. They charge wayyyyy too much money $$$$$$$$ for delivery to not service their customers better than that. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and for that i am going to be vocal about it.

Nice person, answered all my questions about the whole trailer set up; I did not notice, nor did he point out a huge dent in one of the fenders --there was only a half inch between the metal and the tire. I was shocked to discover this 3 days later. I first thought I had done the damage --then I saw the little X stickers. So, I was just surprised. I was not hassled about this damage at any point, even at the return.

I just met with the kind owner of Bradford Medical Supply. My husband and I were in search of CPAP cleaning supplies while out in California for over 3 weeks. I came to Stanford hospital to receive surgical treatment for moyamoya disease which has left me with 10 strokes. Sleep Apnea puts me at higher risk for strokes and my husband said I was choking in my sleep last night and we spent hours searching CVS and Walgreens and calling medical supply stores and Bradford was the only one that picked up. He offered to get something next day but I needed it same day because of the choking from last night. He offered his own filters to me. That level of caring and customer service will forever make my day and that's exactly how someone should run a business.

The union sent me to this company and I went here at the office to apply for a job. A guy named “Joey” from there took me outside telling me he is who hires people and they aren't hiring so far. I asked him for Human Resources office and he told me he was Human Resources. I asked him if the company has website he told me no website, suggested me try to apply in other company. Was unprofessional that this person took me outside of office trying to convince me there ain't opportunity for me to work. I felt discriminated.

They dont deserve 1 star. Horrible... Horrible.... Horrible! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will SCAM you out of your money and waste your time. Dont ask for a supervisor because they never call you back. They send you a form to fill out but never follow up. Customer service is rude and lacks training. Installers dont know anything so dont bother asking them. They run late, double book and reschedule at the last minute. Your schedule isnt important so make sure you plan accordingly. Even if you have proof and are right about a situation they still will not refund you or waive fees. I have asked to speak with the owner or corporate and was refused that information. My dui was definitely my fault but this is the worst place to go for your breathalyzer.
