Enterprise is always my go to car rental agency. I am having difficulty typing at present due to a carpal tunnel condition so I cant say all I would if my hands were healthy. But, the Enterprise employees at the Brand Blvd in Glendale location, were extraordinary, they went out of their way to accomodate me and did so in a pleasant, and very professional manner.

**** FIRST CAR FAILED TO START, REPLACEMENT CAR LOCKED US OUT A DAY LATER ****I have rented from this branch on multiple occasions with little to no issues other than subpar cleanliness and shoddy maintenance of the vehicles. Nothing that ever interrupted a trip though, not until this week. We were given one vehicle which failed to start prior to our trip to Nevada. We were supposed to leave at midnight, so we ended up having to wait until the branch reopened in the morning. Once the branch opened and we explained the issue, we were made to wait for hours for roadside assistance to exchange our broken down vehicle for a replacement, which never happened. We were told we had to wait with the car for it to be picked up, which we refused to do due to our already delayed trip. We were not offered to be picked up when we insisted we had to leave and needed another car. We basically forced the branch manager to accept the keys for the broken down vehicle on our property. We had to get our own ride up to the branch to drop off the keys and get another car. The second car also had problems with the rear sliding doors (it was a minivan), and a day later it locked us out from getting into it (with all our belongings inside) because the remote was malfunctioning. Once again, we waited for hours for roadside assistance which showed up very late and just made the remote work by playing around (not even replacing) the remote battery and without giving us another car as promised. We did not feel safe driving that car either as the last thing we wanted was to go pump gas and get locked out again, and it was loaded with stuff so its not like we could just leave it unlocked (nor would that even be a safe option in any event). We ended up abandoning the car at an Avis car rental in Nevada so we could get a proper car rental to complete our trip. Roadside assistance took forever to finally pick it up. Their roadside assistance is an absolute joke by the way! I contacted roadside assistant three times per day (because they never show up!) and each time they made a mistake on the service request such as incorrect address, and incorrect notes. Customer service is also overseas, so have fun with that. After we had abandoned the vehicle by providing clear information and instruction to the original branch as well as their roadside assistance, they called hours later saying they couldnt locate the vehicle. Why? Because the service note said it was in front of a laundromat and at a totally different address. What??! Luckily the roadside assistance AAA driver was very easy-going and competent and just went to the correct address when we told him where it was. When we returned home, the first broken down vehicle was STILL on our property and had never been picked up (3 days later). I had to call the branch manager and their joke roadside assistance multiple times and threaten to have the vehicle dragged off my property and left in the middle of the road. I contacted corporate and was told regional manager would contact me, which never happened. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had with any business. I run my own auto repair business and cannot even fathom providing our customers with this kind of service. We would be out of business in no time.

This was so much fun. It was simple to find the pick up location. The parking was free. Pay attention when they show you how to store your belongings and start the Slingshot. Haha, it was so exciting pulling out of the garage that I had to take a moment to remember the pointers I was given after we stopped for lunch. It was easy, dont worry. I got to meet the owner and he is a great guy. They have Slingshots in some really fun colors. I didnt know this, but they even have 4 seaters! Take your friends! We drove north along the coast and it was not only a fun drive but the views were so pretty of the Pacific. We got to see some surfers in action. We took a twisty route thru the mountains back from the Pacific Coast Highway (cant remember the name) and it was a gorgeous area to see in such a fun vehicle. Wear your sunscreen and bring water. It can really heat up if you are in slow moving traffic on a sunny day. We got lots of waves. Yes, everybody, a Slingshot is as fun as it looks.

My driver side window had started acting up. It really wouldnt go up anymore. I was lucky I didnt have it all the way down the night it pretty much died on me while I was driving home on the freeway. It went up enough to close when the door closes.I sent a few messages to businesses about the issue. All but two of them wanted me to bring in the car to better diagnose the issue. I did not like having to do that since itll just drag on the time I have with a broken window mechanism (normally I do not mind taking the car in for better diagnosis, but no time when its something that separates the interior and outside of the car and would be easy access for anyone if the window no longer went up). One was a mobile repairer. I did not feel comfortable with that one. But, Gary, owner of this fine body shop, was the only one to tell me the out the door price. Its like he knew what the issue was before even having to remove the door panel and was the lowest, fairest price. And the part that he quoted me for was what the issue was. The metal wires on the window regulator were really shot to hell.He saved me money on the repair and the car rental I had (originally rented for a full three days). The repair was done in a day -- was ready the next day, so I was refunded the unused days from Enterprise and I have a window that goes up and down like it was brand new!I definitely would recommend Garys shop to anyone who asks me for body shop recommendation!

I got a quote to insure my Toyota, I paid in full that evening. About two weeks later I received a letter in the mail saying that my insurance was going to be cancelled if I did not pay about $150 more. Outraged, I called my agents office. After some digging they discovered that my address was not enter correctly, and that I was being charged a rate for an area that I did not live in anymore. (Note: During my quote and purchase of the policy I provided my address many times) When I argued that this was the COMPANIES mistake, not mine, and that they should have to suck it up because I paid in full, and would not have agreed to pay the additional $150 had I known that was the rate, they basically told me to f off because that is the amount I owe them, and to either pay up or take my business elsewhere. So, I let my policy cancel. I still have NOT received my refund (two weeks later), and the amount they are refunding me is for the rate with the extra $150. Not the rate to which I agreed. And therefore, my refund is much smaller than it should be. I am being charged $181 for less than a month of coverage, when I agreed to pay about $550 for 6 months. DIRTY CROOKS. Thats all I have to say about State Farm. This is NOT the first time I have had a terrible experience with them and their making mistakes. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had an accident on the freeway in my Sonata and the entire backside of the car was ruined. A friend of mine highly recommended I go with Renew Collision Center in order to get my car fixed. Once I notified my insurance and passed on my request to have them fix my car, I was immediately taken care of. I spoke to David and Gary. Both were so wonderful to work with. They took care of the rest moving forward. From the insurance, the paperwork...from beginning to end. I can not begin to tell you how professional this company and team is! I was communicated about every step of the process and repair of my car. They provided me with realistic expectations, status updates and they followed through on everything. I literally had nothing to worry about because of how thorough and timely they operated. This tells you they have a huge amount of experience and expertise. This was my first time going to a body shop and Im so glad they were recommended to me. I value a word of mouth recommendation. They were kind enough to drive my car back to my home in perfect condition. Also, Id like to mention, that a couple of days after getting my car back, I accidentally closed my garage door on the backside of the bumper that they had just fixed, and I embarrassingly took it back, and they quickly fixed the small scratch. I am so thankful for the positive experience and I highly recommend this Renew Collision Center. Thank you Gary and David!
