Great experience working with Tom, Sergio and Janett from the Adventure Rentals team. I was looking for some fair priced, ready to go E-bikes for the kids Xmas gifts this year. Driving to work and I saw the sign “bikes sale today”. I had a good feeling and sure enough, Adventure Rentals had a great selection and was super helpful as I educated myself and took my very first e-bike ride. I was sold and the team made the whole process super easy. It was clear that AR has a team that enjoys what they do and really makes you feel like part of the family. Highly recommend and support your local small businesses!Side note, they also offer bike rentals and some sweet looking Jeeps. Perfect to cruise the beach!! I will be renting one soon!

On Memorial day weekend I went to look for a CR-V Sports Hybrid with specific options, but they did not have it. Jacob Freeman my sales person and the GM went above and beyond by looking for the model with the options I wanted. We agreed on pricing without too much back and forth. They even gave me extra years of free maintenance. He listen to what I needed and what I wanted to pay. This was the easiest process I was ever part of. They told me that the next day they would have the car at there dealership. I left the store and later that evening Jacob told me that they found the car and to go the next day at noon. When I showed up the next day Jacob and his team had my car ready and the process after that was super fast. I stepped into the Finance office with Jonathan and he was great. He explained everything and all the options that I could get. I was given a great discount on all the options I opted in for and giving me the best solutions once my lease was up. When I do buy the car after I would not need to pay anything extra and just finance the car itself. This was a first of getting told everything upfront without BS and even given a discount. I referred my buddy here a year back and they treated him great as well, compare how he was treated at a different dealership. They told him no and that he could not afford what he wanted. Norm Reeves has gone above and beyond both times and thought of the customer not themselves. They did not care to make a giant profit but to make the customer happy. Mark up was also lowered and given some for free. Compare to other dealers the mark ups are way lower if they even have any. 5 STARS all around to everyone here are Norm Reeves, if you are buying a car make sure this is your first stop.

I legitimately feel terrible for all of the necks that were injured as people whipped their heads around to look at us driving by in the Lamborghini we rented. Haha!! It was an amazing feeling! Nigel and his team set us up for a day we will never forget!!We pulled up to a restaurant in LA, and people started taking pictures of us as we got out of the car at the valet! We knew it was going to be an amazing time, but it was WAY better than we imagined. This Lambo made us look movie stars and feel like rockstars!!The whole experience of renting a luxury car from Nigel was well worth the splurge! This car would normally be way out of my league to own… But Nigel made me feel as though it belonged to me. Wow...Thanks LECR-HB for an amazing day of living a dream!!

Add on top of it he is very funny and witty and a pleasure to be around. Very good vibes and energy. Very trustful. Eric and George at ER Painting Services took great care of us from start to finish. We called around several body shops in LA and Orange County before bringing our car in, and they gave us the best AND most transparent pricing of any shop. They also helped us work with our insurance company to cover some of the damages, and naturally, they did excellent work on the car. The repairs were spotless, and the paint blend is totally unnoticeable. The mechanics at ER really are masters of their craft.Everyone we interacted with at ER was kind, positive, and respectful. Even the rental car agency down the street spoke highly of them. If we need any more auto body work done in the future, we will definitely return.

When we were in the process of making the switch, Maren recommended we increase one of the coverage for our older vehicle based on what we had with our previous coverage.
