After a week of having this installed it killed my battery! My battery has never died on me prior to this. My key was no longer working either because the car was dead so I had no way of entering my car or charging the battery. I had a service appointment I called and let them know my situation. They didn't care. A week later they claimed I was being non compliant so now I have to pay $600. Almost $700 to remove the device. My car is locked out and I can't even get it to get removed.This company won't try to help you and the customer service is trash. Very hard to get ahold of.DONT USE THIS COMPANY SERVICE

My mytee has had an issue with one of its vacuums and I ordered all of the parts that I suspected needed to replaced relays switches vacuum motor etc. I assumed that it was going to be a wiring issue after I put in all the new parts so I brought my machine to them since they are a certified mytee service center. I got a call the next day and they told me it was the relay. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking mytee gave me a faulty relay and I brought them a spare relay that I had from my recent parts order. The next day they told me my machine was ready and I trusted their word since when I opened my machine I saw that they did re splice some of the work I did. As soon as I got my first shampooing job of the next month my mytee wasn't turning on just like when I brought it in the first time. I immediately brought it back and they told me that it's working fine. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was my extension cords that were failing so I replaced them. I used my machine for a job I had scheduled but when my waste tank filled up and tripped the float switch I was back to a broken down machine. I opened my mytee as soon as I got home and turns out the problem with my unit was a bad float switch. I also tested the relay that they switched out and that was also working fine. I paid almost 300$ in labor just for them to swap out parts that were fine and for them to give me back a broken machine that I ended up having to diagnose and fix.

Three times in the past I have made reservations with this location. Twice I received a call telling me they were canceling because there would be no car available. The airport location is maybe two miles away from this one. They didnt offer to change the pick up to the airport or help me in any way at all and when I tried to do it myself it doubled the cost of the rental. The lack of consideration or help at this location is unreal. They cancel you with no care about leaving you in a bad situation. I canceled the third reservation and made it with Hertz. I will not try to do business with this location ever again and have already warned friends and family to avoid them or risk being without transportation when its needed.- In reply to the owner below - There is nothing further to address. A car not being available is no excuse for just dumping a customer with no concern to the situation you left them in. Twice, I was not offered any kind of options or help and did not even received an apology. Regardless of the nature of your business, you can change the way you treat people.
