All Star Rents
2525 Clay Bank Rd, Fairfield, CA 94533, United States
I went in to rent a 5 horsepower tiller with my friend and the blonde guy behind the counter said they are all out for the day but they have a more expensive 8 horsepower for right now or a 5 horse at 1130.It was about 10 so my friend asks, 1130 today or 1130 tomorrow? He says 1130 tomorrow.Friend says okay see you at 1130 tomorrow. He says okay see you then.1130 the next day I am there for pick up for an 1130 tiller and give the guy my name.he cant find my name but then says there is a tiller for lynn at 1130 which is the name of the friend that came to the store with me yesterday.so i figure they put it under his name thus confirming FOR SURE they had this rental in their system at 1130.The guy has me pay FIRST and then says there arent any 5 horse tillers!Dissapointed, i get an idea and i ask if he has the 8 horse and he does.Great solution. So I think he is getting the tiller ready but he is actually up charging me for the 8 horse!I tell him no you scheduled me for 1130 and then did not have the equipment you promised to be ready so you should substitute me the 8 horse. He says rudely NO, yesterday I told you that if it is back I can rent it to you.I tell him you have it in the system and you said 1130 it would be ready.I remember what i said, if it is ready i will have it you at 1130!Now that made me furious because he is lying to me. What he is saying doesn't even make sense. As seen earlier in the review we confirmed 1130 multiple times. He didn't say call to see if it was ready, just see you at 1130. Eventually just canceled the order and walked out.Morale of the story:Dont trust the time they give you as truth because the blonde guy is not honest. Dont expect excellent customer service because they will not accommodate you if they mess up their times. If you need a rental, especially in a crunch, the Fairfield location I went to is not reliable enough to consider. You are better off renting elsewhere.

The Daily Desk
490 Chadbourne Rd a100, Fairfield, CA 94534, United States
The Daily Desk is THE absolute best co-working space hands down, especially if you are seeking a space within the Fairfield/Vacaville Solano county area. The location itself is convenient, safe and is also near a very well-known local coffee shop. I am so grateful for this space and the community as it has grown to hold a special place in my heart that I truly look forward to going to on a daily basis for both my professional work and a place to carry out my creative outlet interests. We have a private suite here and we definitely are so appreciative of the all inclusivity that is offered: from having 24 access to TDD space with a fob key, to having access to various meeting rooms that are equipped with modern, state of the art technology devices, a wide variety of snacks and beverages, an on-site mailbox, unlimited printing with office material and resources, community events, and of course my personal favorite part – being taken care of by the best staff. Shawn is the best!! One thing I love about Shawn is how personable he is and how much he genuinely cares about his members and the community at TDD. I love coming into TDD and being greeted by Shawn with a big smile as he rolls by on his segway to ensure he is providing the best service to everyone. He pours his heart and soul into TDD and us members are appreciative of everything he does for us here. And of course, if you get to meet Zaira and Natalie, the other two staff members at TDD, they will always go above and beyond to take care of you as well. They offer different memberships and passes that are flexible with what your use case and preference may be when seeking to utilize a space and the amenities like TDD. They do a phenomenal job at cultivating such a fun, professional and supportive community to be apart of. 5/5 star review for me and encourage everyone to at least check the space out at least once!

Rena MacDonald - State Farm Insurance Agent
1300 Oliver Rd #110, Fairfield, CA 94534, United States
Rena MacDonald and her State Farm team has truly been there for me in every one of my life experiences, big and small, good and sad. Consistently the team at this office go above and beyond to support me and have for over 15 years of my life! I cannot recommend this office more highly for their true compassion, care, and support of their customers.Tammy Mullins is one of the team members I have had the pleasure of working with and I cannot say enough great things about her help and support! Most recently I purchased a car that had a bit of bad luck associated with it. Within 1 year Tammy helped me with 3 claims on my car (Wind shield, Vandalism, and getting rear ended) moving to 2 different cities, and double checked the coverage on my plan time and time again to make sure it was what I needed within my budget.Tammy not only had the patience to listen to what I was going through each time but gave me great advice and even continued to call and follow up once everything was settled just to make sure there wasn't anything else needed. This AMAZING support calmed my stress and made the processes as easy as possible. Not to mention, Tammy took the time to follow up directly if I was given an answer that didn't make sense or seemed off where she got back to me within the same day. Truly above and beyond every time I needed help with so much kindness and compassion. Thank you so much for all your help Tammy!!!

CALRegional Fairfield
4820 Business Center Dr #100, Fairfield, CA 94534, United States
The 5-Star review is redeemed due to my experience with my instructor. From start to finish, CalRegional had a ton of advertisements that displays their programs and schedules available. (Seems great) I decided to call and get more information on their EMT and pharmacy tech program as I was undecided. The woman on the phone was nice, but didnt tell me much more information than I could already find online. I finally decided I would just put the deposit down on the pharmacy tech program instead of second guessing it, and from there my experience seemed to flow decently well as far as what was expected of me before my first day of class (uniforms, materials, school conduct book) Day 1 was okay, as far as introductions and what we would learn about over the course of the next few weeks, however my instructor was setup for failure in the beginning by the school in my opinion. There was some sort of scheduling issue the first week and a half, so our program got delayed which changed our end date. The communication on this scheduling issue was not really conveyed until it was forced out of administration after several calls from students. I went to class for 2 days and then I didn't have school for the next 5 days, waiting to hear something from staff. That wasnt good enough for me as there is a 7 day period to cancel or you have to payout the rest of your tuition whether you come or not, in addition we had assignments we were trying to stay on top of and no one could answer if those still needed to be submitted by the deadline we were given. CalRegional did decide to credit us $300 off our tuition for this inconvenience, which was an upside to a frustrating situation. However, we continued after that week and a half of being off. Mrs. T seemed more prepared and we just kept doing a ton of assignments. (Background: This was her first teaching gig with CalRegional and her all her books that are to be provided by the school werent there on time, and when it finally did get there it was the same workbook she already had and not TEXTbook she needed -3 week delay- ) She was going by the schools older curriculum of slide shows/modules when she was assigning work for us to do at home, which was a massive amount of chapters due in under a week. It made it near impossible to absorb the information because you already had to move on to the next chapter or youd never finish in time. It made it difficult to balance at home life, work life, and school. She finally received the correct book and she was mortified she had been assigning us so much based off of PAST instructors material (which btw the slideshows were absolutely terrible-should delete them) She decided to redo the remaining time of the class how she wanted to transfer the information to us and what our individual expectations were for work assigned at home. We found a happy medium where we were able to breathe with the work assigned at home, gave us time to study for quizzes and do NHA modules. The atmosphere of the class changed at that point. Everyone was able to share their struggles and classmates/teacher would offer solutions, change assignment focus based on these struggles. The labs she would put on were fun and unique! She made sure that no student was left behind (some were on the quiet side, so she always made sure to ask them what they needed help on so she would go over it as a whole) Shes always on time ready to go, in the classroom and online. If she has ever been any other emotion other than happy, shes great at hiding it. Mrs. T is always wearing her smile. She created a great dynamic with everyone and having Mrs. T as my instructor made me feel like I was in good hands and I can trust her with my education and my future in pharmacy. Thank you Mrs. T!
