The New Haven Companies, Inc.
1501 Doolittle Dr # F, San Leandro, CA 94577, United States
We are happy with the services provided by Matt Hastings. We call, email or text him and he always makes himself available for us. Sometimes we call him last minute for materials or late over the weekend and he always makes sure we receive our items. Mark at the warehouse/dispatch is always helpful for delivery times and pick ups, even if its last minute. We are grateful for vendors like New Haven! We will continue to buy for them and to referred them as well! 5 star service!
Bigge Crane and Rigging Co.
10700 Bigge St, San Leandro, CA 94577, United States
The reason I'm putting a one star rating is do to the fact that I'm here in California working at a job sight with a Bigge crane and the deal is that the person dealing with the crane is so unprofessional, we have an obligation to do, coming from another state to finish a job that has a “DO DATE” by Dec. and the crane driver is taking his sweet time I'm not exaggerating I understand someone walking across 30 feet but taking 30 min to 20min it's not right on top of that his smart remarks such as “well I don't want to but I guess” “um no you guys can't carry that beam” have in mind it's a 600pound beam that's not right, the thing is that this man also takes a lunch at 12 just like the rest of us, we have 1hr of lunch and on top of that as we're taking beams up, material, etc. 301. 19st Oakland i just think it's unprofessional and if the company really is professional something will buy done just a heads up

Had a terrible experience with Road Bear and feel very taken advantage of..Would definitely not recommend Road Bear San Leandro .Biggest collection of gangsters I would describe them as.On collection of the Vehicle everything seemed formal and professional, experience soon changed when we realised the Rv had many issues that had never been brought to our attention.Trip itinerary involved going south to LA and as far as Palm Springs for a birthday celebration but soon changed when the it was discovered the sewage tank has had a hole in it and there also had been a sort of cheap cowboy attempt at repairing it on the DL.We know this because we brought it to a Rv mechanic near us in the hope gaining of a bit of advice. When we eventually got in touch with their non existent customer service they requested we bring the vehicle to a service centre of theirs miles out of our way. This resulted in us cancelling plans.Vehicle smell was getting worse so we obliged . Had to book into a hotel for a few nights till Van got replaced. (No reimbursement)All this I could accept or at least get around until it came time to return the Rv. Immediately on arrival in the gate there was this sense of try and catch us out demeanour about them . The Road Bear Representative who had been very nice and formal turned into a different person altogether .They quickly drafted up a contract and had no intention on telling us that we were not getting our deposit back.At that point was very tired Uber was our side and had our flight to get so had to leave. Will be disputing our contract with them. Very disapointed
Concentra Urgent Care
2587 Merced St, San Leandro, CA 94577, United States
I waited over 2 hours, I not once complained or was rude to the staff. I was there for an onboarding process for an employer (blood work, urine, and shots). Whomever checked me in showed her distaste when I at the 1 1/2 hour mark simply asked if she could tell me how much longer it may be as I had to use the restroom (part of the test) she came back and said I had 1 more person waiting for a physical then it was my turn. I tried to explain I was not there for a physical in which I was basically dismissed. The employer reached out to me while I was waiting to make sure I had completed everything, I informed them I was still waiting and they were not happy. They asked to speak to a supervisor and when I let the same receptionist know she told me to tell him to call the main number (after she had already informed me that they hadn't been answering as they were busy). In the end, she had put my paperwork in the incorrect folder, not once apologized for HER mistake. The supervisor apologized profusely to me, still not making it any less of a wait or making up for her incredibly rude staff. Everyone has an attitude and as I explained to them, I not once disrespected them, was rude, spoke out of character to them. I also explained they should be grateful to have a job as I wanted to work and couldn't wait to have my onboarding process complete to work! I understand they deal with all walks of life, it may be overwhelming, but the staff should in no way be as cold and rude as they are. I also ended up having an allergic reaction to my shot, I didn't know what it was and simply asked for someone to look at it? The NP basically told me that her staff has apologized to me several times....what more do I want from them!!?? Not quite sure why she felt the need to be so aggressive as I didn't place blame. I simply asked what was wrong with my arm?Overall, the experience was incredibly poor. It's sad that even when you try your hardest to maintain your level of respect during a difficult situation it is not reciprocated.
