I missed returning a rental by 35 minutes so they charged a full extra day. I rent from them almost weekly. There tools are falling apart. The saw i rented was missing guide bolts and the brushes were worn out. It was a piece of junk. It was blowing the breaker constantly even though it was the only device on a 20 amp breaker. It took twice as long a good condition saw. The job took an extra day because of it so now i am paying for 3 days instead of one. There are plenty of tool rentals down the street so they officially lost ALL of my rental business and will be loosing most of me retail business.

I called in asked for a surface scrubber, the guy clearly said he had one available, asked for location, stated off roy rogers, drove 20 mins to Roy rogers location, I ask for a surface scrubber, doesn't have one available, I suggest better training for employees and product knowledge, I value my time just like anyone else, and this was a waste of time,

WHOA BOY WHAT A PLACE TO REMEMBER, LITTLE PINT SIZE SCAMMER IN A SHAW!Ok this is what happen, I called at 3pm to book a room for 2 nights. I told the lady Im looking at the price for $51.00 on the price line website. Will I get the the room for 51.00 per night? She took down my name and said everything was set youll get it for that price.. Upon my arrival I ring the little bell and some troll looking Indian lady comes out. I showed her the ad I download and mention that we book a room for 2 nights at 51.00 . Her response what what ??? $51 dolla.. noooo no... we no rent rooms for dat price. Im like lady I call earlier and the clerk told me everything was set--- Nooo no dat lady go home. I said can you call her to verify. Noo no she go out with her boyfriend. So after some back and forth yapping she finally said Okkeee I rent for $51.00. I need credit card . So I give her my nice new card and she says ohh problem.. Im like what problem?. Your credit card no work.. What do you mean it wont work I just used at the gas station down the street. Oh I think our machine wont take... She shows me this damn primitive 1979 card slider that even street vendors wont us anymore! So I tell her Ill go back to the gas station and get the money. Ohh wait you must leave deposit....A despot!! First I dont carry money on me and 2nd I didnt even book the room yet - what the hell is the 20.00 dollar despot for?? Well see some people come in and steal or damage dings, but Im not the the fricken room yet - Ill be back with the money---nooo no wait!! If you have udder credit card you can charge 20 dolla here. But you just said the machine dont work. Well we try again... This little pop-eyed 4 ft monster is trying to scam the hell out of me! I just left without looking back. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING THERE You have been warn...... Oh by the way, its is so true as it was mention in earlier reviews They have friends, family posing as customer to give the so call GOOD reviews. Notice how the good reviews start with the letter I? A homeless person would spit on this place.
