People should know before hand; that they have very early hours that u have to abide by or get evicted.of coarse i found out the hard way. The sales people online & on the 800 u haul main office will offer u. 24 hr. Entry if thats what u want. U might get an additional but very fair charge for that. But it doesnt matter. They dont allow any flexibility in their hours. And very deceiving because, youll see and hear people actively working in the building. I dont get it. But Im ok with it now, because its storage & i just had to realize, understand, Agree, and schedule. Much easier than planning to do it all again. Wow. The truck, the help, the days off work. And thats after the footwork of shopping for a new place. Shop SMART The First Time INTO IT. ?

After having terrible service from other Uhaul locations, we REALLY appreciate the outstanding customer service our family received from this Uhaul location. We were moving cross country and had to rent a small van a few times to pack up and transport furniture and other larger items to donation centers. We always received kind, courteous service from this location without exception. Uhaul corporate should take notice of this and maybe send some of their managers at other locations to learn about good customer and general good manners from this location. If you need to rent a Uhaul, give your business to this location... or risk having to deal with incompetence and headaches while dealing with other locations (like we had to for our cross country move using their moving pod boxes). To the gentleman who runs this location: keep up the good work. You are head and shoulders above your peers.

AVOID THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY IF YOURE OF DARKER COMPLEXION THE MAN WORKING THIS LOCATION IS EXTREMELY RACIST. I tried to rent from here and was told that he was completely out. No eye contact, no trying to offer any solutions at all. I was with my friend who is a white and I had a feeling so I asked her to go and try and what do you know within 10 minutes all of a sudden the exact same thing I was trying to rent which was “sold out” had become vacant for my friend. AVOID AVOID AVOID if this is the type of people UHAUL has representing their business I want nothing to do with it!!!

I went in to rent a 5 horsepower tiller with my friend and the blonde guy behind the counter said they are all out for the day but they have a more expensive 8 horsepower for right now or a 5 horse at 1130.It was about 10 so my friend asks, 1130 today or 1130 tomorrow?He says 1130 tomorrow.Friend says okay see you at 1130 tomorrow.He says okay see you then.1130 the next day I am there for pick up for an 1130 tiller and give the guy my name.he cant find my name but then says there is a tiller for lynn at 1130 which is the name of the friend that came to the store with me yesterday.so i figure they put it under his name thus confirming FOR SURE they had this rental in their system at 1130.The guy has me pay FIRST and then says there arent any 5 horse tillers!Dissapointed, i get an idea and i ask if he has the 8 horse and he does.Great solution. So I think he is getting the tiller ready but he is actually up charging me for the 8 horse!I tell him no you scheduled me for 1130 and then did not have the equipment you promised to be ready so you should substitute me the 8 horse.He says rudely NO, yesterday I told you that if it is back I can rent it to you.I tell him you have it in the system and you said 1130 it would be ready.I remember what i said, if it is ready i will have it you at 1130!Now that made me furious because he is lying to me. What he is saying doesn't even make sense. As seen earlier in the review we confirmed 1130 multiple times. He didn't say call to see if it was ready, just see you at 1130. Eventually just canceled the order and walked out.Morale of the story:Dont trust the time they give you as truth because the blonde guy is not honest. Dont expect excellent customer service because they will not accommodate you if they mess up their times.If you need a rental, especially in a crunch, the Fairfield location I went to is not reliable enough to consider. You are better off renting elsewhere.

The Good- Service is adequate, friendly staff- Prices are attractive (but be-careful)-Security is good-Spaces are clean (wood inside is old)The Bad- Theyre super aggressive and try to sell you everything! let me explain.....they hand you a lock when you first do the walk through and make it sound like its part of the deal but when you are about to sign the contract they charge you like $13.99 I believe for a lock you can get somewhere else for half the price, they make it sound like its a requirement to buy their lock- Also they almost force you to buy their boxes and supplies( super aggressive that intimidates you) I understand sales people are meant to upsell but sometimes they forget to remain professional when offering their products- 1 Dollar moves you in? not true they charge you and admin fee of $25 dollars and also 61.67 in less than a month so shady for that one, also when they send you the bill the want you to pay one Month in advance for example I moved in on 10/24 and paid $25.00, got a bill right away for $61.67 on 11/1 and on top of that they want you to pay $229 in advance for 12/1-12/31...... so question is when I move out on 11/25 hopefully (would I get refunded back my 61.67??? why? because $25 moves you in for 30 days right? do the math- Last but not least!- the Insurance.....this are their exact words when the insurance question pops up on their screen You are required to purchase this insurance for your storage and this are the 3 options, which one would you like........Im scratching my head and replied Im not getting that Ill get my own.....they looked at each other and said ok just make sure you get it......again they force it into you( shady).....I called my home insurance when I got home and boom I actually get coverage without paying a penny more! I called them back and said Would you like a copy of my policy? since you told me to make sure to get it? they said no......we dont need it just make sure you get it!.......one more thing! they absolutely force you to do a GOOGLE REVIEW right on the spot but I refused because I wanted to take my time and analyze my experience and do this later.......all those 5 star reviews they have probably because they force you to do it on the spot but I bet half of those are people who were not necessarily 5 star satisfied but since they are there next to you have no choice.......

I LOVE this dealership, service team, and parts shop so much. I'm now having to edit my old posts to continue sharing my positive experiences because Google won't let me review this place more than once! Lol.I most recently was having some concerns with my 2018 Crosstrek and was able to take it to my guy Jay Valdez in service, the morning after I called. Long story short, I found out I was looking at almost $10k in repairs because there was a freak issue going on with my transmission. Every Subaru owner I've met, including myself, prides themselves on the durability and reliability of their Subaru - so this news was upsetting in more than one way. Jay V. immediately reassured me that he was going to make some phone calls and talk to the people he needed to talk to in order to figure out how get my car right, and his goal was to not have me pay a single dime for it - even he was shocked at the issue my car was having and seemed like he took it personally as well. Jay did what he needed to do in the next couple days to work his magic. He called me back, and informed me that my transmission was going to be completely replaced and installed at ZERO cost to me. What a relief!!! This was such amazing news to hear and I could tell that Jay had a personal interest in making sure the proper outcome came true for me. I've been bringing my Crossterk to Fairfield Subaru since I purchased it, and he simply wanted to show gratitude to a very loyal customer he said.To add to Jay's efforts I later found out he pulled some MAJOR strings to get a new transmission to Fairfield within 1-2 days when simply ordering a new one could have take about a month. While they provided me with a rental car for my troubles during this time (also amazing), Jay didn't want me to be without my baby longer than needed.I could go on and on about how amazing Jay and the whole service team have been to me over the years…and I also don't want to forget my extreme appreciation for the mechanics who have worked on my car- it always come back to me running better than ever! I don't want anyone else touching my car!!!I even went back a few days later to grab a couple random parts for my GF's Impreza (cuz yea, I told her she had to buy a car from Fairfield if she wanted a Subaru) and Gerry in service also went above and beyond to help me figure out what part I needed and he actually had it in stock! He stayed after hours to finish helping me and I just couldn't thank him enough.Because of the way I'm constantly treated when I visit this dealership, I will continue to show my loyalty to Fairfield Subaru for many more years to come. I will continue referring my friends and family there because they treat me like family. Thank you EVERYBODY at Fairfield Subaru for ALL you have done for me over the years, I am beyond grateful!
