I received a request to fill out a survey by email from the main office. However, I think the process is poorly designed because, as soon as I filled out the initial text area, the form was submitted before I could point out specific details. Thats why Im adding a review here.For the most part, the experience was good and the truck served its purpose. However, there are two items that I would like to highlight (and the reason for not giving out enough stars).1. The method to extract the truck key from the boxes is very archaic (padlocks with 4-digit keys that are probably old and rusty) since I spent... I dont know, 20-30 min trying to unlock it. The information and code from the app was right, but the device was simply very hard to unlock. Finally, a second employee, who arrived early, helped me unlatch it (before, a first employee told me that he didnt work in that area and just continue walking on his way to the workshop, apparently).2. The truck didnt have a ramp. Unfortunately, I realized it when I was already at home. I needed to move a refrigerator and the lack of a ramp was a factor that added a lot of difficulty and stress.Other than that, the rest of the trip was positive.

After much research, I am glad I chose this location to store my belongings while getting settled after a cross country move. Nena and her staff made a hectic period of transition much more bearable by offering superior customer service, multiple options every time I needed to rent a truck and flexibility when I needed it most; they kindly let me leave a truck secured overnight when it proved too much to unload in one session. My only suggestion would be to alert would-be renters that the vanbody units are not fully resistant to the elements. One could assume this to be, since they appear to be made from old, decommissioned Uhaul truck bodies; however there is no signage indicating this to be the case, as there are prominently displayed in uhaul rental trucks, so be aware.

Slow service. To many customers for the number of customers. Once we had everything in the computer, hooking up the trailer was not an issue. Very professional and courteous. They hook up the unit to your tow vehicle.

SloooOOOOOWWWWWWW!Second time and same result! Waiting 1 hr to be seen this time! Made a reservation, they didnt open till 9:50. This is why i only use this place as a last resort. While they are friendly that doesnt excuse the wait times.

Yesenia is my insurance lady there. And she is so great! Shes very friendly and resourceful. She helped me get my insurance for myself and my car. She got me the best price. And I am on a budget! I could keep going ? she and everyone there are super friendly, I would recommend this place to my family and friends if they needed insurance for a car a home or whatever. I had to get my insurance fixed(I messed up my registration) and Yesenia was in top of it! I didnt even have to go to the DMV ?

George returned my call for an estimate on a Sunday within 1-2 hours. He came out the following day and gave me a good price for whole house carpet cleaning.My job was a 2 day job due to pet stains. He came out Friday for pretreatment and returned the following morning for the carpet cleaning.George and his boys were very thorough, they even moved my furniture. My carpet looks brand new. George was able to remove stains from my daughters room, I didnt think would come out. Also, no more pet stains.He estimate was complete and honest. No hidden charges or add ons. George is very professional. I didnt feel at all uncomfortable with him and his boys in my home. I highly recommend George and I would use his services again. Thank you
