Customer service was rude, combative and yelled at me in the parking lot to move the vehicle that I was returning to another spot that was not only unavailable was inaccessible. I told them to move it and I was told in no uncertain terms no YOU MOVE IT!!!! I was yelled at. I refused to move it attempted to hand over the keys they refused to accept them so I dropped them on the ground and left. I will NEVER rent from uhaul again. You just lost a 25 year customer.

Rating the overall experience with this location is poor. The 10 moving van was in poor condition, both sun visors were broken with kept falling in front of the drivers area of view, which is a hazard. The gas gage would not read unless your actually driving so filling up at the gas station is a hit or miss. But the icing on the cake was when we were returning the vehicle a young short girl with a bunch of acne on her face was EXTREMELY RUDE! Referring to me as Bro and calling me rude. She inspected the vehicle told me the amount that would be charged, so I simply asked her was that the overall total that was going to be changed? She looked at me as if I should already know the price and stated the price again. So we kept going back and forth on if that was the overall charge, she couldnt just say yes, she kept stating the price. So I asked her okay maybe you dont understand what Im asking, is that including the Price I got charged this morning plus the amount now, because no one told me that the price in the morning is just a hold then including the mileage I would get the grand total at the end. Its not like I rent Uhaul all the time. I still didnt get the answer I was looking for, I just asked her to give me a receipt so I could figure the price out for myself. So frustrating to get one simple answer!So future reference Uhaul, please train your employees better regarding customer service and not call a customer Bro. By the way it was just her that was rude. The morning employees were nice!

Asked for all my information everything credit card number expiration date and pin and when I arrived ask me for secondary addresses phone numbers names in order to do a contract for one month after providing two addresses and the phone number and actually called in front of me to see if the number was valid went on to ask me for further information and said that it was state law and that it was for my own good I told her do you have anything posted stating that its state law she said no I walked out of there ask her for my drivers license back and went back in there and ask her if shes going to charge my card for anything she said no I told her bye Heather I wont ever want to be here again

Was only here for 6 months and there were roaches and multiple poisonous spiders all around my belongings. Before seeing all the critters, the amount of dust on my belongings alone made me immediately want to change storage companies. There are also big gaps that connect to other folks storage so it's not completely sealed/secure. There are always people “hanging out” in their units. Saw one person nodding out with a needle in their arm. If you need to save money and store say outdoor tools or lawn equipment then this place would probably work. Anything else, you might as well sell your stuff or bite the bullet to pay more with a different storage company.
