I had to run down to Oceanside on a rescue mission, to pick up my son, and move him back to Visalia. I made a reservation via their 800 number. They sent me (on foot) to a location which had been closed for business for six months. Oopsies and apologies later, I was directed to the correct location. I was on foot, by the way, because my other son was at the hospital with his girlfriend, who was having life threatening complications in her pregnancy. I made it clear to the operator who took my reservations that I would be paying in cash. When I (finally) got to the U-Haul location, they told me to rent the van I wanted, I would need to pay with my card. When I asked them to explain the discrepancy, I was given some double talk about them not actually owning the vans yet. The bank technically still owned them, and so they had some contract thing where they couldnt rent them out without a card. And so I had to walk across town to put the money I had taken out of my bank back into it, and then walk back across town to U-Haul. Lots of apologies, but in the end I was supposed to have been on the road at 8:00-a.m., but didnt pull out of U-Haul until just before Noon. Their idea of making nice nice after the fact was to take twenty bucks off the rental price. Seriously!? Apologies for ruining your day, and leaving your son waiting on the side of a road, alone, at night...oh, and nearly getting you fired for not showing up at work that night (three day suspension)...heres twenty bucks to make it all better! If youre looking for snap and pop professionalism, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

So you dont have to try to pick up heavy items to load or unload. Ive been with mid valley storage at the Santa fe location for over a year now. Theyve been fantastic to me. The storage I have is perfect size and best price in town for my budget. Being that my storage is inside a building that Im able to drive into I dont worry about my things being covered in dust and spider webs. Lighting and doors are automated by sensors and so I never worry about being able to see in the dark. My property is secured with gate code access upon entry and exit unlike any other and they have top of the line security cameras. I am always greeted with a smile and very friendly staff. I appreciate the 10 day grace period as with these last couple months business was slow for me but they are awesome and I got my rent paid without a huge late fee. I am blessed to n have found this place when I did and its so convenient only a few blocks from my house. Really cant say enough I just love this place.

We had the best experience with Jameson crane when we needed our palm trees removed and transported to another location last minute! Called them and we're on site an hour later! It was so nice to have someone come set up and take over with experience and knowledge. They did so great so we had them come out to assemble our new shop and will continue to use them for future projects! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Living in the Three Rivers, CA is not easy, from Fire evacuations to tourists accidentally hitting my truck with their RV, to cooling fans breaking because of the climbs and causing a need for a tow, driving narrow and windy roads etc. is dangerous, so having an agent with personnel who listen and bring down the stress level just by being empathetic is crucial to me. During the KNP FIRE Diana reached out to me and the other patrons that live in Three Rivers to see if there was anything they could do to help with our evacuation.
