We rented a truck telling them we needed it for towing purpose. When we arrived to our destination to tow our trailer we noticed that there was a 2 ball locked onto the trailer hitch we had to use a 2 5/16 ball so we were S.O.L. they never disclosed to us that the ball was locked onto the truck or that it would be unable to tow with a 2 5/16 ball. We were told when we called in that they would need to speak to the regional manager and he would be calling us back. We never received a call back from the regional manager so we returned the vehicle. While we were returning they told.us it would be put on hold until they can reach the regional manager and that he would call us. When the owner heard us discussing this he came out to try and put the blame on us saying if we wouldve done the walk around we should have seen the ball and known wed be incapable of doing what we needed. I told him if his company would has disclosed that at the time of purchase knowing we needed it for towing we wouldnt be in this mess and I wouldnt be out $200 and a days time getting nothing done. He then said if it was up to him hed just charge us and be done with it. Overall pretty terrible customer service on there part. Id suggest skipping using the neighborhood dealers and go somewhere that is strictly U-Haul not a U-Haul attached to another business. These people dont care and are out for your money.

Great service, friendly and will assist your transportation needs. If you are moving the have a good selection of trucks and trailers for rent. Recommend you make a list of things you need to pack, so your move will go as planned. They have boxes and packing materials for you to choose from. Good luck on your trip.

Im not sure how this company is so highly rated, but the work they do is abysmal to say the least and they are incredibly dishonest people. I called out Cisneros Bros on December 11th of 2023 at 11:00AM for a cracked PVC pipe outside of my house that was leaking water to the point that I had water turned off at the main valve through the water company. I called them in hopes to get this repair and explained to Guillermo Morales who showed up about the PVC pipe leaking. He discussed pricing with me about replacing the PVC piping with the same thing for around $900 or to replace it with Copper piping for about $1,500. As I thought this was the main line into the house, I wanted to make sure that the damage would not happen again in the future. Cisneros Bros offered me a credit service through Goodleap, which I was approved for more then the cost of the job, which lead to the first sign that these people are just dishonest individuals. An hour after the agreement of the work, I was called outside where they had dug up the PVC pipe and asked if I needed the sprinkler system to work anymore, which I told them no. Not once explaining to me that the pvc pipe that they dug up that was cracked was related to the sprinkler system and not the main water supply. Instead, Guillermos manager who showed up at the job, began discussing with me replacing my water heater in my garage, explaining to me that it was old and about to fail. My water heater has not had any issues for the last two years that I have been here and the last inspection that I had which was less then 6 months ago for it, showed no signs of it failing anytime soon even if the device was old. The reason for this, and has he mentioned was that, It was a good idea to replace it now since I had been approved for such a large amount of credit. I told them no, and Guillermo informed me quite rudely at this point that he needed to go get parts to finish the job and also take his lunch.More then three hours later, Guillermo shows back up to my house and begins working on what I thought was replacing the pvc pipe with a copper pipe setup that we agreed upon earlier. It would be several hours later at around 6PM that I would go outside to check on Guillermo and his work, only to find that he capped off the PVC pipe and had installed a new spigot and showed me that he had installed a new copper valve to the houses mainline that he had discovered in his work. This work, something that we did not agree upon at all. When asked about the PVC pipe replacement, he informed me that they had asked earlier if I wanted the sprinklers and I told them no. At this point I was furious at the dishonesty of them, installing and doing work that I did not agree upon at my house. The work was almost done at this point, so I allowed him to finish up, signed off his work to get him to leave and proceeded to file complaints with the better business bureau and get out of the credit payment for the work they did that I had not requested. So far, I have not had any luck with either of these agencies, but the reason for me writing this now is barely two months later, the welding spot in which Guillermo worked on to install the valve I did not agree upon on my main line has already formed a crack, which has now caused an actual leak to my main line.I am now paying off $1,500 dollars for a job that I did not need, that they did not inform me about not needing, because what I did call them out for needed a simple cap off to a sprinkler system that I did not use. I went almost 8 hours the day of the work that they came out for and the work that they did, that once again I did not need... Is now leaking barely two months later. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and not there to help you get your problems fixed. They want you for a quick buck and if you qualify for their credit line through Good Leap, expect them to try and milk you for every dollar of that credit line instead of doing the job they were called out for.
