It's extremely difficult to find, the guy that operates this location did not arrive until 8:46 am and our appointment time was at 8:00am. Once we found the hidden location, the office was extremely and disgusting dirty. It's in a run down filthy office. When I say filthy, it was disgraceful. I don't see how you could operate a business out of this. They are unorganized and not very friendly. Bad customer service. We had to help move other equipment out of the way to get what we came for. I will never rent from that location again.

This is the worst Uhaul location I have ever been to in the United States! I have used Uhaul multiple times all over the US, and this is by far the worst I have ever seen.I booked an appointment 1 month in advance in order to install a hitch on my car for a cross country drive. I picked a specific day that worked for me and a specific time (9am). However, the day before my appointment, I receive an automated text message telling me my appointment time was at 7.15am.I therefore called the location and spoke to the manager who told me they have me in the system at 7.15am. Meanwhile I am looking at my confirmation email from 1 month ago that says my appointment is at 9am.I tell the manager that I cannot come in at 7.15am which is why I had reserved my appointment time 1 month in advance, and he says there is nothing he can do because he had another appointment at 10am. I ask if there is another day available, and of course no other appointments available for over a week.I therefore had to rearrange everything to be able to make it in earlier because the manager/owner was unwilling to make it right for me. I get there at 7am on the day of my appointment only to find out the customer in front of me is also there for a hitch installation at the same time. So now, everything is messed up once again. I ask the owner if he would be able to rent me a pick up truck free of charge so that I can get to work since they messed up all the appointment times, and he says there is nothing he can do for me, and walks away. Really? Nothing you can do? Is that how you treat customers these days? Pathetic.Not only did they have no idea how to schedule people efficiently, but on top of that the owner was so unfriendly and couldnt care less about the customer. His lack of flexibility and willingness to make his customer satisfied was evidenced in the way I was treated as well other customers present at the time.The thing is, places like these dont care about their customers because they know we need the service, and by the time you experience their poor behavior, you are already commited and there is nothing you can do. So the only thing we can do as customers is leave bad reviews and encourage other people to take their business elsewhere. I also contacted uhaul customer service to file a complaint with the corporate office.Avoid this place at all costs!

Very friendly and helpful. The location was a gas station/mechanic/restaurant/laundromat/u-haul combo. That said, the convenience of an all-in-one was great!

I been a loyal customer for more then 6 years I purchased 2 vehicles there and always since then I have take my car to do service and Jeremy always have take care of us more then great but this last time I went for a service and the new manager name Jeff and Benjamin didn't want to help us even I still have warranty on my car they refused to do an oil change and supposedly it had to be free which is not really free because we paid $37 for the rotations of the tires, but not even that we told him if the issue is the pay the we will pay for whole amount of the oil change and they refused to do it because supposedly they want us to do another two things that the car need it which we didn't have the money at the time to do it and we told them we will schedule an appointment to do it later because we didn't have money to do it at this time the we only need the oil change for the moment and they still refuse to do the service with a really ugly attitude. We never experienced this before with Jeremy, which we were being customers with him since he used to work at Nissan dealership when he always treated us great and that's the reason we decide to go to Unicars Honda because he was pretty good person and always always taking care of us, but this two people honestly with the ugly attitude they're gonna be ending taking all the customers away for example, me, I went to Honda of the desert to do my oil change after leaving here really upset and they did the service with no questions at all and they are being so nice and polite with me that honestly I'm not coming back anymore to Unicars Honda dealership. I really don't recommend to you guys to go back to that dealership because now, when you go to do service, they trade you like they gonna pay for your service even though you tell them that you're gonna pay for it they don't want to do it they refuse to do it with no even I'm sorry apologize or anything for the rudest that they are, really bad bad experience we had we tried to speak to the manager but he didn't do anything to resolve the problem now we decided to take our car to Honda of the desert there have been taking good care of us even though we didn't purchase the car there they have been really good and friendly and they didn't even question us.

Fantasy Springs is a good casino. You might ask why 3-stars overall? A few items come to mind.Lets start from the drive onto property. Upon entering the outside parking area, you are greeted with a deteriorating parking lot. While spaces are plentiful, there are some that are treacherous to ankles and high-heels. In the 10+ years I have visited FS, I have never seen the parking lot with fresh, leveled, and smooth asphalt.There is a parking deck that is well maintained but then you have to walk a good length to get to the casino.Also, when the rains downpour, you could possibly get stuck in the parking area because the exits out will flood to standard car door height.I saw remanants of the flooding today with mud puddles along the road in to property.Now that youve parked and you walk into the casino, youre greeted by the electronic beeps and buzzes of the casino floor.The games are a decent mixture of old and new but even the new games are starting to get long in the tooth. Payback percentages feel tight and be weary of the casino tightening them further if the game is found to be paying back too much. ex: in the hallway as youre heading to the bingo hall, there is a game with a giant panda.. that game used to hit bonuses quite often at max bet. now youre lucky to get one bonus at max bet and the payback will be excruciating slim.Now say you need to use the facilities. They remodeled the bathrooms many moons ago, i do recall. its time for another. More often than not, the restrooms have toilet paper thrown on the ground. Residue on the seats. Go to wash your hands, youll notice the grayish slime on the rim of the sink. Very rarely do i see a restroom attendant taking care of these problems.Time for a drink and dinner. The restaurant facilities are better than average with a good mixture of plates. If youre having Asian @ Joy. make sure to make a reservation. Also, if you want something to go from Joy, you have to order it before 5pm.All the bars are well stocked and the bartenders and servers deserve a tip.The players club desk is well staffed and they are quite friendly.As far as the wandering slot attendants, they could use some social skills in customer service. Engaging a customer would go a long way in changing the atmosphere.Finally, the guys and girls behind the cash cage are friendly and there to help.Overall, I like FS. Its my opinion they need to fix some cosmetic and personnel issues which would assuredly take it from 3-stars to 5-stars
