I really like Enterprise and it is and always will be my preferred car rental agency. However, my last two rental have been less than satisfactory. The first time time, the car ran well, however the next morning I go out to leave for work and the car would not start! All bad. The last rental, the car drove horribly and the warning lights kept turning on as if something was wrong with the car. I think enterprise needs to do a better job of inspecting their cars before putting them on the road.

I am unsure as to how this dealership has a 4.3 star reviews. Unfortunately I didnt have the great experience that others have wrote about. My family and I went to go look at and test drive a telluride I saw on their website (mind you I had my small 3 children with me as we dont have family to leave them with). Lupe was our car sells person, lovely person but I was lied to about my credit check she had me sign before signing I told her I did not want it ran a bunch of times and she said no it will only get ran for Kia since they Kia has the lower interest rates right now will after I signed my credit score immediately went down 14 points! That is the most is has ever went down when getting a pre-approved for a loan vehicle, oh and the points didnt stop there they kept dropping after that because even though they had got me a good loan interest rate with a credit union that credit union still checked my score again causing it to dip again. Needless to say my credit score went from being great 760 to fair 695 (the lowest my credit score has ever been). Lupe was very pushy even after I told her I did not want to commit yet she kept pushing me to sign a paper and kept asking what she needed to do to gain our business. I kept telling her I needed time to think about it and just go home (we live 40 mins away from the dealer) my kids were getting restless the we finally try to leave and Saul or Sergio runs to us to tell us he can get the payment we want and the amount we want for our trade in only for me to over think it and decide to not want it, will the guy in finance goes and lets Saul or Sergio know and this guy starts acting like a jerk asking how does something make sense for me let him know I finally said I dont know Im not the one who works here and we walked out we had already been there 4 hours. We went to go get dinner, and my husband and I talked about it and decide to go back because we needed a new vehicle thats the family vehicle and price range I had been looking for and I didnt want to go to another dealership and have my credit score take another dip. I called the dealership to let Lupe know we were going back she said ok, we arrive and another sales person tells us that suv sold as we are getting our kids back in our truck she runs back and tells us sorry its not sold (she apologized several times) so there we are back again finally ready to sign and we wait another 2-3 hrs we end up leaving around 9:45pm mind you we arrived there at 6:30-7pm and when we first arrived it was 2:30pm. Lets forward to them paying the rest of my loan of my trade in. On the contract it shows what I owed and what they were going to pay the bank I made an additional payment to that vehicle a day after I got the new Kia so that my credit wouldnt take a hit for the payment being late since they told me it would take 3 weeks to pay the bank I let them know I was doing that payment and the bank I made that payment to also told me that they would reimburse me that payment back since the dealership was going to be over paying now that I made a payment will I received a check for the over payment of $3 because Kia called that bank again to see what was left to pay and they paid that exact amount vs the original amount that the contract says so then Kia owes me the difference (otherwise they are not actually paying me what the contract says for my trade in) and I spoke to Johnny about it in finances on Wednesday 5/29/24 and have yet to hear back about this whole situation. It has not been a good experience with Kia in Moreno Valley and hopefully this review helps others and reaches the higher up of this place. Also if you buy a used car there non of the cars come with the mats they just offer you their discount to order new ones.

My wife and I rented a 2019 ford explorer, Al was very helpful and polite, and even made our pick up more convenient by allowing us to pick up the rental at his home which was closer to where we lived, it was a very comfortable ride to Arizona and back, at a very affordable price.

My first time renting a vehicle for a last minute emergency travel from California to Washington. I pre-paid online for, what I thought was, a decent price for 3.5 days ($104). After thoroughly checking rates with competitors, AVIS was the most feasible. I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation time Friday afternoon and was greeted nicely by an older gentleman who confirmed my reservation and casually handed me the keys to two of their vehicles available for me to go and check out by myself and my sister who accompanied me. This was quite different from past experiences with family members renting cars. They usually do a walk through. However, seeing that there were no issues with either car, I was okay with it. My reservation was for a standard/intermediate vehicle I believe a Ford Fusion however, the gentleman working offer me a intermediate SUV for only an additional $15 for the weekend which i though was pretty sweet. Although, it was just four of us travelling, we opted for the suv since it was more spacious and the additional charge was nothing. I was literally in and out within 10-15 minutes, no hassle. Returned the car as agreed Monday afternoon with no issues and the charges were exactly as explained and agreed. You typically hear many stories of rental car companies and their astronomical charges they assess before and after the care is returned. We paid a total of $175 for the weekend. Split between 4 people, I would say that was extremely fair. Oh and by the way, I opted for AVIS insurance coverage for convenience. I will definitely come back here for any future rental cars. I dont remember the names of the associates however, we rented the car from a nice (Indian, I believe) gentleman and returned the car to his associate a younger (Caucasian) male. Sorry forgot the names but you guys were great!

I previously took my 2015 dodge Journey to carmax for that's where I purchased my vehicle, and I always get my oil changes. I told them my concern about a noise my car was making. And after it's all said and done, they told me nothing was wrong with my car fast forward. The noise was still there and I knew something was wrong and as I was driving my car wanted to turn off, so I hurried up home. I started to look for somewhere to take my car and I saw someone recommend Diaz Auto on Facebook it was an old post but I looked them up . I saw the reviews and gave them a call. Not only was he knowledgeable and kind. I was very grateful that he was willing and patient to talk to me and listen to what I was saying about my car. He told me what he felt was wrong with my car over the phone but of course I need to take it in so I had my car towed Over to the shop and I'm so glad I did. He looked at my vehicle and right away Told my husband what he felt was wrong gave us a timeframe and he was spot on on both. We appreciate them very much we feel the prices are very fair here and they're not trying to rip you off, I get very scared when I go to a mechanic, but I had a very good peace about them . They fully explained what they did even showed my husband how bad the part was that they fixed. I have to say my husband and I have found our mechanic for all our future vehicle needs. We are grateful and thankful and fully will suggest this business to anyone who asks. Thank you again!!

I only been with this company for 2 months and it feels like I been with them for quite a long time, she always makes me feel welcome. Xiomara is also so attentive to my concerns when I have questions, she's quick to answer back. She's easy to talk to, she makes everything so clear to understand and over all she's very professional. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family members. PLEASE READ! !Do NOT do any business with Hammer Insurance! You will regret it as soon as you get into an accident. When you start a policy, they do not tell you ALL details. I got into an accident and found out that they Insurance hammer provided me with was not going to cover me with a rental, so I was carless and I had to buy another car to get to work. Then Albert the manager called me and my mom fraud because we were sharing the same policy and she lived in a different adress. However, when i first went with Hammer Insurance they encouraged me to bring someone else. Never said it had to be someone living in the same adress as i did. Now i was accused i was doing fraud all this time!DO NOT GO THERE.

Past tenant that just moved out effective 6/29. I have reached out to them several times on receiving my security deposit back and have been ignored I contacted the property manager Lynn Lopez she has not returned one call or responded to my email I contacted the corporate office residentcare they only provided me an email stating corporate does not have a contact number I have been ignored and received no response they took my security deposit and havent received no response... community be aware where you choose to live I ran out of there so quick when my lease was up now I have one more thing I have to deal with is probably going court to get my security deposit back cause they have not responded.... extremely unprofessional: last email sent to the property manager and Alliance :HelloI have reached out to the property manager Lynn Lopez at Villa at town gate and have left several messages for Lynn I have not received a return call or response to my email. I ask the leasing agent Crystal who has been so kind if there was a corporate number or a manger I can speak with if Lynn is busy. She stated the residentcare email is the only information she had. I as well reach out to this email and have not received a response. This corporation has been extremely unprofessional and the residentcare email does not ring true its clear you dont care about your residents no one from your corporation has contacted me on why I have not received my security deposit after 2 months. I returned all my keys on 6/29 and left the apartment in great condition, if this is how your corporation treat your tenants after they have lived there for a year and paid rent on time this is not acceptable you cant just take someones money and never respond and ignore them with hopes they will go away well I wont go away you cant treat people this way and I will not let you steal my 450$ there is absolutely no way your corporation can justify not sending my deposit back within 21 days or even providing an itemized list and the community should know how your company treats their tenants after they move out. this is the 4th follow-up even left a message for a lady at the corporate office named Elena. If Alliance does not truly care about their residents shame on you but I will seek further action because I have not heard anything from you within the last 2 weeks of me reaching outThanks
