Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The service is usually great. Today was an off day. I reserved a mini van due to needing space for a long trip. Even though I reserved one online, the one they had was rented out earlier! Cheyenne was super helpful and called a few other Enterprise Rent A Cars without any avail. I was informed there were recalls to a lot of their mini vans and the one other mini van on the lot they had was purchased. I was offered a 4runner or a volkswagen SUV. These are smaller type SUVs and I definitely need a mini van type.I waited and waited for Cheyenne to see if there was any other options. He said they could give me the Chevy Surbaban or The Ford expedition and the prices were $40 more a day, than I expected. He dropped it off to an extra $25 a day with a 1/4 quarter tank!We all know the gas prices and I misunderstood the 1/4 tank. As I returned the vehicle, I was told that it was 1/4 tank credit and not necessarily come back with 1/4 tank, which was charged $7.00 / gallon because I was given the option to fill it up, but due to needing to go to work, I didnt have the time to do this. They couldnt even honor the $5.39 pre filled options. Not to happy this time around and I was told to call ahead next time to ensure there is a minivan, which doesnt make sense because I reserved a minivan online. So whats the point of reserving online if I need to call as well. With that said, I am even an enterprise plus member, so no kind of love for this. I wont be back soon, because of this feeling of being up sold and not clear about the 1/4 tank. So I paid an extra $150 then originally quoted for the minivan. The Ford Expedition is a great vehicle and definitely had enough room and comfort. But again thats not what we originally planned for. Lets chalk this one up to an opportunity to do better the next time. Thanks
KP DA CAR PLUG
111 N Lake Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101, United States
Vick and KD DA Car Plug found my wife the perfect car. We were searching on our own for a little while before we got connected with Vick and Im so glad we went through him. He was so patient throughout the process and showed us several options. He got us the exact make and model we wanted, and negotiated us a great deal that was lower than market value. He made the paperwork process so easy and efficient as well. We didnt have to wait at a dealership for hours like weve had to in the past. We walked in, signed a few papers, and we were out of there with the new car in minutes. I highly recommend Vick if youre looking for a car. Well be buying another car in a few months and Ill definitely be calling him again.

In 2009, I was rear-ended while stopped on a red light on Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica. The collision itself was minor primarily because my car was a Porsche Cayman and it took most of the beating. The car that rear-ended me was an Audi. I had back surgery a couple of years ago, and the accident aggravated the back and neck pain that I had endured for many years. I was off work for 3 days (as a lawyer myself, any longer time off would have been career suicide), and the insurance company was surely going to take my claims lightly....Thank God that Darren Manibog took on my case in a heartbeat! Highly recommended by colleagues and peers alike, Darren kept my anxiety levels low and settlement monies high by his excellent case management skills (legal fees and costs were reasonably low), sharp legal mind and strategic negotiation with the opposing partys attorneys. I very much appreciated his expert opinion on the likelihood of success with my case and he calibrated my expectations of the outcome so well. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, my case was a challenge because of the lack of visible physical damage and severe injuries, but Darren kept up the fight and persevered in nailing down every single detail of my claims, expenses and diligently prepared me for deposition and settlement proceedings. Darrens staff was also very professional and courteous at all times, and it felt awesome to be represented by someone like Darren who is so high energy, brilliant and personable to his clients. All I had to do was attend my physical therapy sessions and make sure that I recovered. There are lawyers and then there are lawyers. Darren is a Lawyers Lawyer. His practice is top notch in my book and I have since recommended him for all my clients, friends and acquaintances. My actual settlement was over and above what I had expected, and what a bonus! Thank you Darren!
McGee, Lerer & Associates
1055 E Colorado Blvd Suite 5136, Pasadena, CA 91106, United States
I just wanna start off by saying Fima, Catherine and all the associates at McGee Lerer are absolutely outstanding. This was my first time in any auto collision incident and I was very scared and confused as to what to do next. I called around and looked for places with the best reviews, and people who seem to be the most personal. After asking them a lot of questions and comparing them to other firms I chose them because they made me feel the most safe comfortable, and were completely transparent about all necessary steps, fees, and the fact that they would not charge you unless you successfully had or won a case. My accident was in March and it was resolved in a matter of months, the person who hit me was uninsured so they were able to help me file an uninsured motorist claim as well as a personal injury claim through my insurance. I would strongly recommend any and all of my friends and family here. Also just wanted to note that coming from a customer service field myself their service is absolutely outstanding, will even answer all questions on the weekends as best as they can if yours advisor is not there! Hopefully I will never have this issue again, but if I do I know exactly where Im going!

My insurance agent Thelma, helped my shopping around for car insurance such a pleasant experience. She was very informative, and took time to make sure I was comfortable with the agreement. I had car insurance through another Company, and they were charging me close to double of what she found. I was so pleased that I decided to get rental and Life insurance through this agency.

I was referred to Majdas Touch through a close friend. I was interested in life insurance, and had been trying to get it for years, but always had a tough time understanding the different types and figuring out what was best for me. Majda is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, I really learned so much from her. Once I knew what I needed, she was able to get me several quotes to compare, and helped me choose what was best for me. My experience was so amazing, I decided to have Majda shop insurance for my auto, renters, business, and even dog insurance. Majda does it all! She gave me peace of mind, not to mention she got me the best rates and now Im saving hundreds of dollars on insurance. If you want the best insurance rates, and to work with someone who knows everything there is to know about insurance, do yourself a favor and call Majdas Touch, you wont be disappointed!
RusnakPasadena Jaguar
337 W Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91105, United States
Last week, I located a specific model of the Jaguar F-Pace (2017 First Edition) at Rusnak/Pasadena Jaguar. This is an uncommon edition as there were a limited number produced and only in that specific first year of the vehicle.I first spoke with the General Manager of Rusnak/Pasadena Jaguar who passed me off to the Internet Manager (Abraham Kolandjian). After a couple conversations by phone and text, I agreed to meet with Abraham at 2:00pm on Thursday, July 11th to come purchase the vehicle with financing already approved by my bank. So I proceeded to drive up to Pasadena that day. This isn't a Ford or Kia dealer. This was a 3 year old, special edition vehicle, being sold for close to $50,000.00 that I was willing to purchase outright and directly from a Jaguar dealership. I knew what I wanted and even offered to buy the car sight unseen from Abraham because it was a CPO and I trust the inspection process and warranty, but he insisted that I come see the vehicle before purchasing, so we made the appointment.About two hours into my drive, Abraham calls me to tell me that the car has been sold and the clients are in the financing department as we were speaking. This is about an hour before our scheduled appointment. He didn't apologize or show any remorse for selling the car he pulled out of a storage lot for me to purchase. This specific, rare edition I was looking for. Yet he blindly stated ‘Oh, it's no problem, I have 6 other F-Paces on the lot.' Unbelievable! The reason provided to me was that a customer came to the lot that day to look around and Abraham had ‘taken the car out early in the morning' for our visit. The other customer then randomly saw the car, that he or she would not have seen if the car had been reserved for our appointment properly, and the car was being sold as we were speaking. An hour before our appointment.Obviously upset and two hours into a drive to purchase a specific, CPO model edition that is not available anywhere else in a 500 mile radius, I called to speak to the General Manager again to discuss this matter. His new (and completely different) version of the story was that someone found the vehicle online, scheduled an appointment to buy it, and just beat me to purchasing it. He told this completely different story while telling me in the same conversation both that this rarely happens and was tough luck but also that this happens all the time. Basically, just too bad for me and there's nothing he can do about it while talking out of both sides of his mouth. The General Manager stated ‘There's nothing I can do, California law says I can't turn a customer away,' without citing this law. Not only is there no law I can find like this, I've actually been on the other end of this situation myself when an honest Mercedes-Benz General Manager told me I couldn't purchase a specific new C-Class edition until it had been shown to a woman who had scheduled an appointment for it that day already because it was on hold and they honor their commitments. So I waited until that evening and she didn't buy the car.. so I did and I've driven it since that day. That's how this is supposed to work. That's how customer service at a high-end automotive company works. They honor their commitments to clients. Rusnak/Pasadena Jaguar simply does not.I also don't know what story created here would be worse.. that a random customer was allowed to purchase a vehicle that was set aside for me on a specific appointment time, or that another customer scheduled an appointment for the vehicle prior to mine and I was not notified until driving two hours through traffic. That's either willful ignorance or a complete lack of integrity. Neither is acceptable. If you need a vehicle, don't give your business to any Rusnak dealership. This is obviously an accepted practice by ownership and management. There are plenty of other options who will treat you and your time with respect. Use those options instead of Rusnak

I never make reviews, but I do not want others to be going through what we have been dealing with since we moved in on Friday. I made the mistake of making a Google review before signing a lease. Dont make the same mistake I did. Pay close attention to how all the Google reviews mention Shermona and dont forget to look at the Yelp reviews of this company. We toured a condo 2 weeks ago and were rushed into moving in this past Friday. Upon moving into the house, we realized it was so dirty and hadnt been cleaned as promised. We spent the entire weekend cleaning everything that should have been done since we were promised a move-in-ready place. We understand it is not a new home, however, when you move in somewhere you expect it to be cleaned. There were even dishes left in the cabinets and dishwasher. We continued to run into issue after issue some of which were hazardous such as a kitchen sink leaking onto cords beneath, the dishwasher smelling like it was going to catch on fire, and a sink upstairs flooding the bathroom, so we called the emergency hotline on Saturday and that person did not show up to fix our emergency until Tuesday at 10:30 am. What is the point of having an emergency hotline if things are not taken seriously? This company just wants your money once you sign a lease they do not care about you or any issues you run into. The staff is so rude and unprofessional including the maintenance guy. They will ignore your calls and texts. We have spent so much money on not only the security deposit and rent but also supplies to make our rental livable. This has been nothing but stressful. Save your time, money, and energy, and go with a different company that actually cares about its clients. California law requires landlords to maintain their rental properties in a safe and habitable condition and to make repairs promptly when necessary. However, this has not been our experience, and if we do not get everything fixed we will be taking legal action. It is unfortunate that this exciting time has now been ruined for us.
