I purchased a scissor lift late last year from Griffin Ventura. After having looked around for the better part of half a year, I came across their site, scanned their listings and was drawn in by their pricing. The only issue was their location; Im located in the inland empire, so the distance was a concern of mine. However, after exchanging correspondence with Randy and having my questions answered promptly and thoroughly, I was convinced to pay them a visit. When I arrived, I was attended by Randy, who was helpful in educating me on the lifts they had available, and aided me in finding one that suited my budget without sacrificing what I needed from it in terms of performance and function. When I had narrowed my results down, I began negotiating and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were willing to work with me on that behalf as well. I purchased the lift on the spot, feeling (and knowing) that I had received a great deal, and fully trusting that they had done right by me. A few weeks later, my scissor lift was shipped to my company, and I cant say enough good things about the way they treated me from beginning to end.

Where women love shopping at the mall, I feel the same about Home Depot. I find myself walking down different department isles dreaming up ideas for my house and property. Whether it be fixing things up or starting new projects.Ive found the staff to be friendly and helpful, in as much as I would expect from a corporate chain.The rentals department is also very helpful for bigger jobs that I wouldnt need to own the equipment.

Great company to work with!!! Third project we hire them for and all have been flawless. Theyre great at trouble shooting any issues that may come up. Had an unforeseen issue arise on a project scaffolding was being installed on a today due to garages being blocked and tenant being on vacation. But the Foreman Marcos quickly figured out a solution. Great customer service by Kevin & Daniel in the office. Super happy, wouldnt hire anyone else. Their pricing are also the best, thanks guys. Hats off to you!!

Upon arriving with my two sons, the person in charge displayed a poor attitude, maintaining a strict business demeanor with a lack of customer relations. After filling out the form and initialing each of the 19 rules, he remarked, dont make me add a 20th. We requested the smallest electric boat, priced at $67 in cash. After confirming the small boat upon my inquiry about the cash discount, he ordered us to wait at the end of a short dock.While walking towards the docks end, a woman yelled for us to stop and not proceed. When she brought the boat around, it didnt resemble the one I had requested based on the photo. I asked, Is this the $67 boat? and she affirmed it was. Upon our return, a different woman at the kiosk attempted to charge us for a larger boat. I insisted on the $67 boat, but she, in a rude tone, claimed I had taken out the bigger boat, therefore, I had to pay for it. I let he know what the women who gave us the boat said and her only response was, “she's new and doesn't know”. I requested to speak with the person I rented from and waited for him, prompting her to rudely ask for my ID back.Upon his return, he exhibited frustration. He too tried charging for the larger boat saying, “well that's the boat you took so you have to pay for it”. I stood my ground on the issue as I budgeted this outing with the boys based on the $67 cash boat. He huffed and puffed then reluctantly instructed the women to charge me for the other boat. In a fit of annoyance, he decided to just handle the transaction himself, tossing my change at me. Whether due to incompetence or an intentional switch, the service was subpar and disappointing.

They have so many different type of equipment and materials you can generally find what you need. The staff is awesome from the Yard staff all the way to the desk staff and management. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Gregs will always be my go to.
