Honestly, considering the bad experience my family and I have come across since March 2018 when our apartment complex was sold and later almost all of our neighbors recieved eviction notices. I have to say, finding our current apartment through Belmont has been an easy transition as well as a good experience. Already overwhelmed thinking we would be next in recieving a notice as well, it finally happened March 2019 and we needed to find a new place to live in 2 months. We looked everywhere and finally found a 2 bed, 1 bath with a parking space through Belmont. The application process was easy and in about two days, we were all approved. The girl in the office we communicated with through phone calls and text messages was very helpful and got us through the whole process once we accepted. On the day we signed the lease, Ruben was there to help us with everything and was very courteous. Unfortunately on the day we got the keys and wanted to move in some of our belongings, we discovered some imperfections that needed serious attention before my family and I could leave anything in the apartment or even feel at peace living in the unit, until it could be fixed. I immediately took pictures as proof and emailed the office. Since it was late, operating hours were done for the day but I received a prompt email and phone call from Ruben the next day. He apologized and indicated they had dropped the ball on my unit, believing it was ready to be occupied. I saw it before I moved in and it was told to me that it was gonna be worked on and ready by my move in date if I applied and got it, since the old tenants had just moved out. Long story short, I got a week extra to fully move in at no cost to me, new vendors came in to fix things that needed fixing, more cleaning and new updated windows. My lease started 4.8.19 and I was officially moved in by 4.14.19, at the time Tricia was the property manager and she was very helpful and apologetic. Ruben was very prompt at addressing my concerns and through his voicemail and emails, I felt looked out for and important to the management because they were all willing to fix their errors and make us feel welcomed in our new home. Since then, I have had maybe a couple things come up and once again I was able to count on Ruben to help correct errors on my portal and set everything in order in less then 2 days. And lastly, I had a maintenance issues on a weekend, called the number for such emergencies and got a call back in minutes. That afternoon it was fixed and ready to go with no problems arising since. We were weary renting with Belmont because of the reviews but when youre hit with a 60 day notice and how high rent is in long beach, we had to make a choice and Im happy to report that so far, we feel lucky weve found a quiet and clean complex with nice and friendly neighbors through Belmont. Also, our manager Teresa been very nice and helpful as well. I hope that we can live here undisturbed and content for a while and that no problems arise in the future because so far, were very happy with Belmont Brokerage.

I had the most positive experience in my long career in real estate being represented as a buyer by real estate broker Drew McAllister of NRE Commercial. I acquired a commercial property in Palm Springs which is one city block consisting of retail and office. There were many complexities to the transaction including that it was an Indian Land Lease and the seller was 89 years old who maintained very poor records of income and expenses . Drew worked tirelessly on my behalf in gathering due diligence on the property where there were so many missing gaps in the information provided by the seller in order to determine whether it was financially prudent for me to acquire the property. Drew also shrewdly negotiated with the sellers broker and the 89 year old seller on my behalf to get the sales price reduced by approximately $300, 000. Drew was so armed with research he had done on the financials of the property that it put us in a very strong position to negotiate the askingprice. Drew is very smart, tenacious, honest, hard working, professional. and a pleasure to work with his friendly down to earth no attitude demeanor.. I have continued to work with Drew on my real estate portfolio and heed his advise whether to buy or sell. Drew just concluded providing me with invaluable rental comps and lease term research on a commercial property I own in Santa Monica. Drew s research convinced me to keep my current tenant even thought I have grounds to break the lease and secure a new tenant. Drew concurred in recommending that I keep my current tenant even though it meant he sacrificed representing me to find a new tenant and forfeited a commission . .

A great group of agents and a tremendous staff. The best thing about them is the client always comes first, it's never about the agent. You can't go wrong working with this group, no matter if you are buying or selling.

I am a current resident at Mt. Mansion Apts and have recently encountered an issue. I should have been more diligent asking questions regarding the property but discovered too late that they allow people to smoke inside of their apartments. Never occurred to ask this question since I assumed everyone should know it's harmful, so now I have to deal with my apartment smelling like cigarettes and added medical costs to my child who already suffers from asthma. The manager and manger's supervisor Leo Loret showed no empathy and immediately said there is nothing they can do even though California law allows them to make properties smoke free. Leo would not give me any assistance and refused to forward me to someone that could assist in this matter. Lesson learned on my part. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move into these properties unless you smoke and don't care about health risks.

I moved out Nov 3,2023. Packages get stolen. The washer has dirty water coming out of it. The drawers are not able to open close properly. The place has roaches. Anna never sent for pest control. I left the apt perfectly clean no damage. They charged me $125 to repaint but when I did my walk thru with Francisco he said it looked great. Renter beware. The roach issue is very bad. I lived there for one year. They are on the outside and crawl on the walls outside and are in the laundry room as well as in apts. Many residents have said they complain

I have been with Utopia Property Management for over a year now, and I cant say enough wonderful things about them. I have dealt with many property management companies in my time, but this one is the best by far. They are very helpful, always available, and always make sure that you get what you need. Where to start. Everything from the move-in process to the move-out process has been an absolute disaster and nightmare. Do not move in with this company. They will cheap out on everything they do, cut corners, but demand that first day of the month rent check like nobodys business! When I first moved into my apartment at Glendora, I was greeted with the wrong set of move-in keys, all after a 22 hour drive all the way from Texas. Welcome to California. Once I got inside, I entered a dirty apartment that clearly hadnt been swept upon the previous tenants move out, a fridge and stove top that didnt operate (no ground on the outlet!!), and a heater that didnt work and it was cold at night. Not to mention the inside of the oven had old burned food in the bottom. The toilet seat even had crust from dried urine from previous tenant.Additionally, the garage that was promised to me was FULL of another tenants belongings, and I was paying for this space. When this was all finally settled and sorted, the nightmares continue. For starters, the garage door was new but had clearly been installed by the cheapest contractor. The door broke multiple times and even almost FELL on my beloved classic car. The very thing I was paying for to protect my investment was going to hurt it. The garage also had loose electrical wires (that were live!) and had black widow spiders in the corners that pest control never took care of. You also find these same spiders in your mailbox. The worst repair request was that of my kitchen sink when the disposer failed. It took over a week for a plumber to arrive and fix the problem. By that time, my dishes had completely stacked up and I had to eat out a lot, which costs a good amount of money. The real kicker was the plumber they hired who decided not to clean up his mess and left the trash of the new disposer and sealing and shavings everywhere. He even had the audacity to track mud into the floors of my apartment. When move out came about, Rosa tried to ding me for every single hole in the wall from hanging items like my bike, TV, pictures, etc. When you live in a 500 square foot apartment, hanging things on walls is a must. Luckily I was able to waive this by cleaning the apartment incredibly well. It look spotless, oh my, so much better than when I moved in. I mopped, cleaned the calcium off the shower walls, took the toilet seat off and cleaned under all the hardware. Literally looked eons better than my move-in.In the end, I did not receive my full deposit back, stating that the apartment still required cleaning and that they miscalculated what I owed for the garage. Seems pretty ironic considering I moved into a dirty hole on move-in day and didnt have my garage ready for some time!!!! I cannot believe I was charged extra for the garage at move out, considering I had to wait to use it in the first place, and considering the door almost really damaged my car. As a courteousy, instead of returning $200 that they owe for my deposit still, they thought $35 was enough. Additionally, the $35 has mysteriously bounced back from the post office and the stop payment fee is also $35. Wow....nothing back. This business is a joke. Nothing but crooks and liars and thieves.Update: Weeks later Rosa got me a return check FINALLY but for an incorrect and lower amount. Despite written confirmation of the agreed upon amount, they are not sending me what is owed. Cheats from the start, and cheats in the end, and continuing cheats. Not willing to make anything right, even if its small.I BEG that you read this review and decide not to choose Action Management. I really hope this review helps even one person. Stay away, stay far away. If you choose this company, make sure you have a lawyer on-hand ready for when you move out and get crooked.

G J Property Services Inc AMO
3450 E Spring St #212, Long Beach, CA 90806, United States
Read the reviews prior to moving in so I figured I was up for some difficulties getting my security deposit back. For this reason I documented the entire apartment before moving in and right before handing back the keys. When I moved out Id only left 7-8 small TACK SIZE holes in the walls (no painting or scruffs) that I was told I didnt need to fill in. And the apartment just as clean as I had received it. GJ charged me $300!! for painting and $100 for cleaning. Keep in mind, Id only lived in this apartment for 6 months. Had to threaten to take them to small claims court in order to receive the $300 back for the painting - the $100 for cleaning I just let go since the process to get back the $300 took two months. Its a real shame too because I really enjoyed the apartment and my property manager, however, beware of this management company! They will try to scam you so if you choose to go with them, be prepared.
