U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rialto
2775 Foothill Blvd, Rialto, CA 92376, United States
The first time we rented from this place a gentleman helped us out, the experience was great. Took care of the reservation online, got there, signed off on everything, and went about our way. About two months later, rented again, a woman helped us. The service was terrible, the treatment was terrible, she stared my husband up and down, questioned his out of state ID, had to show his military ID — basically treated him and looked at him like a criminal. Called his cell phone number to verify it's validity while he was standing there -odd. On top of this, the van was filthy! All of this may be procedural, but that was nothing like our first experience, and the process could be handled much more professionally. No smiles, no “hey, how are you's”, the long wait when no one else was there — unnecessary, just plain terrible. We won't be using this location again, especially when there are so many others to choose from. If I were you, I'd look elsewhere unless the gentleman who helped us initially works the day you pickup. I'm sure the good reviews listed here are justified and most likely earned when that same gentleman helped them.

Allied Heavy Duty Towing
1335 W Rialto Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92410, United States
Right after calling AAA I received a phone call within 10 minutes from Allied Trucking Company asking about my Tow. The guy on the phone was very professional and understanding. He asked what was the reason for my tow today. I told him my brakes were really low and didn't feel comfortable driving my car down to the auto mechanic shop. He understood the situation and told me that my driver would be out within in 10-15 minutes. I'm thinking to myself…10-15 minutes that's quick..most drivers usually come in 30-45 or an hour from the time you called for a tow. So that's what I was expecting. Well, I was wrong…I herd his truck coming down my street within time frame…I was definitely shocked..I was not expecting them to stand on that time frame. My driver Julio gets out and greets me and immediately confirms my drop location and drives my car up to the his flatbed truck. He got right to business. Very professional…good guy.He definitely knew what he was doing when it came to hooking the car up and putting all the belts on each tire making sure each tire was tight and secured. I like that! I'm definitely one of those better get this right the first time people lol. But, Julio didn't disappoint. He told me he will text me to let me know that my car was dropped off safely to my auto mechanic shop.. which he did…and of course I had to double check and yeah it was there. I gotta say this company was the best tow company I've had so far; towing my car safely and staying professional all the way through hands down. I've never had any tow company arrive on time and meant it. Allied Trucking please stay like this don't ever say something and don't mean it. We customs like honesty and honesty goes along way. Thanks again for all your help!
Extra Space Storage
3285 N Locust Ave, Rialto, CA 92377, United States
The 1800 number customer service was nice and efficient. After purchasing my unit the actual assistant manager of the storage unit called me.Said she saw I purchased a unit and asked what was going to be stored. I advise her what I want storing and she basically said I can't do this and that.“That's not how we do it here, the people one the phone don't work with us here so they don't know what their talking about.”Very rude and unprofessional, was trying to upsale me into a bigger unit or something I'm not sure but she even included for me to speak to the manager because “that's not how we do things around here”Long story short, I didn't catch on to her b.s and I was able to fit everything In My storage without issues and still had more room to throw bigger items In there.Upon arrival I noticed my locker was still locked with a yellow one.I was forced to call office to remove it and the women who showed up unlocked it and walked away. No welcome nothing.mind you while I was waiting I walked around to the other units that were new and ready to move in and they didn't have the yellow locks on it, just mine. But that's just me and my experience. I have the climate control unit, it was clean and lock was there upon arrival.
Days Inn by Wyndham Fontana Rialto
475 W Valley Blvd, Rialto, CA 92376, United States
Was in Rialto for a few days for a business trip and decided to stay at this establishment due to it being relatively close to where I was working. The exterior of the building is nice and the lobby is big but the general area its in is not the nicest. My room was located in the back of the building where the big rig trucks park and there is a freeway and train station nearby, which you WILL hear throughout the night. There were also a few homeless people camping out and the area smelt of cigarettes, although I was staying in a non-smoking room. When I entered the room it looked like the standard motel room but I did notice many stains on the carpet, a few stains on the bedsheets and some debris left on the floor near the sink trash bin. It was no biggie though, I was tired so I was going to take a shower and go to bed, but as I was setting up my stuff by the sink, I noticed a small roach crawling around. I took a quick pic and then got rid of him. Took the shower, went to bed (which was nicely sized) and that was the end of day #1. On the morning of day #2, I passed by the lobby to check out the continental breakfast and noticed there was juice, coffee/tea, plain bagels, toast, bite sized muffins and cereal. I grabbed some orange juice and left for work. When I got to the motel that night I found it more difficult to sleep due to the noise coming from the freeway and train station, so if you are a light sleeper like me, know you will have a difficult time getting a restful sleep. The train screeched consistently throughout the night and was very hard to block out, even with the TV blasting. My girlfriend said she could hear it over the phone too, so sound proof windows might be a good investment. I finally went to bed around 11 PM but woke up around 3:30 AM due to the outside noise. I was unable to go back to sleep, so now its 5:51 AM and I am writing this review. This place is affordable but I will most likely stay elsewhere next time Im in town.
