Please be advised that this u-haul folks are scammers!!..First off these guys show up whenever they want having no regards for customers who have been waiting beyond business hours, not even acknowledging or apologizing for being late...then we had to wait another 45 minutes to even get acknowledged!!! I had in formed him that I had booked and checked in on line and all I had do was ask for the keys !! He questioned my booking and wanted my credit card info, I asked him why and he got upset and told me to go somewhere else!! I told him he was upset because I would not allow him to scam me!! He Not knowing I have family that work for uhaul,they informed me that this scammer at this uhaul location had put me on uhauls caution list!!!!! What a loser!! I have filled a complaint with the BBB,Ill keep you posted with results...again watch out for these folks here at this uhaul...

Its a little rathole of a business that not only is difficult to find, but also appears to share floor space with a judo or dance studio. It was locked up when I went to get boxes. I guess I can get boxes from Walmart.

The manager Beau tried to bait and switch me when they didn't have what I reserved, then he refused to honor the $50 guarantee. I ordered a 5x8 trailer and specified that I couldn't use a 5x9. They said they had one and processed my order. When they went to hook me up, it had a 5x9 sticker on it. The helper called Beau, and he switch it in their system so that I got a different trailer without a sticker. They tried to play it off like it was a 5x8, but it was a clean 9 feet long when I asked them to measure the inside…. It's not about the money, it's about the principle. The customer comes last with this place. That much is clear.

My experience was Awesome, Doug was very helpful and attentive to what my needs were in renting a uhaul. Moving in itself was very stressful, I rented the 10 footer 4x times in 1 month, bcz of all the junk that needed to be dumped and boxes moved to my new location. I recommend renting a truck from Doug @this location. He was understanding and really cool to answer all the questions I had.Doug didn't have the 26 footer truck I needed for the day of the big move, and I rented the truck from a different location, the experience I had was more corporate environment NO personable interaction.I rather spend my hard earned money where I felt comfortable if I ever had a question and knowing I had the BEST Customer Service.If you need to rent a truck- go to Nealaway and ask for Doug or anyone from that location (everyone is really nice)

I needed a U-Haul last minute for a move and I was able to Reserve one online....I road my bike there and the Beautiful young Lady running the office took care of all the setup and paperwork after answering a few questions for her...and was on my way in a matter of 10 - 15 minutes... Returned it later that night and after dropping the keys into the Dropbox I noticed my bike had a issue with the chain.... Thankfully one of the guys working for there earlier that day lived next door and came over to help ...He fixed my bike in a few minutes and I was on my way home ? Thank U to that young Gentleman for going Above and Beyond and to the Beautiful young Lady for making the experience a Good one.

Horrible experience..... All ready and packed up to move, got shift covered for work, everyone I need for the move. They cancel the day before because they have no equipment within 100 miles?? Now Im left to scramble and try and figure things out last minute. Terrible experience.

Go to an actually uhaul location. Save yourself the headache. They over charge, don't go over the contract with basic details, truck was dirty and dusty, was late opening their door to their customers without an apology, does not communicate clear… the list goes on. For a van I rented for 24 hrs I was charged over 200 dollars. Never again.

Renting is probably fine, but they apparently dont carry moving boxes so Ill be going to the one on Byron Road because thats closer than Manteca.

I have never felt so assured and safe with any other towing until I called Titan.I was stuck at a lookout middle of nowhere off 152, after dealing with my insurance and warranty for tow, where they told they will send someone but they never did and I was stranded for 4 hours! I decided to call Titan, not only did they have a driver ready to come over in minutes they actually worked with me to connect with my insurance so cost is covered!!!! They actually did the job my insurance was supposed to do which shows the absolute best service and going above and beyond.Driver got to me in exactly 60 mins as they said, Gill I believe his name was, absolutely kind, polite and helpful. He helped me with tips on what to do, and helped my nerves with a very nice conversation.We dropped off the car, he even helped me with that process and with processing the car.If you need some place to save you, definitely I say go with Titan, they truly are the best people to rely on with your, your cars, and your moneys safety.Once again thank you guys for saving me from a tricky situation.

Ive been using this storage location for several years now. I don't usually leave reviews, but I needed to take the time to leave one here. I've had many storage units over the years in multiple locations, and NOTHING compares to this place or its staff. Actually what makes this place stand out from all the others, is the staff and the way the manager Mary runs the place. Not only is the place immaculate, clean as a whistle but it's safe as can be! I feel confidant that my property is protected, not only from people but from rodents as well. I could go on and on about how clean and safe the place is but the real value is in the staff, Mary and Galen. Not only do they look out for your best interest but go above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about this place, but it all has to do with the staff, Mary and Galen. If they ended up going to another storage facility I would move my entire storage unit just to follow them because that's how much I believe in them, so that should tell you something. :-)If I have a problem and I communicate my issues to Mary, she takes the time to listen and figures out a way to help solve my problem. She always does and hasn't failed me yet! :-)Nowadays it's hard to come by quality people, well u hit the jackpot here with Mary and Galen! Best of the best! Top-notch! Excellent service! Good people!!!Again, I can't say enough good things about the staff or this location.
