The office was closed during business hours. I waited for 20 min to no avail. I passed a second time. there were people in the office. I parked and I found the office closed again. I dont know why they keep closing the office but Im not going to stop by a third time.

He's not at fault for the issues with the actual mechanics or shop foreman etc. After my previous experiences with your dealership with “Angel” in the commercial truck service. He tried to rip me off with un needed repairs. And I caught him at it. I had documentation from another dealership (Thorson Pasadena) and - repair place “Domestic Diesel” in Chino Ca.I understand now it is a couple years later and Angel no longer works for your dealership. So I give it a second try and visit your dealership for my 2018 3500 Denali dually truck with only 13k plus miles on odometer. Somehow they spilled a ton of oil inside my chassis and frame rails and it's been leaking in my driveway ever since. I had to return to make sure they didn't leave anything loose or defective. They supposedly washed the oil off. It's been days and my driveway still shows signs of an oil mess. This has costed me much time returning to your dealership, buying special products to clean my driveway, etc… I intend on sharing my recent experience on YELP….. this is completely unacceptable. I have not received a phone call following up or even to offer to clean my driveway etc….. horrible experience for the SECOND TIME. I had a purchase a bundle oil service coupons. I would like a refund. I have no confidence in your service DEPT. In addition. They booked me for a second service recall. They performed the same recall twice?? Or maybe just wanted to be paid twice……***EDITED; FOLLOW UP: Shortly after my review post. The service manager called me super apologetic. He went out of his way to come to my home and offered to clean my driveway. He provided me with a gallon of my favorite degreaser with a personal apology. They credited me the oil change. I have been back since without issue. The service rep himself washed my huge truck the last service as the service people had already gone home. My mistake for not following up sooner with an update. All establishments have employees that may make a mistake. I am happy to report they took responsibility. I remain a customer.

Worst service ever!.Brought in my c63 in for a airbag recall, and ended up coming back 3 times. Air bag was not flushed and there was damaged to the driver side(Rear and front) Didnt noticed the damaged till I washed my car, because for some odd reason they didnt. Which is cool,Id rather wash it myself anyway. I Txt my service adviserMathew Wang Monday morning regarding the damaged, and ofcourse he said theyre was no way. After going back and forth I told him I will stop by Monday. Monday came around and I asked to speak to a manager. Brian (manager) and I sat and watch the tape and tried to locate when and where my car was damaged. But of course some very important angles of the tape were not working that day so there was really nothing to see . An hour went by and another gentleman came along and told Brian to just fix it that it wasnt worth the time looking at the tapes. So i left the car there once more. A day later I got a txt from Mathew whos favorite word is I dont know when ever you question something that doesnt make sense. He said that the car was ready fo pick up. An hour later roughly I get another text saying that the scratches are still there, and the the car will not be ready that day. So I left the car for couple days more. I had advised Mathew that I will pick up the car on Sat before 5, I never got a response back. To my surprise they close early on Saturday,I figure that out when I go to the dealership, and there was no one there. The communication with that guy is blows my mind. Today Monday,he txt me again saying that the rental will need to be returned today, and that the car is ready (again). I head outhere after work, and as Im looking at where the damaged was, you can still see scratches so he takes it back to get fixed. 15 minutes later he comes back. I take a quick glance/ walk around the car and I take off. When I get home I noticed over spray on the opposite side of the car (how that happens? No freaking idea) At this point I am extremely upset and angry. I called/sent Mathew a picture and got to respond, so I drove back. Spoke to Brian (manager) and told him that this is BS. I couldnt believe the customer service and my luck with at this point. Ofcourse they tried saying the car was like that, although Mathew and I both walked the car and never seen such over spray the second time I dropped of the car. I went on and explain how there was no way. I had just replaced my headlights and had my car ceramic coated. The car was extremely shinny .there was just no way possible. After arguing for what it seem like internity. Brian told one of his guys to polish it out. 15 minutes later he comes back and most of it is off. At that point Id had it. I just told them to give me my keys, because I just couldnt take the inconsistency off the workmanship. Figure Im better doing it myself . There is so much more that I left out like them breakkng my hood shocks and saying they were like that already and many other conversations, but itll turn into a book. I shouldve learn from my bad experience last year. If you take you car here PLEASE inspect your car well. As well when you pick it up. They will not take blame. The techs there obviously do not care. I do have to say that the manager Brian was understanding or at least wanted too, so I thank him for that. But the workers need to get their stuff together. Also please take note of the milage you leave your car in, because they take 4 mile joy rides and say that your car was not test driven.

On Thursday 4/19/18, Worst experience Ive ever had at any hotel! Im shocked that WYNDHAM is even affiliated with thishotel. We were originally reserved for 3 days in a Jacuzzi suite but upon arrival, we changed it to 1 day, but I couldnt even stomach staying in the room they gave us for 1 HOUR!!! The room had a very strong stinky MUSTY SMELL, strings of long hair all over the white floor from the door up to the carpet, Jacuzzi was DIRTY, top sheet and pillowcase was DIRTY. Mold on walls, night stand had screw sticking out n front to stab me. Chairs were filthy. I sat on the bed and could feel the springs. The whole room was old, dark and needs UPDATING. Front desk brought me Air freshener & clean sheets so that I CAN CHANGE THE BED, my Fiance spent 30 minutes trying to CLEAN the JACUZZI. After trying to clean and get room in a suitable condition, we decided that theres no way we could get any rest in that dump. Y should we have to go thru all of this trouble??? So we took videos and pictures and showed the front desk. He claimed the manager wasnt there, but Sam finally came from the back office and told him to refund our card and deposit. At 1st He tried to say we used the room but we explained that we were trying to change the dirty sheets and clean the filthy JACUZZI!!! I thought that was the end of it, BUT THE NEXT DAY, I SAW THEY PUT ANOTHER $129.87 CHARGE BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD! So we spent at least 5 hours off and on Friday calling and going back up there trying to reach MANAGER SHIRAZ to take charges off my card. We finally caught up with him about 11:30 pm and once he viewed the VIDEO and pics, he apologized several times and assured me that he was taking the charge off my account. He even gave me his cell phone number and called me back twice after 1 a.m. to tell me that he took care of it. The next morning, I checked my account and called my card company and they said that the charge hasnt even been reversed. I have since been trying to reach SHIRAZ and hes BLOCKED my calls and of course not reachable at the hotel. So he just LIED TO MY FACE AND OBVIOUSLY IS A FRAUD!!! If he was truly legit, he would have kept his word and at least responded to my calls and texts by now. Its Sunday morning and still nothing from him. This is totally unacceptable.
