Joel is just a remarkable Christian person who helped me out tremendously with my move. I needed a UHaul trailer and not only did he help me make a reservation, and then help me to adjust the reservation, he made sure that I had all of the proper equipment to tow and inspected my SUV to make sure it would work out. This was all even without me actually getting the trailer from his location in the end (due to my reservation needs). Terrible service, I rented a truck from Sacramento to Merced, its my first time moving out of the city and renting a truck, which this location in Merced gave me the worst of my experiences and here a tall African-American woman when I get there is serving someone. Her son, approximately 3 years old, in the place, the child opened the customers pocket bag, well, she moved to grab the child, returning to tend to the customer, which was not my problem, the problem was when she helped me, she grabbed the keys and didnt say a word, she went out to the parking lot and me and my daughter followed her She looked at me with an attitude and said why are you following me? stays inside. My daughter replied, You need to talk more. When she returned inside to the waiting room, she started yelling at my daughter so much I was Olmost call the police because I was thinking she was a danger person how she was acting . She hit the desk screaming super loudly and her son in her arms looked at her scared and screamed. Her son had the keys to a rental car in his hands and waking around when she put the truck in. She put her son in the truck without any protection and she drove inside. The truth is. Its not my fault that her son stresses her out at work, its the worst. Place from dropping off the rental truck hope this place dont get sued for extremely dancer with kids and crazy people working there ?

** 24 July 2018 **I just called for rates, I waiting 6-8 minutes before a female answered the phone. I was asked for detailed information on what I was doing and where. After mentioning that I only wanted prices and not a reservation, she explained that she needed all this information to generate prices. After I said to make it up, Im only helping a friend, and that I could understand being denied a rental if my vehicle was determined unable to safely tow a car trailer,, I was placed on hold so she could get the price... another 6-8 minutes and someone else answered the phone. I explained that someone was working on a price for me, this girl went straight to the point and got me a price but explained that some days have different rates....car dolly - $ 44 a daycar trailer - $ 54 a day...Since I was passing the area, 5-10 minutes later I stopped by to see how busy they were. 1 person on his cell at the corner of the showroom, no acknowledgement of my presence. 1 person in garage under a customers vehicle, busy. 1 person in a rental truck, talking to customer somewhat unavailable ... no acknowledgement of my presence.~~~~if you have 20 minutes just to get a price, heres the place to call. Busy..? then dont waste your time..!!

We had to relocate with our job and searched all over Cali and Nevada trying to find a truck and penkse came to the rescue! Such a huge lifesaver. Not only did they have a truck, they guaranteed us our truck, gave us fantastic rates, had unlimited miles and we had a whole week to use the truck for our cross country move. Everyone we had talked to with the company was wonderful and helpful. The whole situation was just a life saver and blew the other companies out of the water. The trucks are very high riding, but all in all 100/100

HORRIBLE.I went to purchase a unit on the 1st. I was told it's 15 minutes to closing and to come back tomorrow at 10am. I had a uHaul truck plus paid movers ready to go. I got uHaul to not charge me another day as long as it was back before noon. Come the next day there is no one in the office until 2. So I had to pay another day for my UHaul plus another day for my movers. All because Jason didn't want to spend the last 15 minutes of his shift filling out paperwork.

This storage facility is gated. You can not gain entry without a code. Some unit are indoors which Ed are controlled by central air conditioning. It's cool inside while you are visiting your unit. It has 2 floors i this area. Most are one level storage units. There is no public restroom, so use the restroom before coming here. My unit is a 20x10 all units have a sprinkler system already installed in case of fire. You must have insurance on your unit either one of your choice of insurance agents or theirs. Gates are open from 7-7 daily. If you are not out by 7 pm you will be charged an additional $25 charge for management to come open the gate for you. Staff ifvpretty friendly. And you have an eleven day grace period on the 12th your payment is considered late and a $10 charge is also added to your bill. Place is usually clean 9-10 times I don't have to run into a heap of garbage some other tenant left behind.

So for reviewing for their work first. They made my car look brand new. Changed my lights I needed to change awhile ago even and cleaned the interior even when I didn't need any work done inside.Customer service was iffy. Being one on one in person and over the phone was good. They act like they care and keep you updated on what's happening for the most part.For time. Just know if you're trying to get anything done just know you'll be waiting FOREVER. brought my car 12/27/22 and they didn't start till that Thurs/Fri. I wasn't told WHEN I would get my car and they didn't kept telling me once they get to the car (which was a couple days later) I wouldn't know. Turns out it wasn't going to be done till 12/30/22.Then they said on 12/28 that Wed my car was being painted and that coming Friday it wouldn't be ready because it was too cold for the paint to dry and to come back 1/6/23 the next Friday. Later that week I received a notice on 1/4/23 that the car would be painted. Which led me to believe they lied on the reason they extended the week.I text one of the ladies keeping me updated asking if the car would be ready. No update. Turns out I found out she was gone for 2 days from her boss the next day.Friday comes and I call with them ONCE AGAIN letting me know I was coming in with a male telling me the car “should be ready” by noon (I called at 7:50am and had to receive the news at 9am). I let him know I'd pick it up Mon 1/9/23.Mon comes and I call again at 10am letting them know I was coming in AND AGAIN was told they needed to “put the bumper on and clean the interior because of protocol and come back again at 4pm.”As a working woman this was such an inconvenience they didn't stick to their finished time and waited till the last minute.If Caliber Collision decides to respond apologizing for the inconveniences note to you: The inconveniences were avoidable. Do better for your customers time. I found this company extremely inconsiderate for their customers daily lives. You will not be getting any future services from me.
