Just rented out a truck with them. I had to go pull the truck out my self because the yard worker was nowhere in sight. Not only that but the inside of the truck had rotten fruit and left over vegetation. On top of that the form that I signed marked the gas tank close to 1/2 but in reality it was closer to 1/4. So when after my rental was over I try to ask for a price readjustment and the guy told me that he wished he could take my word for it, in another words he called me a lier. I even took pictures of the cluster with the miles and gas tank gauge showing before and after the rental but that wasnt enough. Dont come and rent here because they expect us to follow the rental regulations yet they wont believe the customer in return.

I called them a few months ago cause another Uhaul location couldnt help me after they gave me an outta state trailer with seriously bald tires, as I was about to go out of state myself, (partially my fault for ALSO not inspecting them). The gentleman here, about to close, on a Sunday, insisted on going to another Uhaul location, in another town, to pick up the new right sized tires, and returned to install them. My hats off to them for caring about safety 1st, and going above and beyond!!!

I was charged more for mileage. He didnt give me a receipt. He said one will be texted to me. I NEVER received anything. I did see he charged my card $84.00 for the mileage I gave him as an estimation of 30 miles. But I my actual miles were 13 miles. He showed me a charge of $58.02, which he said will be charged. He also let me take a picture of his phone with the charges. Yet, I was still charged $84.07 for 30 miles I DID NOT travel.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

First of all I had to wait for the truck because they only had one at the time of rental and then they wanted me to bring it back even though I rented it for one-way and I was charged for the extra miles and other unnecessary charges!,signed an unhappy customer ?

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They rent cheap used tools that fail even before you remove them from the box. Total waste of $50 for a jig saw that I wasnt even able to use. There was a horrible repair done prior that used a piece of plastic to hold the deck on. This failed and was told that I was responsible for the rental still. Here is an idea, repair your rental tools properly or REPLACE THEM. Waste of 2 trips, time and my money. Definitely lost my business permanently.

After much research, I am glad I chose this location to store my belongings while getting settled after a cross country move. Nena and her staff made a hectic period of transition much more bearable by offering superior customer service, multiple options every time I needed to rent a truck and flexibility when I needed it most; they kindly let me leave a truck secured overnight when it proved too much to unload in one session. My only suggestion would be to alert would-be renters that the vanbody units are not fully resistant to the elements. One could assume this to be, since they appear to be made from old, decommissioned Uhaul truck bodies; however there is no signage indicating this to be the case, as there are prominently displayed in uhaul rental trucks, so be aware.
