I needed to rent a cargo van last minute. I had made a reservation with another company and was later told they had no vehicles available. I called several other places with the same result. I finally booked a reservation via the Home Depot website. I called immediately afterward to confirm the vehicle availability. The woman on the phone put me at ease and made the process so easy, confirming that there would be no vehicle shortages. When I finally came to pick up the vehicle, I was able to make changes to my reservation. Again, the woman behind the counter put me at ease and walked me through the process so easily. I dont know if its the way Home Depot operates or if it was this woman in particular, but I had a great experience.

Be careful, the D-bag tried to guide me off the ramp while reversing my car of the car carrier while laughing with his partner. I figure it out while reversing the D-bag was pointing left and right as I started to reverse. I inched backwards a few times. As I inched backwards, I began not moving at all by just tapping on the break light and his direction in pointing change but the car did not move at all. So I tried it a few times and his pointing direction kept changing while the car didnt move and the car felt like it was crooked. I then put on the parking break and placed in park and stepped out to take a look and the car tire was sitting on the edge and pointing to go off the ramp. Thank goodness there was one good guy who notice what was going on and said he would help me from the other guys trying to screw me over. I wouldnt be surprise that they had done this before to innocent people. There was a total of more then 3 people doing absolutely nothing acting lazy!

I had a package coming in from overseas and it was held up for the last 3 days by DHL, past its original delivery date. Every day that passed, I grew increasingly anxious. You see, I am set to leave the country this evening. I asked for DHL to divert the package to this PostalAnnex+ location in hopes Id be able to pick it up from here. But DHL didnt even let me know that it had been delivered to here. The long-winded preface is all to say that I was 100% freaking the heck out, hardcore. I needed this package, as it was the gift for 9 people in a bachelor party. It would mean a lot to so many people, and I was about to leave the country without it.I called this PostalAnnex+ at 4:58pm asking them to confirm they received the package, and told them I was on my way to pick it up. To my absolute shock and horror, the employee working told me that they close at 5:00pm, not 6:00pm. This sent me into a panic attack. I practically begged the employee to stay. I knew I was asking him for a lot. I was asking him to stay an extra 20-25min, unpaid, past his closing time. This employee, an absolute angel, must have sensed the desperation in my voice. He relented, and said hed wait 15 minutes. What followed next was 25 minutes of the most extreme, adrenaline-fueled drive of my life. It was peak rush hour, and traffic was really bad. At that the 20 minute mark, I said to myself I really cant blame him if I get there and hes already gone.Fast forwarding, I raced into the nearest parking spot to the store and flew out of the car. The store was dark and I couldnt see anyone inside. But suddenly, a miracle--the employee appeared at the door and opened it to let me in.I almost cried. I offered him a big monetary tip, I was so thankful. I wanted to show my appreciation somehow. He refused, and said he didnt do it for the money. I promised to post favorable reviews on Google and Yelp and I asked for his name so I could mention him. He also refused to be mentioned by name, opting to just give credit to the store. This man is an absolute saint. What he did for me was incredibly noble. He didnt have to, but he went out of his way to be kind. This store will forever have my vote and my business and I will be coming here for all my package and shipping needs. Thanks again to PostalAnnex+!!!

BEWARE—THEY BREAK YOUR CAR!Short: They seem to “fix” your car, only to have you keep going back in as more issues arise weeks later. They also keep your car for literal weeks and months. In the end, we had to give up the car due to needing too many repairs after who-knows-WHAT they did to the poor thing!Long:I had a car with no problems. Then, my oil pressure light came on, and I brought it to this place December 1, 2023. The car was under warranty, and this place is aligned with warranties, hence why I brought it here.Victor wanted to replace the entire engine, despite the issue being the oil pump. I thought that was extreme, but he said we could do it since it was covered under warranty. I didn't feel I had a choice in the matter, as he called me up quickly to declare this and hung up to go call the warranty people. It took a week to get the warranty to cover the engine replacement. Then it was the holidays. I was understanding, especially as I knew it was a big job. Yet they had the car until mid-late January!! This interfered with work, grocery shopping, and our plans. After we finally got the car back, I thought we would be in the clear. But then the car started revving on its own and jolting/stuttering, both when parked and driving. We brought it back to get checked out. They said it had to get new control arms, so they replaced those after having the car for another week or so. Once getting it back on a Friday, we drove it around the weekend and brought it back immediately on Monday, as it made a terrible screeching sound when we turned to the right. This was due to them denting a dust cover, which they luckily fixed within two days instead of two weeks. At this point, I was doubting their competency and if they were actually trying to help me, or just getting the car back in for warranty money. As we continued to drive the car, it persisted in having the weird revving and jolting issue. The car lurched forward! They said it was the engine mounts that had to be replaced—even though they had already replaced the engine and it should have had new mounts!Begrudgingly, we took it back for new mounts. I didn't want to bring it back as I was seeing this place as more and more of a scam. But because they had been the ones to deal with the engine this whole time—and because this SEEMED like the last of the issues—I figured I would bring it back. They changed the mounts surprisingly in one day, as we were getting on their case for holding this car for so long. But the car was STILL having jolting issues!I brought it to a different shop. This one wasn't a warranty shop, as every warranty shop I looked at had bad reviews of the same issues we dealt with at this place, and I wanted the car to be FIXED, not going back in time and time again! Yet Centric Auto Repair had the MOST one star reviews, for good reasons!Anyhow, we brought the car to Knights Automotive to get it completely checked over, as we had the same oil pressure light pop up again; this is what started the issues in the first place! They found a coolant leak that needed to replace the radiator, the oil pressure sender was spinning and effecting the oil flow, and a PCM issue that would cost $3,000+!In the end, I didn't trust Centric Auto Repair to have fixed the engine or any part of the car correctly. I worried that, even if we got all of these further repairs done (under warranty or not), the car would STILL have issues because of this place meddling with the poor car and causing issues to befall it later.I brought the car back to CarMax, but as they couldn't do the repairs themselves and the dealer couldnt do the repairs in a timely manner (and I didn't trust warranty garages to do it), I had to give up the car—especially as I NEED a reliable car for the next two months with so much traveling going on. I couldn't afford to wait, and thus, my car is no longer with me.Stay away from these scammers for your car's sake!

I should've read the bad reviews and given them the attention they deserve. It's a long read but believe me it will make up your mind in regards to ever taking your vehicle here. The have been repairing my vehicle for over 3 weeks now. My service advisor Leslie won't even call me anymore or give me updates on the status of my vehicle after she completely mislead me and gave me the wrong timelines. Alma the manager of this location was very nice and helpful at the beginning but now she is the one who does the calls and tells me that my vehicle is still being repaired. This place has no organizational skills what so ever my car was assembled and parts were missing almost as if a kid was putting it together and realized “hmmm I think there is a light that's supposed to be there” after my vehicle has been “being assembled” by one of their best technicians, this genius didn't check my air conditioner prior to working on my vehicle, so who do I get a call from? You're right the manager asking me if my A/C worked prior to getting there. Any shop that receives a vehicle does a full walkthrough and inspection so situations like this can be avoided but again that's not caliber collision in San Marcos. Needles to say they told the insurance the wrong completion date. I'm out of a vehicle that I use for work, a rental and all alma offered to do was fill up my gas tank with regular or premium gasoline but the kicker is my truck is a diesel fuel truck. So again is this the people you want handling your vehicle? It's too sad that you can't go any higher than this in regards to complaints but since zero stars is not an option well there's my one star for them.
