Absolutely horrible experience with new Employee/Manager Tanya Castillo On 2/1/20 :I have to post this to warn others . I made my reservation on line and showed up to the branch. Not only did they not give me the car I reserved but they tried to give me a car that smelled very strong of cigarette then they wouldn't rent to me at all with my business American Express card nor my personal visa - because although they are both valid credit cards for myself and my business they didn't understand that a Visa card is a credit card even though it's also can be used for debit .The worst part is that initially Tanya Castillo took my card and drivers licensE looked at it and said ok it was good . She said OK and told me to wait about 20 minutes . I waited for 30 minutes, Then I couldn't believe they pulled a car around that smelled very strong like cigarettes . So I asked for another car . They showed me to another car, but then they told me I couldn't use the card because it was a debit card even though it says visa on it which means it's also a credit card - again I use this card every week. Then I try with my American Express gold card that has my business name on it and show them my business card but they won't use that- I have used that card a lot to rent at enterprise as well.AT THIS POINT I HAD BEEN THERE FOR AN HOUR.I ask Tanya for her business card and she gives me SOMEONE ELSES BUSINESS CARD . The business card says “Ivy Fitzgerald”I ask her if her name is Ivy and she says no . I ask her to give me her business card and she won't but she AGAIN TAKES IVY's BUSINESS CARD AND WRITES “Tanya “ on the top of it. I take it and ask her to put her last name and she finally puts down Castillo.”TANYA CASTILLO “I then had to call an uber and leave spending $110 to get down to San Diego today and another $80 to get back to the airport tomorrow because now I don't have a rental car .I have been a member of enterprise for about 10 years . The reason I have used enterprise has always been the customer service but this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced .The whole branch seems to be under management and Tanya and the other new employee there are unprofessional and dishonest. This branch is on brand blvd in south Glendale

**** FIRST CAR FAILED TO START, REPLACEMENT CAR LOCKED US OUT A DAY LATER ****I have rented from this branch on multiple occasions with little to no issues other than subpar cleanliness and shoddy maintenance of the vehicles. Nothing that ever interrupted a trip though, not until this week. We were given one vehicle which failed to start prior to our trip to Nevada. We were supposed to leave at midnight, so we ended up having to wait until the branch reopened in the morning. Once the branch opened and we explained the issue, we were made to wait for hours for roadside assistance to exchange our broken down vehicle for a replacement, which never happened. We were told we had to wait with the car for it to be picked up, which we refused to do due to our already delayed trip. We were not offered to be picked up when we insisted we had to leave and needed another car. We basically forced the branch manager to accept the keys for the broken down vehicle on our property. We had to get our own ride up to the branch to drop off the keys and get another car. The second car also had problems with the rear sliding doors (it was a minivan), and a day later it locked us out from getting into it (with all our belongings inside) because the remote was malfunctioning. Once again, we waited for hours for roadside assistance which showed up very late and just made the remote work by playing around (not even replacing) the remote battery and without giving us another car as promised. We did not feel safe driving that car either as the last thing we wanted was to go pump gas and get locked out again, and it was loaded with stuff so its not like we could just leave it unlocked (nor would that even be a safe option in any event). We ended up abandoning the car at an Avis car rental in Nevada so we could get a proper car rental to complete our trip. Roadside assistance took forever to finally pick it up. Their roadside assistance is an absolute joke by the way! I contacted roadside assistant three times per day (because they never show up!) and each time they made a mistake on the service request such as incorrect address, and incorrect notes. Customer service is also overseas, so have fun with that. After we had abandoned the vehicle by providing clear information and instruction to the original branch as well as their roadside assistance, they called hours later saying they couldnt locate the vehicle. Why? Because the service note said it was in front of a laundromat and at a totally different address. What??! Luckily the roadside assistance AAA driver was very easy-going and competent and just went to the correct address when we told him where it was. When we returned home, the first broken down vehicle was STILL on our property and had never been picked up (3 days later). I had to call the branch manager and their joke roadside assistance multiple times and threaten to have the vehicle dragged off my property and left in the middle of the road. I contacted corporate and was told regional manager would contact me, which never happened. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had with any business. I run my own auto repair business and cannot even fathom providing our customers with this kind of service. We would be out of business in no time.

I lost the key and the van was so tough to drive. I ended up having to pay $300 for a replacement key. I will never book a uhaul unless the mover is driving it. A $300 move ended up costing $800, this has honestly been the worst moving experience of my life!

The owner and his wife are incredibly kind and provide excellent service. It's sad to say but it's rare to find such normal and nice people who are actually good at their job. There are uhaul centers closer to me but I will always go to this location as long as I'm on this side of town. I've used them 3 times already and they're great. 5 Stars

Awesome service. Friendly staff. Made everything easy and concise. As background, my parked car was hit by a hit-and-run driver and luckily a witness got his plates. The whole process of reporting to my insurance company, filing a police report, tracking down his info/his insurance info, dealing with his adjuster, and following up with the detectives was tedious. Especially because around the same time I was working long hours at work, while also juggling family stuff and planning my best friend's bachelor party. had little time or energy to devote to more tasks but found myself constantly having to put work in for this accident. I was prepared for the same level of pressure and responsibilities when it came to the repair process. Now ironically I work in auto insurance, so I know that there tend to be parts delays with shops right now due to shortage, and rare that a repair doesn't take longer than initially estimated. But the repair process was surprisingly quick and painless with Pacific BMW. I did my appraisal, took about maybe an hour and I was on my way. Next day had an estimate and clearance and was scheduled to drop my vehicle off the next week. They took my vehicle in, I signed my papers and they ordered me a ride to the rental agency down the street. It was done within a week, exactly as estimated (granted the damage wasn't major). No parts delays like I expected. All went super smoothly.100% would trust them with any other repairs or modifications I want done

Terrible service here calling to look for a rental. I called and took a day for someone to call me back. The agent Michael Derian did not even introduce himself as Keller Williams and was rude when I was unsure who he was. I had called also several Zillow listings and was trying to figure out if he was one of them. He finally said to me when you figure out which property your calling then call me back. All he had to do was say he was with Keller Williams because I actually just called them to see what properties they could recommend and help me with. Ends up I am not even going to rent and I am buying now so he lost out on a good sale. These agencies always like to take renters less serious. Renters can be buyers! I am glad I found out before I had to really deal with him how unprofessional he was.
