If you can not remember what customer service feels like.......rent a car from this location and they will remind you how great it can be!I called the 800 number yesterday to reserve a car. I was really having a horrible day as my husband's car is going to be stuck at the dealer for 30 days due to a parts shortage. You can only imagine how frustrated and upset I was. The telephone agent let me know there was a car available at this location.I walked to Enterprise (since I had no car) and was met by Peter. What a great smile and calm demeanor he had. There was a small hiccup with my reservation, but within minutes Peter solved the problem and was able to get me in my rental.He walked me around the car to make sure the exterior was in good shape and even walked me through some of the interior features so I knew how to use everything. There was even an individually wrapped Clorox wipe placed in the car so you can wipe down the steering wheel to feel safe and clean. I appreciated that. He made sure I knew where the gas level was at and that I felt comfortable before I drove off.The rental process is paperless and extremely fast with their tablet. You just need to present your Drivers License and Credit Card. In my frantic afternoon, I forgot to grab my insurance card. He asked to call them back the next morning to provide them my policy number.During the entire process, Peter was amazing. He had a great attitude, wonderful personality, he was patient, kind and understanding. He turned my horrible afternoon around. I can not thank you enough Peter.The next morning I called in to give them my insurance policy info. Brianna (I hope I spelled that correctly) answered the phone. She proved that this store offers great customer service. She was smiling, patient, spoke clearly and made it easy.Thank you to the staff at this location, I really appreciate your empathy, understanding and patience.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I rented a box from them in September. My box was stolen. I subsequently went through utter HELL. They ended up charging me for a stolen box that I was never even able to use and that I had purchased insurance for. I even made a police report and went through the uhaul insurance claim process which at the end of the conversation they said wait, you had an empty box that was stolen? You dont need a claim, you have insurance, they should just refund you the money. Hours spent on the phone with customer service. Never able to actually speak to anyone at the location. I was told repeatedly by customer service that the only way to get the charges reversed was to talk to the location directly. And also that they had left messages with the manager to reverse my charges and that someone would give me a call back. So one day I decided to go in, to my surprise there WAS NO ONE WAITING. They point blank have no care to pick up their phone. HORRIBLE. I finally had to file a claim to get my money back. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I had my box stolen and I was directed to every freaking person in the Uhaul system because no one knew what was going on, how to track anything. they messed up my order and I had to physically go in to another location to make changes. I was on the phone for 24 hrs. My moving was absolutely a horrific experience and I ended up being delayed in my moved from CA to NC by two days. And guess what. Today after I have already gone through hell. I was charged YET AGAIN by the same location. And guess what? I called the location and no one picked up the phone-again directed to customer service. This is not the store if you want a long distance move. This store has awful customer service and made the already incredible awful stress of moving 100x worse. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Im about to spend another 15 hrs on the phone. Thank you U haul of Manteca. This is my last time moving with Uhaul. It may be cheaper but at the end you get what you pay for-shoddy customer service, poor knowledge, and the run around.

The fact that my reservation was changed to keyless without my permission. I was only notified by an email. I knocked on the office door people where in there didn't answer. I check my email said keyless reservation. It was 100 degrees outside. I was trying to forget out how to get the key. Finally after I called the 800 number and information. The app wasn't working. I'm at the key box the office person finally comes out to ask if I need help this was 20min later. The key box was hard to get into. If the office person wasn't there I wouldn't know how to get into the key box. What a mess. Never again!

Jake has been my State Farm Agent for almost 6 years now. I switched to him because he has great rates, all the services I needed (home and auto insurance, life insurance policies, 529 plans) making him one bill to pay each month instead of 4. He is also really easy to talk to and very honest. They say like a good neighbor, state farm is there and with Jake you get that kind of service. When my car battery was dead and a tow truck was going to take 30 minutes to an hour making me late to school for kids and work for me, he came to my house to jump my car so we wouldnt be. When I was in a car accident he was with me every step of the way. He even offered to come pick me up at the scene at 4 in the morning. Jake went out of his way to be with me at the rental car place too. To top it all off I just got my new car broken into and Jake was at my home in under 30 minutes, leaving a meeting for work to assist me. I have had 3 other insurance companies in the past, none have come even half way close to the attention Jake has given to my family. He, and his staff are some of the best people in this business. If you are reading this review looking for a new agent, I would not call another person. Insurance is a safety net, only used when something goes wrong, you need to make sure you have the best person in your corner. Jake is the best.

Getting collection agency calls because of this Gym..1) Beware if you are giving them auto pay.. 2) When you cancel, double confirm.. I have been with many Gyms, but not seen such a crooked management or ever one person emailing me.Problem - Valley Fitness is charging for a cancelled month to month contract account.. Not been to the gym for over 6 months and they are requesting to pay for the 6 month... They send it to collection agency, threatening that they will not cancel the account and it will accumulate and the cost will increase until the non used 6 month is fully paid...- Sign up date - April 2023- Contract - Month to Month- Paid - April 2023 and May 2023- Cancellation requested in person at the facility - May 2023 (Was going moving out, so Went to Gym on May 2023 and request to cancel - Rep offered $1 to freeze account instead of cancel, stated NO)- June and July - Took money from Auto pay - Unauthorized - ($150 took from auto pay account)- Called credit card company and they cancelled the card.- No Bills or notice received in mails since May 2023..- SEP 2023 -Got a collection agency call- SEP 2023 - Contacted them and Mrs. X (From Valley Fitness - Not stating her name now) and stated the account was cancelled already.. She stated it was not officially closed in their system, thats why... Explained the situation and request to CANCEL and close the topic...No response from them after one reply.. Thought its closed..- NOV 2023 - Received calls from collection agency stating fees increased and I need to pay the whole non used 6 months...Contacted Mrs X again with records and email trail... Now she showing her power with threat that she will not cancel the account at all and will keep have it keep increased until I pay till now - Which 6-7 month non-used..- Requested her position, Escalation channel, Owner emails - No details provided instead threat..Unsure who is this Mrs X of valley fitness, no customer service, problem solving skills to avoid conflicts - instead elevate and make it complicated, show her power, requested her position, escalation channels - no response instead threat and angry emails...
