Ive been bringing my corolla and my husbands truck here for our service checks. The past 4-5 times weve gone to drop off our cars, weve waited 20-30 minutes JUST to have someone take our car and check us in.Last night, we were the third car in line to be checked in. Despite having 20-something employees working, we waited 23 minutes for someone to help us. We were told Ill be with you in a minute, although it ended up being 16 minutes. Im normally patient, but the wait time was just ridiculous. This was the final straw - well be taking our cars elsewhere going forward.

I would give it zero if I could. This place has disappointed me. Its a scam. I would think twice if you are getting service from this location. My last visit was about 3 months ago. I came for a regular service and asked to change the cabin air filter since I had a bad smell. They told me they could do a cleaning service on the vents that would eliminate the smell and change my filter. The smell never left, and I thought it might just be me. I opened the cabin air filter to just see it, and I found my filter all black. They never change it. I have only driven about 3000 miles, and Im no expert, but the filter shouldnt be this bad when I dont even drive the car as much. I believe this is my factory filter when I got the car. Now I question if they have even taken care of my car with all other services. I have a feeling they cut corners on the maintenance service, so I will no longer be coming here.Update: I was emailed a copy of the service, and they are correct. I never got charged for the filter. Instead, they only did the cleaning service. This is even more disappointing. They sold me a service that was not going to work at all. Either they knew my filter was the issue and sold me the service anyway or never bothered to even look and just recommend a service just to get extra money. The cabin filter should have been replaced at 30,000 mile service as per manual recommendations. I came in at 23,221, then 34,207. They always tell you we did a full multi point inspection. Are techs really doing all inspection cause if they are, then I should have been made aware that something is wrong with the car. I still think they are only doing the bare minimum, or they know something is wrong and let the problem get bigger to charge extra later.Imagine going for a simple oil change, and they only change the oil, and you ask them later why the filter didnt get changed and they tell you well you didnt pay for that. I would recommend making sure you double-checked everything they are charging you for, or you might be coming back for the same problem multiple times.Ps. The picture is my factory cabin air filter. They never checked until I did. The whole point is that I shouldnt be double-checking when you bring your car to so-called professionalsI added a new picture of my previous inspection. Tech pass my cabin air filter as green. At least it should have been in yellow. This is how I know they arent even checking everything. I wish I had my last hard copy to added but Im pretty sure its the same. This is why I think it is a scam. If they are charging for inspection time for labor. At least do the work or leave it blank. I would feel better with honesty and see that they didnt check it, then tell me they did and lie.

Took me over two hours to pick up the car on the pick up date. The car wasnt ready after I did all the paperwork. Sat there and waited, saw a customer brought the car back and worker started cleaning it up. When the car ready, it was one hour after my pick up time. When the car was ready, I went and checked the car out and noticed the passenger side tire bulging out a bit which indicated a leak. Told the staff and she said that wasnt a leak and told me that was normal. I been driving for so many years and I knew there must be a leak. I asked her to check the tire pressure with a gauge. It only read 20psi. There was a leak. Then she offered me to get another car, of course, started the whole process again like the first one. By the time I could drive off the site, it was around 1:30pm which I supposed to be at 11am. Story continues...Car rental scheduled return on Saturday as listed in the contract. Brought the car back as scheduled on Sat, however, heartbreakingly found out they were closed on Sat & Sun. Door was locked and no body was there. Called customer service, the first agent asked me to return the car on the following Monday and wanted to charge me for additional two days of rental, I declined. Then, she transfered me to road side assistance and waited for more than 20 minutes without anybody answering the call. Hung up the phone and made the 2nd call. This time the agent asked me to return the car to Hertz located in airport where twenty some miles away from my home. I asked her if she would give me some kind of ride or reimburse my fare home, and she said NO. I once again declined her arrangement. At the end, she put me on hold and transferred me to road side assistance again. And this time, I waited for more than 45 minutes. Once I explained the situation to the RSA agent, she told me to park the car at a safe place and legally, and drop the key in the mail slot. Took me more than two hours for something wasnt my fault. And only one out of three agents was doing the right thing at the end, luckily... This company needs a major retrain/rehire the staffs and really needs an upgrade of the computer system.

I usually dont write reviews online, but I believe Joy and her team well deserve it! Joy was referred by one of our family friends to her agency a few years ago, we met with her to set up both the auto and homeowner policies with Farmers sometime in 2013, it was a smooth transaction, Joy was very friendly and helpful to help us to understand our insurance needs. Ever since we met her in 2013, we never contacted her until our last accident in June this year. We were hit by other driver, so we filed the claim through the other company, but they were trying to decline our claim. As soon as we notified Joys office about this accident after all so many trouble we went through with the other party, her team was able to start the claim with Farmers at the moment we called, our car was repaired in a week by Farmers plus a rental car from them! Just last Friday, we got an email from Joy to inform that the other company finally excepted the claim and sending our deductible back in a couple of weeks! WOW! It was a great experience to work with Joy and her team, wish we would have started this with them on the first day of the accident! Highly recommended to check with Joy for all your insurance needs!

My htp Phoenix high efficiency water heater stopped working at the start of the cold snap, disabling my underfloor radiant heat and household hot water. Tired of service techs that did not know about my equipment, I contacted the manufacturer, which put me in touch with the regional sales distributor. Steve at Action Sales, quickly put me in touch with Conner at Flow Masters. Conner arranged to come down and check out my problem the next day. He diagnosed the problem as incorrect installation by the original contractor. They had simply failed to protect the air intake vent from the rain. Moist air had been blowing into the fan and burn unit, eventually causing the fan unit to seize. Water was also leaking from around the the burner chamber, so I decided to replace rather than repair the existing water heater. The technician Beto, came down the next day to start prep work. The new boiler was installed during the next 3 days.I can't say enough good things about everyone involved in this chain of events. The manufacturer and sales rep were very quick to connect me to Flow Masters. Conner was very knowledgeable about the products and candid about the risks of repair or replace. Beto was prompt, courteous, very respectful of my property. Everyday before leaving, he would clean up his work area. The new system was seamlessly mated into the existing plumbing. He also is in possession of some wonderful professional tools. Beto really put in the extra effort to bring up my hot water as soon as possible. The new tankless boiler works so much better than the old system. Beto also took the time to explain the system to me, the changes he made, and importantly, the maintenance required.Flow Masters Plumbing are very highly recommended!
