I have been a customer for a very long time of this company and I recently booked a limousine for my sweet 16 again and it was the best service I've received. The inside of the limo had been nice and clean. The driver Sunny specifically had been amazing was very nice in communicating and helping out in any way possible. It was a very pleasurable experience and I will definitely book again. I recommend this business for anyone who is looking for a luxurious ride at a decent pricing, all of the vehicles that they have such as the party bus are also very nice, clean, and luxurious.

Very bad experience with National car rental.I'm their so called “Emerald” member.I reserved a full size sedan pickup at SFO airport.When I got there, there are 3-4 mid size to compact cars specially for “Emerald” members, lol.Then I asked for full size sedan and they don't have any. Then thought of pickup one of them and planned to return atNational Car rental 3569 First St, Livermore, CA 94551. Then reserved another car with Livermore location pickup for next day.Next day I dropped the car and asked for my next pickup on the sameDay. But they had 1-2 cars there. Then I had to cancel the reservation and asked for a ride back home. They denied that too.I called a taxi and went back home then realized I forgot a phone holder in the car.I called them immediately, and call went to the customer care and I gave the details about the missing thing.Next day I got a call from the Livermore location and said they don't have it.I simply lost it.Forget about this location if you have any choice other than National near to you.

I have had Allstate insurance for over 40 years and I am very satisfide with the company and my current agent, Stacy Bartholomew. She keeps in contact with me and is always there to help me. In 40 years of carring my two cars and home insurance I have had only one clame. Smoky the Bear decided to check out the interor of my Ford Explorer car while up at Lake Tahoe. There was nothing in my car to eat so the Bear began to teare SUV appart to the tune of $5,000 worth. Then next day and insurance clame inspector came by to my location at Tahoe City and examon the damage which was just over $5,000 and wrote me a check for the repairs. He told me that if he missed any damages that they would add that to the damage payment. Just have the auto repair co. call us and we will take care of the additional expense. I get offers from competive insurance often, but have no interest inchangin over. They all are very close on cost of insurance. I have found that to be true.Chuck in San Ramon

I have been with State Farm for about 2 years or so. My first agent never took the time to explain what my policy consisted, until I switched over to Katie's office and had Kendra break down my policy. Kendra has been a good friend to me for many years, and I was more than ecstatic to find out she was filling to take over my policy. She took the time to explain to me in detail what I was paying, and was very patient. She cares about her job, in fact she even manages to deal with clients after she's off the clock. She is a hard worker and very empathetic with her clients. I've always been iffy dealing with insurance, and it is so reassuring knowing I am in excellent hands by Kendra and Katie! I know if I have any questions or doubts I can rely on these two ladies. I am constantly telling my friends to switch over to StateFarm. Best auto insurance I've had! I want to share my 20 years experience and bring a alert to every person who would consider to use this agency as the insurance agent.It was excellent service agency until Amanda Beeson become the owner and hired unprofessional not honest not responsive People to work for her.Just think about how much damage those young people can do to you and the owner not even try to talk to me or fix their mistakes or come up with a compensation to clear my record she hides in a corner per yearFirst it took three years for this agency to update my address after I moved from residential property to my new home and switch my previous property to rental.They keep sending correspondence to My Tenants for three years and wondering usual time came out I did not receive notification on time in 30 days gap was developed in my coverage. As soon as I found out I contacted my agent to re-establish my coverage immediately they offer me a new coverage but they did not cover 30 days gap and of course as a client I had no idea it should be Done any other different wayAs a result two months later my mortgage company charge me five times small for the coverage of 30 days but not only this trouble I experience Allstate was sending me a bill of $85For the past policy my agent at Amanda‘s kept telling me to disregard this bill from July to November and when I received collection letter and ask Amanda to clear my account because I was following instructions from my agent I've been working with for 20 yearsIt is unprofessional, it is scary that agency who handles your insurance policy can lead you to collection agency in six months and never apologize to a client for creating such a huge mess stay away there's so many other agencies

Ill start this review with one of the movers bringing their baby to the move site and leaving the baby in their car on a 98 degree day. Yes, you read that right. Theres so much to cover, but this should give you an idea of the service you should expect.We noticed that one of the employees car was running out in front of our house while they were moving our belongings. We looked in their car and could see a 1 year old baby strapped in a car seat. The air conditioner was on, but no one was watching him. We told the employee to not leave their baby in the car because, obviously, the baby could die. So we baby sat their baby while they worked. Seriously. You cant make this up.During the initial consultation, I told them I wanted a 1,600 lb safe to be moved. This was documented. When the movers showed up, they did not have a dolly to use it. Without permission, they used my dolly, which is not rated for that much weight, to move it. About an hour later, they barely made any headway and at one point, I saw my safe on its side in my driveway. There are now scrapes all up the side of it. It had been in pristine condition. As they moved it out of the house, they didnt protect the doorway and caused damage to the home on the way out.When they realized they needed help, they called for reinforcements. The two guys that showed up to help reeked of marijuana so bad that my house smelled like a marijuana field for an hour after they left. Oh, it should be noted they drove the moving van in that condition, so I can only imagine that they were DUI.When the moving van arrived a week later at my new home, we discovered that the movers had placed multiple items on top of our bedroom furniture and caused permanent damage to our bed, dresser and nightstands.It took them almost 11 hours to load the truck from my home in CA, but when it arrived in another state with a competent crew, it only took 4 hours to unload it. At one point during the 11 hour loading in CA, all three of my bathrooms were occupied by movers taking a grumper in all three of my bathrooms. I seriously had no where to go when I needed to go. I only assumed they had Taco Bell by the damage done.In the middle of all of this, I called Bekins to let them know how bad things were going. The guy that did my initial consultation called me and he was speechless when I told him about the baby in the car. I asked for a manager to call me asap. I got a call back two days later, but only after sending another email asking for contact. Now Im praying that I get reimbursed for the damage done.Basically, if you cant trust them with their own children, how can you trust them with your worldly possessions?It should be noted that the team at the other end of the move were awesome. They were careful with our things, were respectful, and worked quickly. Those four guys I would recommend for any move.Edit:The GM has since posted a reply to my post. Sir, you told me on the phone that you would make it right. Youre not making it right by not calling back or not knocking the price down for the stress and difficulty your company caused. You have since not done anything to make it right.Also, it appears you might be lying about not using those people anymore. Sure enough, one of your employees told me they were being used one more time a few days later after our conversation. Again, that is not making it right. If you kept them, thats fine. Keeping them or firing them is up to you. However, the point here is that it appears you lied and looking at other comments, it appears status quo for you.
