If you can not remember what customer service feels like.......rent a car from this location and they will remind you how great it can be!I called the 800 number yesterday to reserve a car. I was really having a horrible day as my husband's car is going to be stuck at the dealer for 30 days due to a parts shortage. You can only imagine how frustrated and upset I was. The telephone agent let me know there was a car available at this location.I walked to Enterprise (since I had no car) and was met by Peter. What a great smile and calm demeanor he had. There was a small hiccup with my reservation, but within minutes Peter solved the problem and was able to get me in my rental.He walked me around the car to make sure the exterior was in good shape and even walked me through some of the interior features so I knew how to use everything. There was even an individually wrapped Clorox wipe placed in the car so you can wipe down the steering wheel to feel safe and clean. I appreciated that. He made sure I knew where the gas level was at and that I felt comfortable before I drove off.The rental process is paperless and extremely fast with their tablet. You just need to present your Drivers License and Credit Card. In my frantic afternoon, I forgot to grab my insurance card. He asked to call them back the next morning to provide them my policy number.During the entire process, Peter was amazing. He had a great attitude, wonderful personality, he was patient, kind and understanding. He turned my horrible afternoon around. I can not thank you enough Peter.The next morning I called in to give them my insurance policy info. Brianna (I hope I spelled that correctly) answered the phone. She proved that this store offers great customer service. She was smiling, patient, spoke clearly and made it easy.Thank you to the staff at this location, I really appreciate your empathy, understanding and patience.

Jake Who???BEFORE there was a “Jake from State Farm” we have been fortunate to have Sheila Avila from State Farm!We have worked with Sheila for over 15 years specifically in the residential insurance side and she has always been patient, professional and is extremely knowledgeable.For our business, we have had coverage with a particular industry specific Broker for over 10 years assuming they would have the Best rates and service for our business needs. Come to find out, they did not provide the Best price and in the particular situation we found ourselves, did not provide the best service.Most recently, Sheila came to our rescue at a very crucial time as our Commercial Auto Liability insurance had been cancelled and the carrier said it would take approximately two weeks to reinstate the policy. Clearly, we would not be able to operate without Auto Liability Insurance since our client base spans the Central Valley, Sacramento, and Bay Areas. Sheila has always gone Above and Beyond for her customers and this time was no different. She dropped everything and focused on getting us insured. We were covered in less than 24 hours and were able to keep our crews on the road!The whole scenario worked out better for us since the old carrier would not insure any drivers under the age of 26! Not only did that mean our son could not drive for us during his summer break from college but did it also mean that we had to change our hiring age?With Sheila on the job, we cut our monthly Commercial Auto Insurance costs approximately $500 and State Farm does not require drivers to be 26 years of age or older which means our son will be able to work for us this summer! Thank God because College is expensive, and he needs to work.We highly recommend you reach out to Sheila Avila for your insurance needs. Jake has been my State Farm Agent for almost 6 years now. I switched to him because he has great rates, all the services I needed (home and auto insurance, life insurance policies, 529 plans) making him one bill to pay each month instead of 4. He is also really easy to talk to and very honest. They say like a good neighbor, state farm is there and with Jake you get that kind of service. When my car battery was dead and a tow truck was going to take 30 minutes to an hour making me late to school for kids and work for me, he came to my house to jump my car so we wouldnt be. When I was in a car accident he was with me every step of the way. He even offered to come pick me up at the scene at 4 in the morning. Jake went out of his way to be with me at the rental car place too. To top it all off I just got my new car broken into and Jake was at my home in under 30 minutes, leaving a meeting for work to assist me. I have had 3 other insurance companies in the past, none have come even half way close to the attention Jake has given to my family. He, and his staff are some of the best people in this business. If you are reading this review looking for a new agent, I would not call another person. Insurance is a safety net, only used when something goes wrong, you need to make sure you have the best person in your corner. Jake is the best.

First I want to say we were so impressed with this location and our family had a great time while we were there! The issue I have is right after we left we had a billing problem where we were charged way more and unexpectedly. So I called the main number and was given a reference number and was told I would be followed up with. A few days later no one followed up but the money was taken out of my account. So I proceeded to call back to the one and only main number they have and was on the phone with 4 different people before finally being able to reach the Manteca location. Once I was on the phone with Melanie there. She helped me figure out the issue but when I expressed the slight frustration I had with trying to be proactive and calling as soon as I got home and noticed the mis charge she proceeded to be condescending and rude. Saying that if I would have called the location directly they would have been notified but she also proceeded to tell me there is no direct number for their location and I have to call the main number and ask to get to them. She was very passive aggressive and rude with how she was speaking and her responses. Also Stating if I would have filled out the right form this wouldn't have happened. My grandma gifted us the stay and I explained isn't so tech savvy as to how this had happened. Also no one when we checked in caught this mistake and when I called back at the day of check out. Then Multiple times she talked over me and when I asked about how we were allowed to check in and stay and two other people there saw our form and cleared us and explained we were good to go. She stated she was not there and so can't speak on that. When I asked if I could explain to her the description of who helped me she said well we have 30 people who work the front so I don't think it will help and I wasn't there so I can't speak on it. IAnd repeatedly was rude never once apologized for any inconvenience and their mistake. I asked to speak to her manager and she said there wasn't anyone else there or that could talk to me. And she wouldn't give me their email addresses and said there is no other number. So I told her I'd be calling back and filling out the form and she hung up without saying anything else very rudely. Then once we filled out yet another form I had to call back again I waited on the phone for 45 mins to talk to to other representatives who told me then the Manteca location was not answering their phones for some reason and there was no other number I could call and no other district number I could call to make sure my issue is resolved. I also asked how I can file a complaint for the rude customer service I experienced and there was no way except to file a claim that goes directly to that location only. I have never dealt with a customer service so bad when I am trying to resolve peacefully an issue that was overlooked and trying to get my money refunded. It is also very frustrating to have to come here to make a bad review after having such a good time because it seems as though their location only answers the phone when they want and it's impossible without waiting for 2 hours or more to get through. To get nothing resolved and in hopes that they received it and will take care of it but I won't know but I can try to call back tomorrow and I might which is the words from the main customer service operaters be able to get through but they aren't sure. So how is anyone supposed to get issues resolved when none of their departments speak to each other their is only one main line and when the Manteca location clearly has a lot of customer service issues and I won't know if will get refunded based on their mistakes.
