I really wish I could give this establishment six stars the two gentlemen working there are friendly not pushy and very knowledgeable. I also found out that this particular building and location is a historical relevant establishment. If you ever want to know whats the movie American graffiti. Its a unique way to buy a car and save some money in the process. I was just looking and have not bought a car from them yet but no several people that have and rave about the experience. I guess you could say a mom and pop shop thats way friendlier than the big box stores. I would highly recommend going by and seeing what they have or just ask them questions about the building but Im sure youll want to buy one of their wonderful vehicles. I also found out that their vehicles are specifically chosen to get better than 30 miles per gallon. High five and props to these gentlemen.

They took 6 hours to install the device. I believe it was rigged to just get my by and out the door. Ever since installation I've gone through 3 new batteries in 10 months. My rear view camera stopped working, my check engine light, blinkers, windshield wipers, high beams are stuck on. Trunk won't open. Lights on gear shift area won't turn on. All my electrical is COMPLETELY SCREWED! And they won't fix it or accommodate me. Spoke to so called supervisor twice and they won't reimburse me. Now I can't even use my car unless it's jump started or get a 4th new battery. GO TO A PROFESSIONAL like a car audio business that specializes in installing all sorts of devices. When they make it right I'll make this review right!

My experience with Natalie Mercado has been dissatisfactory from the start. I requested a quote for home insurance and was roped into bundling an auto and umbrella policy as well. I agreed to this willingly, knowing it would offer discounted premiums. Thats when the headache began. Firstly, my payment information was incorrectly entered by the agent (twice) so my first payments were delayed. Next, I was unable to reach the agent via email and she and her associates insisted on discussing everything over the phone. Whether that meant no paper trail or what, Im not sure but my 8a-8p job made scheduling phone conversations almost impossible. Most frustratingly, I realized a month later that I had also been enrolled in a life insurance policy! While we had discussed this option in our first conversation, I had never signed anything for the life insurance policy (intentionally, I wanted to see the policy premiums and projections first) but was somehow enrolled in the policy anyway. When I tried to call Natalies office several times with my complaint, I couldnt reach her. I followed up with an email. She finally responded with a voicemail explaining that I had indeed agreed to a life insurance policy (news to me! remember, no application or documents signed for this -- only the auto/home/umbrella) in order to receive further discounted auto/home/umbrella premiums. She has yet to provide me any policy documents and Ive been enrolled for six weeks now allegedly.Lastly, readers should know that she offers all her customers Starbucks gift cards for writing reviews. She hounded me at the start to write one so I could get my gift card but I didnt because I didnt feel comfortable without having received any service. So heres my honest review finally. Lets see if I still get a gift card

Five stars are not enough to explain the level of service I got from Aaron West.I live out of the area and was referred to Aaron as the person who gets things done in Modesto. I was in the process of taking over managing the affairs for an elderly family member. Our first few calls I didn't even know what to ask, I was just gathering information on how to manage my situation. He was a wealth of information (and compassion). We met at the property that was filled with garbage and squatters that had moved in when my elderly relative went into the hospital. At one point Aaron even dodged a flying axe that was part of a booby trapped door. I thought “it can't get much worse than this” so we made a plan to take action on a sale when I could secure a court order.Alas… it got worse…While waiting for the courts there was a fire. Aaron went to the property and took photos and gave me regular updates. He also gathered information from the City and County on the non standard zoning. This was not going to be an easy job.Finally the court order to sell was obtained and Aaron helped me navigate transferring the title. All of this was done with no obligation from me. He wasn't officially my agent, he was just helping me out.Turns out selling a property in a conservatorship is remarkably involved and there were more steps to be done to get authorized. Aaron checked in throughout this process and even posted no trespassing signs for me.Alas, it got EVEN WORSE… There was a second house fire! Again, Aaron sent me more photos and helped me navigate the fire investigators and sheriff.Nearly 9 months after our first call, 1 swinging axe, 2 fires and countless calls later we were ready to get the house on the market. The property was listed on a Friday and by Monday morning we were in escrow with a full price offer. Woo hoo!There was a mild heart attack inducing question on the last day of escrow (the city had questions), because Aaron is local and known in this area he got the questions answered and the deal was done.I could not have had a better partner in this process. Aaron was professional, kind and an incredible resource in this incredibly complex situation.

The team at Jeff Blizzard state farm have been nothing but wonderful to me every step of the way. This was my first time buying my own car insurance rather than being put onto a parents family plan and it was extremely easy to walk into this office and get the ball rolling. I had previously tried to purchase Geico insurance online but it was needlessly complicated and had absolutely terrible customer service. Recently, I was unfortunately hit by another driver and even though I dont have comprehensive, the team at Jeff Blizzard was incredibly helpful in walking me through the claim process with the other drivers insurance. I forgot to mention, the pricing is very very fair, and while Im sure you could save literally only a few dollars by switching to one or two other companies, it is absolutely worth going to Jeff Blizzard State Farm for the excellent customer service

I just have to say that from my initial contact with Burnside, everyone has been super friendly, professional and accommodating. Weeks after my estimate I came to realize that it was the owner himself who checked out my car and gave me an estimate. It was towards the end of the day on a Friday and I felt bad about imposing upon them near closing time. Not only was I reassured that I was not an imposition, but my estimate was emailed to me by the time I got home from running errands that day! Besides the superb professionalism with the estimate, the office staff has been beyond awesome. Sarah, Nicole and Gabby are just the sweetest gals who were so helpful with my insurance company correspondence. ? Their knowledge and insight of the process was a game-changer and made things easy.This place is run like a well oiled machine, despite our current global struggle. I called and spoke to Jared, asking if I could add a touch up to the bumper and he was kind and accommodating. I appreciate Burnside's willingness to ensure my satisfaction. They're definitely at the top of my Christmas list. If their finished product is anything like my experience thus far, I'll be ecstatic. I should get my car back Monday so will update my post with pictures then!?
