Will and his team have been nothing but extraordinary! I was originally sent to a body shop that was recommended by my auto insurance. After witnessing one of the employees not knowing how to change my car from reverse to the drive gear, it raised some concerns with me. Im the type of person that is very particular about my car and who works on it. After doing more research about the shop my insurance sent me to, I decided to do some searching of my own to find a shop that I can trust.I found Wills Auto Body after reading numerous reviews and as a recommendation from an enthusiast forum that I am a part of. I decided to give them a shot as I read nothing but positive remarks. I emailed them from their contact information on the website and Micheal responded promptly. The length and detail that Micheal went into answering my questions already gave me a good feeling and gave me enough confidence to make an appointment to bring my car by to have it inspected. When I brought my car to the facility, I met with Will and he was kind and patient enough to explain the entire process to me, from how they will be dealing with the insurance company themselves, to stressing the importance of using original equipment manufactured products (exactly what I was looking for), to how they take pride in their work and care for clients vehicles as if it were their own. I left the shop with great confidence and decided to place my trust into Will and the rest of the team. I want to also add that communication with the shop has been amazing. Phone is always answered and questions are addressed with professionalism and courtesy.Fast forward to the pick up date (about a week later), I get a call from Micheal informing me that my car is ready to be picked up. With excitement, I head on over and see my car parked outside. It was washed and vacuumed and ready to go, as Micheal said he would do prior to me picking up the vehicle. I did an inspection before signing the documents and I was ecstatic about the quality of work. It was at that point that I knew I made the right choice going with Wills Auto Body. I cant thank them enough for treating my car with such care and exceeding my expectations. Ive said it before and Ill say it again, theyve earned my trust and will be my go to body shop for any future body work. I highly recommend this shop if youre looking for a place that pays attention to detail, performs high quality work, and is professional in their business. Thank you so much!
Enterprise Car Sales
1235 Concord Ave, Concord, CA 94520, United States
THIS STORY NEEDS TELLING YOU WON'T BELIEVE THIS EXPERIENCE.BAKGROUND. I was in desperate need of a new vehicle for my business. The company had outgrown my current vehicle, but I was on a tight budget. I went around to the auto dealers in the area. I was so weary of the pressure of sale people and finance managers I nearly given up hope of having a decent conversation with a salesperson. Then I went to the Enterprise Car Sales in Concord, CA.MY EXPERIENCE. I was met by salesman Victor Lucatero. He and I discussed my business, the needs I had and the price point for which I was looking. Victor immediately understood. He found a couple vehicles that fit my need. He did NOT try to get me into something beyond my price point. He was careful to follow my guidelines. I looked at the vehicles he recommended and I immediately liked the vehicles he showed me. Each vehicle was exactly at the price point I needed. Throughout our discussions he was courteous, professional and sincere. We actually had a civil conversation. I needed to leave for a meeting but told him I would come back. He did not try to keep me in the dealership. He did not try to haggle the price with me. He did not force me into looking for something way above my needs and price point. Absolutely no high pressure selling.I thought I was dreaming. The next day I met with Christine the sales manager. I thought, ‘Ok, the butter was smeared on now comes the high-pressure manager's pitch. I was wrong. Much to my surprise Christine was just as nice and kind as she could be. ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE FROM THE SALES MANAGER. I was very apprehensive. I thought, When is the other shoe going to drop? It didnt. She was as disarmingly friendly as meeting your own kin on a Saturday night. She explained my options and immediately got me several offers for my loan. She told me the interest each lender was asking and recommended the lowest! Again, what?! My whole experience was as pleasant as having coffee with friends. We talked and laughed and simply had a relaxing time. To say I was shocked would be understating my feelings. They made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. Everything went so smoothly, things explained so thoroughly that I purchased the vehicle right then and there.THE VEHICLE. The vehicle was pre-owned, but you couldn't tell it. It was clean, rode smoothly and, more specifically, met my company's needs to a “T”. The vehicle was even newer than I had ever hoped to get for my price point!THE PEOPLE. I credit Victor's great knowledge of the vehicles he recommended to me, his easy way of speaking to me as an adult not an adversary, and wonderful personality for my purchase of a vehicle from Enterprise. What a wonderful salesman—or should I say unpaid employee of mine—as he kept my company's business needs and finances in mind. Christine doesn't have “superior than you” bone in her body, unlike all of the sales managers I've met in my long lifetime. She is truly a Professional (yes with a capital P). Victor and Christine are the standard bearers of what a sales professional and an auto sales manager should be. These are the kinds of people I would not only hire, but would have a drink with after work. More to the point, the kind of people I want to do business with on a continuing basis. They are that friendly. If you are looking for a vehicle, I strongly recommend you check out the vehicles at Enterprise Auto Sales in Concord, CA. If you want to argue, haggle, yell and do all the auto buying tricks we learned from our parents, do not go to Enterprise. You will be disappointed. If, however, you want to be treated like family, get a square deal on a very reasonably priced vehicle, and an outstanding buying experience look no further than Enterprise Auto Sales. The are the consummate professionals which other auto dealers can only hope and wish they could emulate.Oh yes, and ringing the new car buyer bell was a blast!! VERY WELL DONE VICTOR AND CHRISTINE. I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH.
Concord Chevrolet
1330 Concord Ave, Concord, CA 94520, United States
We contacted the dealership when we received the notice for the recall and scheduled an appointment. They had no knowledge that all they needed was my vin to process the battery order. I arrived for my appointment and they said its a 4 hour procedure which soon turned in to all day, and then overnight. I informed them that based on the info they provided that I was not prepared not have a vehicle, so they proceeded to get me a rental. Soon after I arrived home in my rental they called and told me that I can pick up my vehicle because they dont have any batteries to install and the first step was to get the VIN number to order them from GM( which could have been done as soon as I arrived or before they even scheduled the appointment). I returned to the dealership to exchange the rental for my vehicle where they informed me that my batteries had been ordered and they will contact me when they arrived. 15-20 passed when they called and told me the batteries are in and we scheduled the appointment for the service. This time they said they would need the vehicle all day for the service so I was more prepared and scheduled a ride. I dropped off the vehicle at the dealership and received a call from them 4-5 hours later stating that all they had to do was get the VIN number to order the batteries from GM. I was in disbelief an informed them that this was exactly what happened the first time my vehicle was there for this service. They were just as confused but stated the batteries were not ordered on the first visit but are now. Once again! Theyll contact me when my batteries arrive. 15 days or so and the dealership contacts me to come in for the service and the batteries are in their possession. They stated they would need the vehicle all day so thats how I was prepared. I called 3 times throughout the day without ever reaching my representative and leaving voicemails. They never called back or ever gave an update so I had someone drop me off at the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. When I finally was able to speak to someone face to face, they told me the vehicle had to stay overnight. I informed the representative that never had they mentioned that and I needed a car to travel the following day on Christmas Eve. They were lucky that the rental agency had one vehicle left. The service department was open on Christmas Eve and they still did not finish the service. The service department obviously was closed for Christmas and the following day (Sunday) so I had the rental for 5 full days. The dealership has almost no knowledge of the recall and what the battery charge is supposed to be after the service. This was the most unprofessional encounter for this type of commerce. Its amazing the the complete lack of performance and preparedness. I understand mistakes happen but this is beyond that.
Xfinity Store by Comcast
2001 Diamond Blvd Suite 150, Concord, CA 94520, United States
I went here today to replace my grandmas old cable box and swap it with an upgraded box. In order for my grandma to watch and subscribe for her Filipino channels (TFC, GMA Pinoy TV & GMA LifeTV), I had to replace the old box since TFC is now in HD.I arrived promptly for my appointment at 4PM. I was welcomed professionally as I returned my grandmas old box and remote. Then, I was given a barcode to proceed to a waiting area until my name was called.Approximately 10 minutes after arriving, I was called over and assisted by an Xfinity agent named Norma. Norma was not so friendly as I began and explained the purpose of todays visit. My main intention was to replace the old box, swap it with a new and upgraded version and add her Filipino channels. However, it took me several obstacles due to the fact that my name was still not added to my grandmas account as an authorized user. What do you expect? Do you expect my grandma to add my name to her online portal while she is still learning these technology upgrades from me? Thankfully, I was allowed to call and talk to my aunt on the spot to verify the account details. After todays visit, I was very sure that my aunt added me as a manager to my grandmas account. When it came to finalizing the order, Norma encountered trouble upon adding the Filipino 3 package (TFC, GMA Pinoy TV & GMA LifeTV,) and I overheard her asking her colleague if this package can be added to my grandmas existing plan. Her coworker said oh no, they can only add TFC. Excuse me, GMA Pinoy TV & GMA LifeTV channels can be added without an X1 Triple play Plan. It also works with existing double play plans (like what my other relatives have in own home.)When Norma kept running into this error for about 20 minutes, she tried selling me into getting the X1 Triple play plan with only 300 mbps on top of my grandmas existing plan for about $200.00 per month. Woah, thats way too expensive! No thanks! In my own account, I currently have an X1 triple play plan that is only $150.00 per month! As a result of this scamming offer, I refused to sign my grandma up for a skyrocketed price per month. I kept insisting to keep my grandmas original plan and just add DVR and the Filipino 3 pack. In the end, I slightly won over Normas offer by having the upgraded bill at $20 cheaper compared to the first offer. One of the reasons why it became only $20 cheaper is due to DVR and HD fees. I wasnt happy about those charges because my plan at home doesnt not charge me for it (due to my loyalty with Xfinity). Norma wasnt really having it when I made her repeat the calculation process and quotes for a monthly. I also couldnt hear her well due to background noise at the store. However, as an Xfinity store, I insisted in having her become more transparent about the quote for my grandmas monthly subscription. Norma can do better to be more patient, transparent and more accommodating and friendly to xfinity customers like me. She has to work on that in order to prevent an unpleasant experience that I had today. Now that my grandmas new plan is not under a contract, Ill just find another way to negotiate her xfinity plan to make it cheaper over the phone instead of going to an Xfinity store. I am smart enough to say no deal, walk away with a decent plan and speak with an xfinity agent on the phone to find a better and cheaper monthly price. If I made it work for my own plan, then I can make it right for my grandma to help her continue watching Filipino channels on Xfinity for a lower price. I will only go to an Xfinity store to return and/or pick up new equipment.
