I spoke with Nick a few times about equipment rentals since I was real hesitant leasing vs. buying equipment. Turns out I made the best decision to run with WB Financial. I not only saved a ton of money but they allowed me to use the latest technology in front of my clients making me look great. Thanks to WB Financial I now have a lot more business and Im able to compete with shops 10 times my size.

Hanmi Piano Yamaha Authorized Dealer OCLA
7942 Garden Grove Blvd, Garden Grove, CA 92841, United States
I bought my digital piano Yamaha YDP-162R at Hanmi and Im very happy with my purchase. First impression if the store is the inside is very nice with a wide variety of piano selections from acoustic to digital. The manager Julia is very friendly and helpful who greeted me with a very welcoming attitude. She showed me around and helped me find the best piano for my budget. She also let me test playing the pianos that I like so I can have an idea of how they feel and sound. She is very easy to work with ended up giving me a good deal on the piano that purchased. Quick and easy no hassles. I dont live too far from the store so they offered me free delivery to my place as well. The lady delivered it, helped me carry the big heavy box in the house and even showed me how to put the pieces together to make sure I can do it myself without making mistakes. The Yamaha YDP-162 plays and sounds great for the price that it is. It has a closer feel and sound to that of an acoustic piano. I am a very picky person when it comes down to the realistic feel of the instrument and I am happy with the quality that I get for the price I pay. I would totally recommend Hanmi piano to anyone who is looking for a place to get a great piano with a reasonable price and with friendly staff members. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the purchase and definitely come back in the future when I eventually save up enough to upgrade to a nicer piano. Thank you Hanmi!!!

The only reason I am still here is my agent Raul. He understands my needs and helps attain them. Otherwise with a yearly increase from Mercury for no apparent reason that usually exceeds the cost of living is beyond me. I dont like that. I was with Allstate for 35 years. First agent was great for 17 years and retired, second agent was great for 18 years and retired. Third agent was very good but grew his business so big he lost touch with some clients, his staff did not treat me to what I was used too. I reached out to the original agent and he was too busy to talk to me. I was referred to Mercury and Raul has been spectacular in spite of Mercury but l will probably leave Mercury by Spring. Good drivers, multi vehicle, no tickets, no accidents, no claims, homeowners insurance and still increases every year that are generally way above the cost of living. Very disappointing.

Upon check in… our room was filled with a wet dry vac and tools everywhere… we waited…and were given a key to the room next door. It smelled like sewer..probably from what seemed to be a clogged overflowing toilet from our first room next door. We waited again…were told they were upgrading us.. moved us to the 9th floor… our upgrade was a 9th floor room..that looked exactly the same lol…We were determined not to let this first day ruin our vacation with our grown kids…. The next few days were fine..bed was comfy..internet worked..had hot water. Tons of company parties on property..loud music and zero parking EVERYDAY we were there. Then came our Disney day..we left at 7am…. Their policy is..if you want your room cleaned you have to request it be cleaned… we DID NOT request for our room or our kids room. But upon arrival late that night after a day at Disney..our kids called and said their room had been cleaned and we needed to come down.My son in law had forgotten to put his wedding ring on that morning in the hustle and bustle of going to Disney early. He left it in a black zipped up jewelry keeper on the nightstand. You guessed it..it was gone. Not just his ring..the entire box! We tore the room apart.. nothing. Called the mgr and were told they would investigate in the morning. So we cancelled our morning plans to deal with this. After about 10am..I finally had to get firm about the lack of progress..they sent 3 managers to the room (my husband and I walked down) thinking they were needing to go through the room and the kids belongings. Nope..they stood in the doorway..talked to each other in Spanish… said nothing to us… and started to leave. I stopped them..told them they could look through anything they needed to..pointed to the kids luggage…. She smiled and they left.We called down about 30 min later and were told that they were done with the investigation bc we were not cooperating. I about lost my mind..not gonna lie. I was not nice at that point.Needless to say..we called the police..they showed up. The manager admitted they know who went in the room but they were not saying she took anything but that she did not have a request or authorization to clean the kids room. It was a mistake. And proceeded to tell us the ring was lost. Again I about lost my mind. Listen lady.. the ring was not sitting on the table and knocked off…it was in a box and the whole damn box was gone.. you were given access to search our things..even my husband's and my things on the 9th floor… didn't..and then said we weren't cooperating!!! No we were not leaving you or your staff ALONE with our things after a 1k ring had been stolen! My advice…stay somewhere else. My adult kids learned a valuable life lesson on our Christmas trip.. people are shady and can't be trusted. Use the safe in the room…always..even if they tell you they will not be cleaning your room. I hope the little girl that took it was atleast able to buy Christmas for her family with what she took from my newly married kids.Integrity is lost on this hotel…they watched my kids be devastated on our vacation and could have cared less…We will stay in contact with the police…they were amazing… doubt we will ever get it back but I hope it frightens the one who took it..fearing they might figure it out.Tons of resorts in the area..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

On December 30, 2021, a raining day, I came on time to my car service appointment at 8:30AM for only an engine oil change. The advisor, Chirstian Estrada, told me that the car (2020 Sonata) had 3 year maintenance contract; therefore, he would order engine oil change, wheel balancing and rotation at complementary cost. I declined the wheel balancing and rotation jobs. I told the advisor that I already had the tires rotated. I went to the lounge and waited. Two hours and a half went by, around 11:00AM, I came to the service counter and complained that I had appointment for just an oil change; After two hours and a half I was still waiting for just an oil change service. The service advisor challenged my punctuation by saying the paperwork timestamp was 8:40AM. This was an unacceptable customer service because he printed and finished his paperwork at 8:40AM. It was irrelevant of my well punctuation or why an oil change took more than two hours and a half.I respected the dealership by coming on time on the appointment. The service manager, David Sanchez, showed up and joined the conversation. I repeated that I came on time for a car engine oil change and two hours and half I was still waiting in the lounge. I had my day planned and had other schedules. An engine oil change job procedure should have had a reasonable length of time to perform the task. Two hours and a half plus was unreasonable. The service manager responded that the appointment was to guarantee that I was seen not guarantee that the oil change will be done soon enough. He continued, If I didnt have an appointment I would have been denied the service. This, again, was an unacceptable customer service. The service manager asked where I purchased the car. My response was at Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim. The service manager challenged me that why I didnt bring my car to Anaheim to get the oil change. My response was that I wanted to bring business to Garden Grove. He didnt have anything to counter my response. Again, this was an unacceptable behavior. It was a very poor customer service. I demanded to have my car back. In a minute, my car was magically pulled out. I drove off the dealer. At home I discovered and realized that the technician actually rotated the wheels which indicated in the paperwork. I was so upset. I already denied the wheel balancing and rotation because I just had my wheels rotated a week ago.In the afternoon on of the same day, I drove back 5 miles to the dealership. I was greeted by a female advisor. I told her the situation that I waited for more than 2 hours and a half on that morning for an oil change. I specifically declined the wheel rotation but the job was still performed without my authorization. I requested to rotate the wheels back. The advisor told me to go home and make an appointment. This is very poor services. I could not believe what was happening. I waited for two hours and a half for an oil change which made me missed one of my morning appointments. With this gasoline price in the market, in the raining day, I made an effort to drive back to the dealer so that the service department have a change to correct the job. The service advisor wanted to send me home and told me to make an appointment to come back so they can fix their mistake????
