United Rentals - Trench Safety
4125 Breakwater Ave, Hayward, CA 94545, United States
We had rented some equipment we were not so familiar with all the pieces and parts that came along with it. There was a discrepancy if all had been returned properly as my guys in the field insisted that not all the parts had been lent out after opening everything out there. This was all told to me after I asked about things missing. What could have been a very uncomfortable situation was worked out by their man letting us all know a lesson learned. I greatly appreciate what they were able to do for my small electrical shop. We will definitely be recommending United Rentals to share their business with them.

AAAA Generator Services Inc
1174 Russell Way, Hayward, CA 94541, United States
Biggest rip off in the Bay. AAAA Generator Service was not AAAA or Service, charged $800 for absolutely nothing. Took our generator that had a starting problem with the circuit breaker popping, also the micro switch for the door to the power distribution needed realigned. They fix the micro switch but didnt do anything else and the owner Micheal said that his techs werent able to figure out the problem for hours and it took him 10 minutes to fix it. I said then why are you charging me for it...he said well it took them time. I argued with him about the price and he said he should charge me more....I said you didnt do anything he said we did fix the female connector for your 50 amp circuit. I said for 4.25 hours he said that is what his tech said it took. Dont use these people. We still have the circuit breaker problem.Follow up. I got a call about this review from asking if they could change my mind on this review. I explained what happened to the customer service rep whom I will not mention his name because he was very nice. He asked if we could make this right and I said all I wanted was the issue I had with my generator taken care of and he agreed and would get back to me. A couple days later he called saying that they were not sure what was wrong with my generator and would have to order some parts to see if this Ignition control relay was the problem and would need to come see the unit to get part numbers and such. I agreed and thanked him. I got a call yesterday 6/27/17 and was told that he would rather just give me the lion share of my money back instead of coming and investigating the problem. I said I really didnt care about the cost of what I spent I just wanted to get what I paid for and that was a fixed generator and would like them to stick to the original agreement of them just repairing the generator. He then said it would cause to much problems if we went that way and that he would rather just give back the money. I asked why and he said that Micheal didnt want to work on the generator anymore and didnt want to fix it. I said well that is who we were having issues with all along and that his boss should tell him that this is what we are doing. He then informed me that Micheal is the owner and he makes the calls and that he was just a customer service rep trying to keep their good reviews.Thats when I came unglued. I said if he is the owner and this problem is to hard for them to figure out then why didnt he just say this in the first place or say that it wouldnt be cost effect to spend hours and hours to learn his job to figure out what is wrong with my generator. The nice customer service rep could do nothing but agree, I told him that they can keep my money and I wont change my reviews and I will post them every where. DONT USE THESE GUYS. THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND THEN MAKE EXCUSES. My advise to the unnamed customer service rep. Get another job where you are appreciatedI JUST READ THE OWNERS RESPONSE,I am not a competitor, I do not repair generators. I have a bounce house company and we rent generators to our customers. Just another reason not to use these guys. If they will lie about being a competitor think about how many other things they lie about. Check your bills if you have used these guys. I did and wasnt happy.

LifeSafer Ignition Interlock Hayward
3475 Investment Blvd #4, Hayward, CA 94545, United States
Had a interlock on this location and it keeps aborting on me. It looks like its been super used. The stickers are coming off and it definitely has been handled many times.I had to come in to get serviced after too many failed retests. I told the technician that i dont know if i am blowing too hard or too soft. Was then told it takes a little while to get use to but. Im still having issues with the interlock. I dont even know if they really calibrated it or if they just reset the thing and gave it back. Its been a real hassle driving around and never knowing if my car is going to start or if my retests while driving are going to abort. Go elsewhereI had my interlock swapped out with a brand new one and everything works so far!! I changed my review to 5 stars. Make sure when you get it installed that you are getting a brand new one put in!

Myers Towing
1932 W Winton Ave Suite 9, Hayward, CA 94545, United States
Well where can I start my vehicle was towed. My grandfather and I built this car from the ground up together before he passed away recently. This car meant more to me than you have any idea reason it was towed was for back tags . and was still in my grandfathers name so I wasnt able to get vehicle out. And when I told the company how much the car meant to me and what the circumstances were they told me that dont care about it.and the were hoping to keep it.

We booked face painting and balloon blowing session. It was a perfectly organized party and all the kids had a lot of fun. The person hosting was well organized, very nice and patient and we had about 26 kids, so that was a lot to handle. There was huge selection of designs to paint that kids could select from. The balloons were great, lot of devices so that all the kids could play and had a chance to make their own balloons.

Metro Six55 Apartments
655 Tennyson Rd, Hayward, CA 94544, United States
I was a tenant with this complex for three years, and the services and my experiences with the staff and the occurrences in my unit were nightmares, and I will explain thoroughly.1-The apartment appeared nice, but at closer inspection all constructive work was lackadaisically done.  They simply spray painted the inside of the cabinets white without removing the adjustable shelving, so when adjustments were made dark bald lines would be visible.  The cabinet and door hinges, and the knob of my coat closet after a few months.2-There was a leakage from one of the sprinklers in the living room.  I contacted the leasing office and they said they would have someone out for inspection.  I requested that they contact me before entering the unit for I am a female who lived alone and didnt feel comfortable waking up in the morning to find strangers in my home.  They failed miserably.  Men were consistently showing early in the morning, would knock once or twice, and enter.  I would wake up to hearing men conversing loudly in the living area from my bedroom, and that made me incredibly uneasy.  Unfortunately, that mishap did not end after their claim of fixing the leak.  The water pipe connected to the defective sprinkler burst, leading to a huge amount of water flooding my living room.  They contacted me (for once) while at work to notify me that my belongings were safe from the havoc but the carpet was ruined and will be replaced after maintenance.  I returned home to find chaos: a massive void was in the ceiling, floors bald, all my living furniture was dislocated to either the dining area or the balcony (they opted to have my CANVAS couch outdoor).  The duration of the maintenance was over a month and NEVER did I receive an update of any kind.  The men would show up one day, disappear for three and show up again for maybe two days.  There was a large wooden contraption right in the middle of the already disorderly living room, making it inconvenient to maneuver around the space.  For over a month, I was essentially confined to the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.  The maintenance team used my bathroom and left plastered footprints across the hard floors.  My couch remained on my balcony the whole time.  When the whole nightmare over, plaster dust smothered my furniture.  They were neither cleaned nor put back to where they originally were, and no help of offered.  THERE WAS NO APOLOGY OR ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE LENGTHY INCIDENT AND THE INHABITABLE SPACE.  My frustrated neighbors reported the situation to the main office and received no response.  I was just glad it was finally over.4-The last thing was incredulous, and it occurred AFTER my departure with the community.  I decided a month before the expiration of my lease that Id be relocating.  So, accordingly, I submitted a written letter that I would no longer remain at the complex after the term.  I left some items for them to throw out for I expected to forgo the $500 deposit.  A month later, I received a bill for over $1200 with listed descriptions of the service charges, for which of most I concur.  But, it listed that I extended my stay for an additional 2 weeks after my lease and that was where the additional prorated charges stemmed.  I vacated the apartment 2 weeks BEFORE my lease ended and returned my keys and fobs night before the end date.  Theres no signed documentation noting that I would be remaining for any additional days.
