You don't go to stray because you like their prices, their prep, their team or anything really. You rent stuff from here because it's convenient for some producer who thought it was a good idea.The team lacks in creativity and service. The gear condition is mediocre. Wait… they sub rent everything. So wait 4 hours to get the thing they told they had.If something isn't working they pause their Netflix show and stop to tell you for a couple seconds… well that's what we have. Either make it work or don't.The democratization of media… has created too many shops like this.

Bad customer service...Why does home depot advertise so much the ridgid brand and their lifetime waranty and when the time comes to help the customer the associates find every obstable to replace the items,..1 items have and specific code and the code needs to be registered..2 if i show proof that the item is registered and it maches the item im bringing, you should be able to replace my tools right there in a second.3 i did my part by having my tools registered YOU home depot did not do your part by even trying to help me get my replacements.4 .. please traing your asscociates ( Alex in tool rental ) or find some one who can do a better job.

Very professional operation here. Phenomenal customer service. I'm a novice where camera gear is concerned but I found myself in need of professional level equipment to shoot a DIY promotional video for my business. The guys at CSLA were extremely accommodating, recommending a camera that was easy to use and even showing me how to set it up to be a close to “point and shoot” as possible. Even though these guys are pros (they clearly do a lot of business with very large productions) and I a complete novice, at no point did they make me feel like a newb or like I shouldn't be there. All around awesome experience. Very highly recommend!

Dear people Google Review is here for a reason, check out the worst customer service experience ever at SHAMY CAMERAI come in the Samys stores every week or 2 weeks, I always buy- in each of my visit. In 30 years I bought more than $1000,000 in cameras, lenses, ink and photopaper. Im writing the truth, you are welcome to check out in your system. And I can buy another $1000,000 for the next 10 years or less if their employees were not mean at me. I go to the GM Ray and complain about it. The 3rd Floor manager Fernando. Fernando does a TERRIBLE JOB Fernando step away while I was talking to him, yell at me for taking a bag of fliers - I explain to him that it is more than 20 years that I pick up fliers for my students- after few minutes he apologized - 3 months after he step away again while Im talking to him . This is means missing of education and disrespectful attitude. I dont want to come in a place where Im coursed and disrespect. Last week oct 30, 2017 I complain with Ray about the manager Fernando attitude, because he step away while I was talking to him. It is 20 years that I come in this store, I ask the price for the camera to the seller person - and a better price to Walter, George green, Sochi, etcI look at Samys business and ask:- How Long can this last? I give less then 2 years before they start to shoot their stores down! If I was an employee in this inconsistent environment, I start to look for a better opportunity! Conclusion the GM is not looking to motivate employees and build relationships with clients, he is looking to make his self bigger, unfortunately without succeeding. Ray Norouzi is only a LOOSER, uneducated, disrespectful person, who need to stay away from clients and public relationships. I call LOOSER a person who take my trust and step on it. He ask me to talk to him when I need a better price in the cameras, and when I talk to him, he get mad at me, blame me for something wrong that I didnt do and step away from me. Samy is using his business to DISCHARGE THE HATE HIS WIFE AND OR FAMILY PUT IN HIM thats why, his employees put their hate on me. SHAME ON YOU ! NIGHTMARE!!Faulty machines, amateur tech service and uncaring customer serviceMacPro LA sold me a faulty machine that they replaced with another failing machine. They had me reinstall the operating system and all 20+ pieces of software I use daily 3 times before accurately diagnosing the first problem. Then they replaced the machine and the second problem culminated in the new computer crashing DEAD in the middle of a high pressure, time sensitive job. This all cost me weeks of time, many trips across town to their shop, and caused over a month delay in my work. As an independent Music Producer and Photographer, using their machines has jeopardized my relations with several clients, caused untold headaches and cost me A LOT money.When I brought my monetary loss to the owner's attention he responded “we can't take responsibility for that”. He offered to replace the machine with an equal machine (which I can only imagine would fail me again) or upgrade me to something better at the full retail value. Cool. Thankfully I got a refund, but even that, I can't say they did right by me as I had originally traded a machine in way under value and paid $200 more than other local Mac specialists were charging for the same set up. What can I say… I was hoping to support my local business. Sad.Now they have three machines with my data on them, haven't provided me with confirmation of erasing it as promised and won't return my phone calls. That's MacProLA customer service.The owner's parting words to me were “I hope you don't think we sell bad machines”, but that is exactly what my experience has shown… they sell bad machines and don't take responsibility for the consequence to their customer.This is all just a summation. My frustrations would fill several pages. If you need a solid machine, DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORK.I wound up doin exactly what I hoped to avoid… going to the Apple Store and dropping the $5K+ on a new machine and all the adapters needed.I hope this helps someone.Jason

... from... which can get people really confused, which is why I was confused. He then didnt clear up anything for me. He just said yeah.. its on our website. I was already in a rush, so I didnt care and just went inside the studio. I came in STAGE B, and there is absolutely NOTHING set up. They said they would accommodate me based on my shoot, but nothing was set up. Not even the roll paper, or anything! They dont have much in the studio as other studios Ive tried. I like CONCRETE STUDIOS in LA a lot! They have a lot better equipment and furniture. This FD PHOTO STUDIO place only had 1 table! 1 table! And it was mainly for the make up artist! You think 1 table is enough for a whole team? And their music player was so broken, it was very muffled, and kept stopping. Their clothes rack was about to break. I started to set up my lighting and roll paper, and as I was rolling down the white roll paper, I saw it was very dirty, with foot prints all over it, and then when it reached the ground, THERE WAS NO MORE PAPER! I mean come on! What kind of place is this?! I then went over to that big guy with glasses in the front desk, and hes like ohh... i guess the guy from yesterday forgot to change it out.. and hes like do you want me to change it? and Im like uh duhh! and so he gets up very slow, he must be tired or something, because he was moving in slow motion, and grabs some paper and changes it. It took him awhile, so I asked if this was coming out of my rental, and he said ehh, i might be able to add 10 minutes to your time.. I was like what am i going to do in 10 minutes?! go to the bathroom?! Haha this guy was ridiculous! Then he went back to his computer and put on his headphones again. I assumed he was listening to music. I had to roll the paper down myself! Didnt even want to help me! Like I said, go to CONCRETE STUDIOS LA!
