Horrible! I normally rent equipment from the Madera store and its great. But because some of my clients are in Merced, I rent equipment from this store. They have a bunch of unscrupulous salespeople at the counter. Then when it comes to service, they have some very aggressive, rude, and incompetent technicians to make your rental experience worse. Theres a technician named Bob, who is someone you want to avoid. The equipment they rent from this location arent often well maintained. And this would and could translate into problems for you as a customer. They also can be very tricky (scamming?) about billing. Theyd first lead you on thinking that youd be charged a certain amount. Then when it comes to the check-in time, you may be shocked by additional changes on your final bill! I would NOT recommend this store. There are alternatives in Merced.

Okay I come here quite often and always get great service but of course youre more likely to review after a bad experience (regardless of how rare it may have been) but this is not one those times!After going to THREE other parts places here in town and getting confused looks from other service department personnel, Carlos from Merced N&S looked at it for 3 seconds, walked back into their warehouse and returned right away with the part in hand. I could not believe it!!!These guys & gals know exactly what they are doing and thats exactly what youre looking for in a parts salesman. Keep it up N&S!!

Elias with Aierserv was able to respond to my call out the same day. He was very communicative and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!Issue:Saturday, the ac condenser outside is making periodic screeching noise. No loose screws and it appears to be coming from the motor. Cold air still coming out and so I made a mental note to reach out for a repair next weekday.Sunday early AM around 4, the cold air stopped. In my attempt to bandage it through the weekend, I read up on the manual and watched dozens of how-to videos. I cleaned the unit with the garden hose. Took the motor out, and cleared the dirt and rust buildup on the shaft, and in the motor bearing area. Added lubrication and re-assembled everything together. I had high hopes by this point. Sadly the unit simply buzzed - and I suspected that the capacitor might be faulty, which led me to search around the area for a store with some in-stock. No luck. Its just past high-noon. Im melting.In an attempt to be supporting local business and being loyal, I spent many attempts to reach out to the previous HVAC company I used went unanswered. I gave up and decided to give AireServ a call. The dispatcher informed me that the technician will be calling me within 30 mins. Elias called me and informed me that Im patient #5. Thankfully he was pretty speedy and before long, I got the call saying hes on the way.The entire time, Elias carried out his work with pride and still observed the covid precautions - much appreciated for wearing a mask in the 109F weather. He paid attention to the cleanliness of the area and does thing the proper way. Elias listened to my explanation of the symptoms and what I attempted without making me feel silly and quickly checked a few things to reach his own summary. In the end, we needed a motor replacement as the old one gave out.All in all, Im a happy customer and will recommend Aire Serv and Elias to anyone asking. Though if I may add, I helped by cleaning and loosening up the fan blade from the shaft!

I waited over 2 hours, I not once complained or was rude to the staff. I was there for an onboarding process for an employer (blood work, urine, and shots). Whomever checked me in showed her distaste when I at the 1 1/2 hour mark simply asked if she could tell me how much longer it may be as I had to use the restroom (part of the test) she came back and said I had 1 more person waiting for a physical then it was my turn. I tried to explain I was not there for a physical in which I was basically dismissed. The employer reached out to me while I was waiting to make sure I had completed everything, I informed them I was still waiting and they were not happy. They asked to speak to a supervisor and when I let the same receptionist know she told me to tell him to call the main number (after she had already informed me that they hadn't been answering as they were busy). In the end, she had put my paperwork in the incorrect folder, not once apologized for HER mistake. The supervisor apologized profusely to me, still not making it any less of a wait or making up for her incredibly rude staff. Everyone has an attitude and as I explained to them, I not once disrespected them, was rude, spoke out of character to them. I also explained they should be grateful to have a job as I wanted to work and couldn't wait to have my onboarding process complete to work! I understand they deal with all walks of life, it may be overwhelming, but the staff should in no way be as cold and rude as they are. I also ended up having an allergic reaction to my shot, I didn't know what it was and simply asked for someone to look at it? The NP basically told me that her staff has apologized to me several times....what more do I want from them!!?? Not quite sure why she felt the need to be so aggressive as I didn't place blame. I simply asked what was wrong with my arm?Overall, the experience was incredibly poor. It's sad that even when you try your hardest to maintain your level of respect during a difficult situation it is not reciprocated.

Days Inn by Wyndham Merced Yosemite Area

My wife, 9 yr old son and I have been traveling cross country from WV to BC Canada then down the coast of Washington, Oregon & California over to Yosemite going to hit Big Sur, anyway I don't really have the time to write reviews, but feel I need to for Days Inn by Wyndham Merced / Yosemite area hotel .This is our 16th day of travel and have stayed in 16 different hotels and have not had any real issues with any until now, the place does seem clean enough (except greasy looking stain in the middle of the floor in our room) the lobby and breakfast area looked nice upon checking in, I called them directly ( no 3rd party like Expedia ) on there site it says room has led tv, fridge and microwave “ect” when I got there the girl was nice, but said before I gave her my credit card ( even though I did this over the phone to secure it, witch is normal ) Oh that room does not have a tv, do you want to upgrade ? I'm sure trying to get more money out of there room rate from what I was quoted, I said no need we was tired and was just needing to sleep, we get to room #126 and there's a tv bracket and No tv witch she told me about, but there was no fridge, microwave, there was a ironing board but not a iron on the bracket, no tissues, no soap, no shampoo, missing lamp shade, a see thru shower curtain was thumb tacked into the wall over the window so the street light shined thru & No smoke detector! I'm pretty sure that's not to code ! I have rental property in Wv & have to have one in every sleeping area for the city of Huntington, and for HUD you have to have one per floor, I went to the front desk and ask for some soap and shampoo and she came out with one small bar of soap and a bottle of moisturizer and said that's all she had ( no shampoo) & when I told her about the shower curtain thumb tacked to the wall she acted surprised and said oh I'll have to check on that tomorrow ( after we check out) here I am writing this in my notes on my phone at midnight because I feel a little bit ripped off . I read another review they charged someone a $200 deposit and it's been 8 days and they still have not got it back & the hotels response was it takes up to 20 days and your bank must be holding it! They charged me $50 just checked my capital one app, we will see how this plays out! Rant over I'm going to bed now! Lol, ok here it is at 3:08 am I just woke up for some reason, I don't know if it's the multiple trains passing blowing there horns, or the dog I hear barking sounds like coming from another room or the Mexican restaurant we ate at in Groveland? (Cocina Michoacana, witch was Excellent ! ) a wash rag I had to put over my eyes to get to sleep isn't blocking out the light so great so im going with a pillow instead ! back to sleep again! So just got up and went for breakfast & was pleasantly surprised it was one of the better ones we have had on this trip the eggs, sausage & especially the sausage gravy was very good and fresh tasting compared to most others on this trip, kudos to whomever is over the breakfast decisions & to the ones that prepare it! Oh and I forgot to tell you there was actually a Keurig coffee pot in the room with no coffee, but there was 2 tea bags .Wyndham if your reading this you can do better with this particular hotel because I have stayed in several hotels ( by Wyndham ) on this trip and past trips and your usually top notch! The second star is only for the breakfast .
