Saddleback Equipment Rentals Inc
3222 E Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92869, United States
Really disappointed. Not professional at all. Careful when renting your items. Make sure you get what you rent.Had some party items delivered to our house and did not deliver the correct amount. We let them know when the items were returned that they did not deliver all the items. Instead of saying, sorry about that we wont charge for the items we did not deliver, they accused us of stealing the items and are now charging us for those items. They are charging so much that we could have bought twice as many items, would have been brand new and we would have owned them. So much for renting. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE SADDLEBACK.

Tool & Truck Rental Center at The Home Depot

The drill unit drain cleaner was seriously out of balance making it difficult to use on a bad clog. While that clog took 45 minutes to clear, it took nearly that time to find someone to check the tool back in. One person behind the counter left to find someone but no one showed up. I had to call the store when I was inside the store to help me. Still, no one showed up. What a bunch of tools!

South Coast Bobcat

Im writing this review in response to my experience with Trevor specifically. We have been doing business with SoCal Bobcat for over a year and have spent quite a bit of money with them and their sister companies in Riverside and LA. Last week we took our Stanley breaker in for service. At the time we were told they did not know the model and asked for us to give this to them in order to acquire parts. We explained we do not know and maybe there is indicators stamped on to the equipment to help identify. He told us he would look into it for us and call back. Well following up the next week we are now told he is waiting on us to give him the model number since he doesnt know. Quick google search and I found the representative to help identify and he asked for the photos of the equipment to help along the process. Well I called back to Trevor and told him my findings and also explained to him that I feel I am doing their job and that it was not that difficult to find out. He went on to explain I didnt have to bring equipment to them and should take it to Stanley. I explained no its already with you guys but again I feel something this simple should have been handled by them if they are offering the service to repair. I told him it does not take a genius to figure this out and he explained to me I wont talk to him that way and he doesnt have to help me and that hes only worked there for 2 months so our previous relationship doesnt mean anything to him as to why he wouldnt go the extra mile. Very sad considering Ive spent nearly $80k with them since 2018. I get it sometimes the job is hard or maybe takes a few extra minutes to go the extra mile but in this world that should be too much to ask for someones long term business.

Katnik Brothers Real Estate

SECOND REVIEW16 JUNE 2022Home Sold: 27736 Via RodrigoThank you Karl, JJ and the KBRE team for another job well done! This is the second time in 3 years we have used KBRE. The first time was selling my Dads house in Lemon Heights. Knowing the Katniks as they grew up in North Tustin I felt very comfortable using them to sell my Dads house in an area dominated by another well known Tustin Area Broker. Despite the pessimism of my Dads neighbors, KBRE sold the house at full asking price well above the listing price of several similarly situated homes in the area, represented by other Brokers. This go round they sold my In-Laws home in an area that was somewhat out of their market. But knowing the due diligence they would put into the effort my wife and I felt confident they would perform. The house was in a bit of a unique aera -Costa Del Sol in Mission viejo, a 55+ community. Due to a cooling market and the fact that most of the buyers would be downsizing as they retired, Karl warned me that this would be most likely a contingent type sale. He was correct. After rejecting several offers we received one $20,000 over asking price. KBRE went to work and researched the Buyers situation thoroughly. Based upon their research, Karl and Hannah felt the buyers sale would go through and we should accept their contingent offer. We did and it did. It was a bit stressful dealing with the HOA but Karl calmed me down and KBRE took care of all of the HOAs nitpicking requests.KBRE has a stable of very reasonable contractors to get your house ready for sale and their staging is impeccable.I highly recommend KBRE. They take the stress out of selling.Conrad and Debbie HohenerFIRST REVIEW:Dear JJ and Karl (AKA The Katnik Brothers):It was a great pleasure working with you and your team. As a lifelong North Tustin resident, I know many people in the business with whom we could have worked with in selling my Dad's house. One brokerage in particular seems to not only specialize in the North Tustin area where my Dad's house is located, they appear to have had a great deal of success in that area. In fact, many of my Dad's neighbors where somewhat surprised when we chose your Team over someone from that particular brokerage. However, both my brother and I were very impressed with your initial proposal and analysis of the market and where to place our house in the spectrum. It proved to be an excellent choice on our part. Your decorating consultant proved to be spot on in updating the interior of the home to best showcase it. I also was very pleased with your ability to get the painting and flooring contractor(s) to respond quickly so we could get the house on the market in the prime selling season. From the outset your team's communication was outstanding. I really appreciated the fact that once we decided to go with you, my brother and I did not need to get involved with the scheduling of the interior and exterior work at all. I was also impressed with how the open house(s) went and more importantly the closing process! It was all seamless.I would not hesitate to strongly recommend the Katnik Brothers to anyone interested in selling their home.Thank you again for your outstanding service and attention to detail.Conrad F. Alex Mora - State Farm Insurance Agent
1111 E Katella Ave Suite #230, Orange, CA 92867, United States
I have been a loyal customer since 2013, and I must say that customer service is almost non existent here. You will need to call and email for any updates as you will be left in the dark about any progress being made on issues. If you are lucky to speak to Mayra, she will do as little as possible to help and even say that her supervisor will tell me the same answers and offer basically no assistance. I called in, back in April of 2020 to update them about my new residence address and they never made the requested changes to my renters insurance policy. They kept my old address on file, as I have been paying for almost 4 years! When I inquired about it and spoke with Kari, she stated that there wasnt much they could do, but cancel the policy. My luck that they no longer offer fire insurance and a slew of other options. So explain to me how I am liable for clerical errors made by State Farm employees? They admitted that they had notes on file about me calling in to keep them in the loop back in April of 2020. I am still waiting to be refunded for all those payments that should have never been charged as I no longer resided at the old address on file. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but so far they have failed miserably. I also recently canceled one of my insurance policies for my car and received a partial refund after paying for the months coverage in full. Its unfortunate that after being with a company for over 10 years there is no sense of urgency or willingness to help customers. The only reason I even found out about this grave error on their part was due to being hit by an unlicensed and uninsured driver back in February of 2024. I also had uninsured driver coverage yet still had to pay the full $500.00 deductible?!? My best advice is to carefully look over your policies and make sure they are accurate.

Renaissance at Uptown Orange Apartments
3063 W Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92868, United States
Renaissance is a laughable name for this place; its more like The Dark Ages. When we moved here in Dec. 2020 an independent contractor evaluated the filthy and unacceptable condition of our ducts and advised management to replace the entire HVAC system. They didnt listen and when it broke this past month leaving us without air conditioning during a heat wave, nobody from the front team bothered to reach out even once to apologize, update us with a timeline of repairs, or offer any kind of resolution for the thousands of dollars we had to spend booking a last minute hotel during peak Disney season so that our toddler could live in safe and comfortable conditions. It took them over a week to fix the HVAC system, during which we continuously had to initiate communication with them only to be met with dismissive, rude, and inaccurate responses. They brought a portable unit that was not specd for our apartment which flipped the breaker multiple times leaving us without electricity, to which Devyn the new maintenance manager stated in writing that we were advised not to run the system, which never happened. Then the contractor they hired left our apartment unattended and unlocked for FOUR hours in a community with rampant theft, and we were told that they needed to get something last minute in their rush to complete the order. This was a lie, as we have records on the smartrent app that residents here are forced to use showing the time that the unit was unlocked by staff. The one good thing about this community is the maintenance staff. Jonathan, Alonzo, and Miguel in particular are always professional, prompt, and kind. Unfortunately Essex recently updated their maintenance request system and it is now extremely inefficient, much like their management style. A few months ago when our garbage disposal broke with water spilling onto the floor no one showed up for two days.Management is well trained in diverting responsibility and posturing in online reviews for prospective tenants. Basic customer service and common courtesy would suggest that residents should not have to reach out to you to rectify a situation that you messed up, Catherine. But thats how they roll. Theyre a multibillion dollar corporate housing company that has taken over $60,000 from us during our stay here, and they also want us to foot the bill for their mismanagement, greed, and incompetence - that, or have our three year old living in 90+ degree conditions for a week. I dont know about you, but to me that doesnt sound like acceptable service for an apartment that costs $2,600+ US dollars per month to live in.On top of that, the complex is appallingly filthy, with dog urine and feces in the hallways, heavy wall panels coming loose in the elevators posing a safety threat, a literal rat infestation, and a dozen or so units being used as short-term Airbnb rentals (go look up the address on airbnb), so there is a constant stream of rowdy people using up the amenities and driving recklessly through the parking structure. Theft is out of control. We have seen at least 10 cars with their tires stolen on cinderblocks, my husbands motorcycle was stolen out of our parking spot, packages are stolen constantly and on top of that, according to numerous other reviewers, management will spend an uncharacteristic amount of effort and expedience on gauging tenants on their way out with outrageous move-out fees, so we have that to look forward to.Its unfortunate that Essex resorts to deceitful tactics like incentivizing prospective tenants to write 5-star reviews in order to bring up their Yelp rating and bury the experiences of existing residents, but that should tell anyone looking to move here about their lack of ethics. PLEASE save yourself the trouble and look for somewhere else to live.
