I'm not even the type of person to write or read reviews. However I should have read them before I returned back to this place. First of all. I would say the whole area of this community is bad customer service. I feel like they might get scammed a lot or deal with a lot of not so trustworthy people. That they began to treat everyone like that. & I'mSorry everyone not bad. & we the customer is the one who keep business going.My experience here was so bad . I don't want to get into but . They customer service is poor not from everyone just certain people. Who has a bad way of communicating with people and they have attitudes from the start. I would not recommend to rent from here at all save your time and energy and go to different uhaul locations. That give better customer service . & to the manager there he definitely bad also he shows in his way of communicating he doesn't want to work there get a new job. Don't take it out on the customer the the community is the reason you have the job . Also stop trying to go above and beyond your policy. Your going to cause a lawsuit sir. I will never do business again at this location. They need to be closed down . Look how many bad reviews the store has that's is so sad . Lastly it's not the customer fault that you don't like your job or want to be there.

As I tell you this remember it's a 100 degrees outside today. I turn my truck in the guy ask do you want a email receipt I say yes. So I walk inside to get my cash deposit back the young lady behind the counter said you did t tell him you had to come inside. My response was I didn't know I was supposed to. So she told me I have to go back outside to the back and tell him that I need to go inside. I ask her are you serious she said yes it's our policy I let her know that I do t know your policy and you was just talking to him on your walkie talkie can't you call him on there she said no I have to go tell him. I would give you her name but she didnt have on a badge she was thin African American girl. So I go out side walk all the way to the back to have this very rude employee who ignored my question tell me to just go back inside. Both very rude. So rude it was sickening. I'm a sales Manger and if any of my employees treated my customers like that they would be going home for a week to think about weather they want to work for my company or not. And FYI I was 2 weeks off major surgery but it shouldn't matter people should feel good about spending their hard earned cash. Those two employees are making UHaul look bad I wi look for other alternatives the next time I move

Well Tavian helped me and gave better service then the Fontana Uhaul. Yesterday before I left Uhaul after they installed my Class 2 hitch in Fontana I heard a rattling sound so Miguel said oh its this metal guard and he said he couldnt do much to fix it. So today I went to Uhaul on Sunnymead Blvd in Moreno Valley and Tavian the guy who does hitches put up on the jack. He then said if I have anymore problems bring back so then when I left it started to rattle again. He said let me see what I can do so I brought back in and he fixed it no more rattling sound. So while out running errands I stopped into give his boss a great customer service reveiw. He should be a manager or get a good raise for his great customer service. I told his boss I used to work in customer service and you usually never hear great reveiws you usually only hear complaints. So thank you to Tavian I will be sure to also write Uhaul customer service on your excellent service

I previously took my 2015 dodge Journey to carmax for that's where I purchased my vehicle, and I always get my oil changes. I told them my concern about a noise my car was making. And after it's all said and done, they told me nothing was wrong with my car fast forward. The noise was still there and I knew something was wrong and as I was driving my car wanted to turn off, so I hurried up home. I started to look for somewhere to take my car and I saw someone recommend Diaz Auto on Facebook it was an old post but I looked them up . I saw the reviews and gave them a call. Not only was he knowledgeable and kind. I was very grateful that he was willing and patient to talk to me and listen to what I was saying about my car. He told me what he felt was wrong with my car over the phone but of course I need to take it in so I had my car towed Over to the shop and I'm so glad I did. He looked at my vehicle and right away Told my husband what he felt was wrong gave us a timeframe and he was spot on on both. We appreciate them very much we feel the prices are very fair here and they're not trying to rip you off, I get very scared when I go to a mechanic, but I had a very good peace about them . They fully explained what they did even showed my husband how bad the part was that they fixed. I have to say my husband and I have found our mechanic for all our future vehicle needs. We are grateful and thankful and fully will suggest this business to anyone who asks. Thank you again!!

Allstate is a scam, they have employees lie to you saying they are getting you the best prices but purposely leave out information. My mom has this insurance which was recommended by her friend and the person from Allstate who got her a great deal is Yadira Valdez who lied to my mom multiple times. My mom wanted insurance for both her and my step father but she told my mom that my step father had tickets and that it would be best to put her (my mom down as the primary) and my father as secondary so they can get her the best deal. It was a great deal 250 for full coverage for 2 cars. When my mom agreed and later she received the cards from the insurance my step fathers name wasnt on it, so again my mom called and asked why hes not on it, Yadira Valdez told her that hes not going to appear on the card but that he is insured and can drive the car. Well yesterday at around 1 in the morning my step father was driving the car on the frwy and there was a tire that was from a trailer in the middle of the frwy, my step father ended up hitting the tire which caused others that were on the frwy to crash with each other, my step father filed a report with Allstate and they immediately said they arent covering it because my step father was not on the insurance policy. My mom has had this insurance for years and to get scammed. My mom ended up meeting with Yadira and she denied everything saying that she doesnt remember telling my mom that, and basically they told my mom that she can sue if she wants. This company has employees scamming people from their money saying that they give the best deals. The company should be ashamed but most of all Yadira Valdez should be ashamed for not taking accountability she in fact is the one who gave my mom the best deal. Watch out with Allstate especially this location.

So this review is based on a visit made by my boyfriend on September 29th 2021. It is a lengthy review because I don't enjoy a business falsely accusing a customer of stealing and not owning up to it.When he first arrived the employees did not want to give him the truck he reserved a DAY beforehand and said that he had to call someone else (me) to verify it was him even though they had all of his information for rental. This was not disclosed beforehand by anyone. The second inconvenience was when they told him about the extra fees he didn't ask for. In addition to those fees they put a $100 holding fee on the truck which was supposed to be $45. Then when he returned the truck he was called and accused of stealing a LOCK of all things from the uhaul truck that automatically locks without one. There was never a lock given to him to begin with by ANY employee but they proceeded to accuse him of taking it. This call was made about 3 times by the employee and my boyfriend told him the only thing he had done was closed the trailer when he had initially left. This is an obvious choice because who drives with an OPEN uhaul trailer on the street when you should pull it down and lock it? Driver 101. He tells the employee to check his cameras to prove he didn't take it and in the end, 3 calls were made to accuse him of stealing an imaginary lock and NONE were made to apologize for the false accusation.He was instead quietly emailed his refund receipt by the same employees who couldn't shut up about a “stolen lock”. Will never be giving money to this business again.

So I will admit. When I first got my rims a little over a year ago, the staff and previous managers would promise certain things would be taken care of. I noticed immediately they would pull the “I am sorry we don't do that here” card and would act as if though we never had a verbal commitment. It was until I then started having the manager commit and document the things that was promised to be taken care of so that there would be some sort of alignment between me and the staff.....but even then, they would tell me after that a verbal or a non contract documentation meant nothing to them even though it was signed off by the manager. I ended up going back in Jan 2020 be cause this location only had what I was looking for, but I dreaded to come back to this location because of my horrible experience. I came back thinking I was going to get horrible experience AGAIN if not deal with the jerks that I dealt with the first time. But to my surprise my visit was actually very pleasant due to ONE PERSON that made me reconsider again. The manager kiki (I think this is how you spell it) personality and concerns about my purchase blew me away. She genuinely seemed interested in making sure everything was good. Just referred my brother and sister for their Jeep as well!!!!
