Anyone who ever said they LOVED UHAUL, OBVIOUSLY was serviced by Alexander Moore at the Uhaul off Jefferson Avenue!I say this because, until I had the honor of being assisted by General Manager Moore, I had decided I HATE UHAUL!I was planning a move 90 miles long distance move (Downtown Los Angeles to Murrieta) and EVERY Uhaul representatives up until the moment I met Mr. Moore were EXTREMELY lackluster and devoid of human interaction skills. Moving is ALREADY STRESSFUL WITHOUT assistance! They messed up my pickup location (sent me 30 mins away), they gave me the WRONG size truck, didnt inspect the vehicle, ETC... all in all NO BUENOOOO!I was livid that I had to return the ONE WAY rental the next day after traveling 90 miles with a FULL load and STILL had to head back to DTLA to COLLECT what couldnt fit. 3 feet worth of space MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE!It was Halloween day and I previously promised my girlfriend we would celebrate our victorious move with nostalgia by tick or treating. We were supposed to be done the night before, October 30th. Little did I know what Uhaul had in store for me when I made that promise to her.While standing in line at Uhaul to return the vehicle, I began to pray. I was SO FRUSTRATED and UPSET it was ALL I could do.My prayers were answered when out of nowhere Mr. Moore appeared and took over the register and called me over. As soon as I explained my dilemma, he said I am SO SORRY for they way this was handled, I am 10 steps ahead and I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!His empathy and TAKE CHARGE initiative were EXACTLY what I needed.TAKE care of me HE DID! I was able to complete my LONG DISTANCE move with more peace afterwards. Before being assisted by Mr. Moore I wondered if Uhauls lack of customer service had to do with it not having any real competition? No need to rise above if youre ALREADY on top!That notion has since been replaced with Uhaul needs to TRAIN better and be more selective in their hiring process. They need MORE LIKE MOORE!I am grateful Alexander Moore assisted me on Halloween day and changed my opinion of the company he represents so effortlessly well!

Carolina saved the day for my family. I rented a trailer and then I needed a big truck and she took care of us and mentioned that storage was available and gave me the options which I decided later to go with plus helped me get insurance for everything too. Then she came through almost instantly when I needed to move everything in and made the reservation as fast as possible and helped my family in a huge way. So happy to have her and the UHaul team in my town!

All Valley and my insurance collaborated with eachother, with Joe contacting me halfway thru the job to keep me up to date.I just picked up my traverse today and it looks amazing, they even washed and buffed it out. I am a first time customer to Big Brand Tire & Service. I had been going to another shop for years, but the other brand/shop screwed up my car and never fully fixed things. BBT&S was very welcoming and took on my old car (Acura TL 2003) and they were able to get parts and fix the master window switch, the AC/Heather motor (it was always stuck on heater), tighten the parking break, and replace a tire. That was WAY more service than I expected and they checked in on the weekend to give me an update. I was in and out really fast and they were up front and to the point on costs and work to be done. As a customer, I really appreciate that.Repeat customer: One tire had a screw in it. Took the van in and they took care of it. The outside showed signs of wear for both front tires, so I requested an alignment check as well. They replaced both front tires and checked the alignment, which was in spec. That saved me 100 off the estimate.

Countryside Insurance Agency is amazing! Kathy Majam always looks out for us! She is so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Even though I have never met her in person, she feels and treats me like an old time friend. She remembers us when we call every year or so and she continues to find the best rates for our home and auto insurance! When I share my rates with friends, they are often surprised how low they are and they have called in and have been able to lower their rates as well! 2 thumbs up and five stars for Countryside and Kathy!5 months later I am editing this to include another win from Kathy. She helped us find a great auto insurance rate even after a child totaled our car and had an accident earlier this year and our current insurance dropped us. We have nearly the same auto premium we did to no accident, it is incredible!Also, we needed to switch home insurances. I thought I would try to find a good home insurance rate on my own, just in case with my efforts I could find better. After checking with 8 other insurance agents I saw that nobody could come close to what Countryside Insurance Agency can. They are well connected and can get good rates! My experience with StateFarm was amazing! They are NOT like any other insurance company that I've been with. The whole staff was willing to help in anyway and to make me feel comfortable and to work with me financially. During the times I was struggling financially, they did everything they could to help me save money and they did a tremendous job! I left my former car insurance because they kept raising the price on my car insurance that I could not afford. I was scared when that happened to me and didn't know how I was going to be able to afford the payments. I'm so fortunate to have been referred to State Farm by a family member. I'm doing WAY BETTER now with StateFarm than any other car insurance I've been with. These guys are unique! I can come to them in office and get things taken care of when needed, call my insurance agent, and if I need to, meet with my insurance agent in person! I don't have to speak to a random person over the phone as if I'm just another dollar sign to them. I feel like I'm part of a family and have a good relationship with them especially my insurance agent. I highly recommend StateFarm. Plus, my insurance goes down every 6 months. It can't get better than that! I do not want to leave StateFarm after my great experience with them.?

Listen everyone Im giving a review to yours truly, Extra Space Storage I say it like that because from the moment you walk in, call or however you handle yours. They are there to help, and take care of your needs. I havent been the best client they have had. Reason being, that like a lot of people I know there going threw it sense the covid hit, the prices for everything have gone up. Well I couldnt take it no more. I lost my house and had to do what I had to do. My wife her mother and I almost went to the streets. Luckily I had gotten a fifth wheel along time ago . Thats where my family stay all my stuff her stuff my mother in laws stuff is in are storage. Well it was rough I got behind on all the bills I had truck, rental space for fifth wheel and Storage if I lost the storage everything we owned would be gone for auction collectables personal stuff all my tools. Just everything . Ill tell you what if you run into anything close to what Im saying keep your head up and communicate with the people you owe. Like the kind people at Extra Space Storage I owed them so much and was behind a great deal of money. Especially the Manager she was the best delt with me on a human level which was awesome. I sat with her and Im sure she went out of her way on many things but we figured it out and came to a agreement that worked for me and them. If it hadnt been for her I would of lost everything so take my advise. Extra Space Storage and PS. Ask for the Manager in Murrieta shes the best and all the others will go out of there way also. Katrina was the person who helped us, she was professional, and very helpful. Although we were there renting a space, she not only took care of all that was needed making sure that we understood the price, insurance information, how to access the gate, ect. ect. she also made sure that the space she reserved for us, was clean and ready for us to move into. And while she completed the transaction also helped the other customers that came in. All the while she answering the phone. Her multi-tasking seemed effortless, and was done very well. I know that I could not have been as nice or as patient and kind as she was taking care of everyone.For what ever reason people are moving, it is a tiring job, and people can be physically taxed, emotionally drained, cranky and very tired. So to have someone who is kind, helpful, and patient is extraordinary to say the least.In todays world there are many people out there who dont have or take the time to not only do there job well, but treat the customer well. She is an exception.I can say that she was very competent with everything she had to do. Everyone left there with what they needed done and happy that she had done her job.
