Ive rented different trailers from here 5 times, a truck once and U boxes for one-way move. All of the employees have been friendly and courteous every time. Generally, I get fast service. Twice, Ive shown up and its been very busy(4-5 people in line). In those instances, it took about 15-20 minutes to pickup a trailer. The other times pickup was very fast, under 10 minutes. Dropoff has always been fast, less than 5 minutes every single time.I cant fault them for getting busy at times, thats part of any good business. I also dont understand why so many people complain about this store due to U-Haul policies. One-way moves are very different than local truck/trailer rentals. If you are making a one-way move I strongly suggest U Boxes, much cheaper than a truck or trailer.

Rented Auger, when I went to pick up unit was significantly different from what was reserved. First one had an adapter welded into place that resulted in a trip back for another unit. Second unit worked for less than a minute then started smoking from a large frayed section in the main cable driving the unit. When I called to see about a replacement I was told to keep using it. I had to reexplain that the unit had ceased working. I asked if they could possibly pick up the defective unit to help me make up for the time lost and I was told I had to return it. 5 hours and three trips with zero progress.

Red and his team at CVCR are absolutely unparalleled in the quality of their work. This humble family-owned business does the best painting and collision repair in the valley, hands down. From beginning to end, Red was meticulous in repainting my car. When I first brought in my BMW M6, the hood had severe damage to the clearcoat. It was completely stripped down to the basecoat and looked horrendous. The trunk as well was wrinkled beneath the clear due to shoddy prior paint work by the dealer. Having been acquainted with Red's work through a family friend, I happily agreed to have my hood, trunk and rear bumper totally stripped and resprayed.CVCR did not just repaint my car, they revitalized its appearance to such a degree, that it might as well be a brand new car. The paint match was simply stunning; there is no way one could tell that the hood, trunk lid and rear bumper have been repainted. The BMW M6 is unique in featuring a carbon fiber trunk lid and aluminum hood. These ultra-lightweight materials are notoriously difficult to paint, but Red and his team had no problem at all making the car look incredible.It would be an understatement to say the paintwork was superb. The crew at CVCR are true painters and masters of their craft. The quality of their work is unsurpassed even by the BMW factory; the car looks BETTER THAN NEW from inside out. Not only was it repainted, it was polished, detailed and given an excellent ceramic coating. Even the interior was made completely spotless, along with the engine bay.I feel that I absolutely got my money's worth at CVCR. My car came back gorgeous, pristine, and breathtaking due to the hard work and dedication of Red and his team. Called for a free estimate. Rich called and said he would be 15 mins late. He blamed traffic. Was 20 mins late. When he came he showed me the list of prices. We chose a model and paid 104 for deposit. Then a few hours later i found out my home warranty was going to cover the repairs. As soon as i found out i called the company and canceled my appointment. I spoke to Patricia and she was very nice and thanked me for calling promptly. She stated that Rich was in Fresno picking up garage doors but that she would give him the message. I was very impressed with her professionalism and thought i would consider them in the future. Then 15 mins later Rich calls me and is speaking loudly telling me that he has my machine and he just picked it up in Fresno. I apologized and told him i was grateful the home warranty was going to cover it. He begins yelling and asking who the company is. For some reason i told him although it was none of his business. He then begins talking bad about this other company and states that he doesn't know them and they probably don't even do garages, etc. then he keeps raving on. I gave the phone to my husband because i had to use the restroom and i felt we had nothing more to discuss. I come out of the restroom and my poor elderly husband is on the phone telling Rich that he doesn't have anything to do with this. Rich is yelling and aggressive. I get the phone and tell him again we are sorry but there is nothing we can do. He keeps on yelling saying that he went all the way to Fresno to pick up my machine and i “better pay him for his gas”. I told him that Patricia stated that he went to Fresno to pick up garage doors. Rich says he picked up garage doors too but he went for my machine. He continues yelling. Finally i hang up and text him that i expect my deposit to be back on my credit card in full within 1-2 business days as stated by Patricia and I also texted to Rich to NOT contact me again harassing me for his gas. It was scary how fast he turned on you! Wow, i should have took his bad reviews seriously. Watch out for this guy. I am glad he will not have access to my garage/home.

WE GOT A LEAKER!! Lol. Leaking, and spray liner are lifting up a few months out of warranty. Make sure you You keep all of your paper work on these boxes. I didnt keep my paper work and called about the leak I had and was told it wasnt under warranty. I believed their quick answer and moved on with life. The problem got MUCH worse moths later and I called them to see what I could do about it. I spoke with someone who spent MUCH more time on the phone with me. She said I was a couple months out of warranty, and I could send it in at my expense to have it fixed. Unfortunately, meaning when I did call 7 months earlier my box WAS under warranty. Everyone I spoke with on the matter at Fuelbox was very nice, but failed to fix the problem. Mine was used very lightly and didnt last for the premium amount paid in my opinion. Ill post a few pictures down below to show you what you can be dealing with for a box that is a couple years old and almost $3k investment. Again, everyone on the troubleshooting side was nice and respectful on the phone. She had me try a few fixes over the phone that were not successful.

Called at 6:09PM 9/26 for a tow from Outside Creek Rd. to Sycamore St. in farmersville, 10 minutes or less away. It's now 10:40PM and Well past the original 45 minutes quoted by “Laura”. The driver has just now arrived. I was originally quoted 45 minutes at 6:09. I then called Laura at 7:20 and asked if we were still getting a driver. She stated they had some trucks out for CHP and it would then be an additional 30 minutes. My partner called them again at 8:05 and Gonzalo was now taking calls. He stated Laura had taken down my Call but never actually put it into the computer. My partner gave Gonzolo the information and said it would be about 30 minutes he was sending someone right out. At 8:16 Gonzolo called me back to get correct directions to where we are. At 8:45, a family member came to pick me and our children up because it had already been almost 3 hours of “just a couple more minutes”. At 8:59, my partner called to check when they would be there. Gonzolo stated that they were having issues with the truck and trying to find a truck to carry us and the kids. My partner informed him that he did not need a ride just needed the car moved down the street. Another 15-20 minutes was quoted. At 9:34 he called for another update and was told by Gonzolo that he was going to outreach the driver and call him back. At 9:49 I reached out to CVT and got Gonzolo. I was told that the driver had stopped by the store and was on his way, it would be another 10-15 minutes. At 9:53 I received a text that towing was assigned. And then again at 10:06 towing was assigned. At 10:29 I received a text that towing was assigned. At 10:31 my partner called again very frustrated because we are now 4.5 hours into this situation. Gonzolo told my partner the driver was then on the 99 just barely getting onto the 198. It would be another 15-20 minutes. The driver finally arrived at 10:40PM. 4 hours and 31 minutes after the initial call. This is terrible customer service, especially considering that the entire time they knew we had children with us and never bothered to call us once to tell us they were running behind. We had to make every single call and stay on them to ensure we received service. We will never use this company again and I will make sure to post this review everywhere I can. Multiple times during our calls we asked them if to advise us if they weren't going to be able to make it that way we could call someone else. We were constantly reassured that they had it and it wouldn't be necessary. If they had just been honest and advised us they were too busy to take the call my partner would have been home hours ago. Instead they were money hungry over $75 and wasted our time.
