This is the second or third time Ive rented from this location. Dottie is the manager, and she is awesome. She answered every question I had about the van I was renting, and she made the entire experience fun. She stayed late just to make sure I got the model I wanted. Dottie went above and beyond. Thank you again, Dottie.

Chino Self Storage
15950 Euclid Ave, Chino, CA 91708, United States
This is a relatively new storage facility so everything is pretty clean. The manger and staff are very friendly and gave us a quick walk-in tour of the place. The hours of operation are pretty strict and the gates are locked at 7PM daily (locks at 5pm on Sundays). They have video surveillance and alarms so that brings some peace of mind. But still, for obvious reasons, dont store your valuables here. It took 20 minutes into sign up for a new unit. The prices here are reasonable for a 10 x 20 unit. The height is about the same as a typical garage.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
3580 Grand Ave A, Chino Hills, CA 91709, United States
RA# 81T8GY, From 12/22/2019-12/29/2019We rented a 15 passenger van for a Christmas 2019 road-trip from CA to AZ and NM. Called a week before the rental pickup location to see if they can make sure we get the Ford Transit and they said they would try their best. Now on the 12/22/2019 morning of the pickup, they just had three Chevy vans. All three were pretty dirty on the inside. Having no choice, we choose the cleanest of the three. While driving off the lot, notice the left break light was out (see photo). Exchanged it for another one and waited around 20-30 minutes for them to clean out the second one. During inspection, the wheel jack was not secured in the original position and was half-way extended (see photo). The agent had no idea how it is supposed to be secured so I ended up doing that myself. This took another 10 minutes just to return it from the extended position because I had to turn the knob by hand. Now, driving off the lot in the second Chevy van, there was a warning about the tire pressure. When back to talk to the agent and they said they knew about this and the tire pressures have all been checked. The TPMS sensor needed to be replaced. While going through this ordeal, the other van was rented out so exchanging again was no longer an option. Since we were already late to begin our trip, we took it as is with 20% discount and stipulation that the option Roadside assistance would be included free of charge.Got the van home and while installing hotspot antennas on the roof, notice there is roof damage (see photo). Double checked the tire pressures and the front tires were about 5 lbs low and one rear tire was 35 lbs low! They were supposed to be 50 lbs for the front and 80 lbs rear. I spent another 15 minutes adding air to the tires. Now this is after the agent ensured us the tire pressures have been checked by a shop and the warning was because of a faulty TMPS. The TMPS is bad because the warning did not go away even after adding the right tire pressures. They said this Chevy van is equal to the Ford but it is not even close. We rented the Ford on last year's Christmas road-trip. The only specification that is the same is that it does set the same number of passengers. It does not have BT so we could not listen to our music on the whole trip, no headrest in the rear to mount our DVD-player, on 12v in the front so had to use a long extension to power the devices in the back. Now finally on our trip, the side door rattles so much on rougher roads. Had to deal with this along with the passengers complaining about this all trip along! On the second day of the trip, the left turn signal in the dash blinked twice as fast so I knew the bulb must be out in the front or rear. It turned out to be the rear which is now the same issue as the first van we exchanged at the Enterprise Rental lot. The trip went well and we made the most of this trip.We returned this on time and Enterprise Rental did add the Roadside to the contract but also charged us $5.99 per day! They did refund this.

Prado Olympic Shooting Park
17501 Pomona Rincon Rd, Chino, CA 91708, United States
If I could not leave a star, I would. Ive looked over past reviews and everyone either had a great time or the employees that worked there ruined the experience. Here is my reason for giving one star.I came out for a wedding and the guys wanted to shoot trap. I own firearms, however, I never shot trap before. We have a party about 8 guys, some have shotguns and the others used Groupon. The Groupon was a great deal!! We got a shotgun rental, 2 boxes of shells, employee on site for tips, ear plugs, 2 tokens for a total of 50 targets and a Home Depot tool belt for the rounds. The trouble started from the get go when the young lady at the front desk didnt know what to do because we had guys in our group that only needed tokens because they had everything else. She looked to an older gentleman and his attitude turned sour when he heard we had people with groupons and other had all the equipment. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience that we came there and they were actually going to have to do some legit work. We checked a week before about the Groupon and others have firearms and we were told it was ok. We finally got our rounds, ear plugs and made out way to the range we pick from the three that were open. They only allow five firearms per spot and we had four 12 gauge and one 20, left the ammo for the 20 at home. I went back to get a rental, included in the Groupon, and the first young lady now wanted to give attitude about the shotgun and wanted us to exchange 2 boxes for 20 gauge shells. After telling her that it was included she finally handed over the rental. We walked back to our spot and had to come back again to exchange the shotgun because it was in deplorable condition, sights missing(not that it was needed, however you should expect quality coming from an Olympic Shooting Range).I know this is long winded. I would not recommend this range to any of my family, friends or people I despite. Lack of respect from the frontline employees, check-in is a trailer, outside bathrooms (I completely understand this), rentals are in terrible condition and the ranges are just ok. I was told it was an Olympic Shooting Range and its their calm to fame, it was 1984 and I was 4 at that time. We are in 2016 and times have changed, move forward or you will be left behind!I will end on a positive note. The best part for me besides spending time with a great group of guys was two others guys that showed up before we left and part on clinic for hitting targets.

Cherry Auto Body
13634 Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710, United States
If I could give a lower score I would. My experience with Cherry Auto Body was by far the worst customer service experience I have been through in my life. We got a recommendation to go to this location after we had a car accident. At first, Cherry was unable to pull up any of our claim information even after our insurance company contacted them directly- I should have paid more attention to the first red flag.We were given an estimate and told it would be 5-7 days for the repairs but that they would call me with any updates. IT HAS BEEN JUST UNDER 3 WEEKS- and I still do not have my car and there has been zero updates from them. I have had to call the office several times to get any kind of information out of them.Within my conversations, I found out that my car was ready 5 days ago. Due to that, we dropped off our rental car and went to go pick up my finished car to find that it was not ready. Since the claim hasnt closed, we are not allowed to rent another car and are out of a vehicle for the foreseeable future.Cherry Auto Body continues to blame my insurance for all delays when in reality, they changed the price of the repairs without notifying anyone and are holding my car hostage until the additional payment is met. We still do not have any information as to why there was an increase in cost when we were quoted differently 3 weeks ago. My insurance company has yet to receive any kind of documentation regarding the raise in the final bill so they are unable to do anything further and Cherry is unwilling to speak to them directly to solve the solution. Cherry is refusing to give us our car until the payments are met but are causing the delay by not doing their jobs and not communicating to myself or the insurance company.Every time I have called Cherry, I have been passed to someone new who supposedly is overseeing my claim. The initial person who is passing me to others says she is unable to help me on my claim but she has discussed my claim with me in the past! She continues to say that someone will call me back to discuss my concerns but I do not receive any calls.Cherry Auto Body has not dealt with my claim in good faith since the beginning and my family is suffering for it. We are unable to go to work and are losing out on money for my family due to their actions and complete disregard for our situation. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone and will be filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be seeking legal council since they will refuse to look into my concerns.

Park West Apartments
13151 Yorba Ave, Chino, CA 91710, United States
I lived here for about a year and a half. It was in a decent neighborhood and was affordable. I got lucky and lived in the front of the complex (once you walk toward the back, it just isnt as nice). I also got lucky with pretty good neighbors as well.Overall, I enjoyed my time there. For the most part, staff was ok. I never had to interact with them much. When I complained about a car parking in my assigned spot, they were quick to take care of the situation, and I appreciated that. Maintenance was also pretty good. Came and took care of stuff whenever something needed repair. LOVED the fact that they actually had a great parking situation! For residents and guests. Thats hard to find these days.Just a few complaints...I wish they gave you notices when they had packages for you in the office. You would just have to guess and go ask them yourself to see if it arrived yet. The washing machines and dryers were broken often. And finally... the deposit. This is the part that definitely dropped their score for me. When I left that apartment, I left it almost cleaner than it was when I moved in. But they charge you for almost everything when you leave, so you get almost nothing back. They even charged me a large cleaning fee, which made me wish I hadnt bent over backwards trying to clean that place when I left. Such a waste of time. I felt it was unfair, but just didnt want to bother arguing with them about it, so I never called.
